Had a great experience with these folks early this morning. The person answering the phone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Our tow truck driver, Mohammed (sp?), showed up timely and was a big help. I hope we don't need towing in the future but if we do, I'm calling them again.
Completely unprofessional. Don’t call if You’re in a pinch send a guy out to do a job on the Driver quits halfway through because he’s tired tells me they’re going to send the guy the next day well the next day comes and now they just can’t do it cost me over $1000
We have two in place waiting for towing, but the guy do pick up only one to go with, and another gotta go by self ride either Uber or another
I have never heard of that before...
So at the point that we got to make one ride and another called Uber , then Uber first cancel the pickup, second Uber couldn't find pickup point
Finally the gentleman officer on the toll station #130 came in to check up the station, offering to drop one ride (that can't take a ride in towing truck) to the tires shop
It's so awkwardly to see and leave another one behind and it's happened.

I called to get a quote for RV towing services, the gentleman who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. Said we don’t tow rvs, I informed him that their website states they do tow RVs, he cut me off saying again we don’t tow RVs. I told him he may want to update their website then, because when I googled RV towing, they were the third listed provider and it states on the website they do tow RVs. Before I could ask for recommendations, he hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor and he refused to let me speak with anyone other than himself saying no one else was there even though I could hear other people in the background.
There was zero reason for this individual to be rude and disrespectful to me when I am simply calling about services your website offers. Do better

Not only were they super quick and polite, but they also did an awesome job at getting my car safely tow-trucked away. Now that's what I call customer service!
Called this company for a tow yesterday. They told me they'd get a driver out to me within 60-90 minutes so I gave them my cc info and waited. 90 minutes later no call from the driver. I called them back and was told that the driver stopped at his house due to an emergency and that he'd be 30 more minutes before getting to me. I continued to wait. 30 minutes after that, still nothing. Called again and the driver called me saying he'd be additional 30 minutes from that point, then proceeded to tell me that he would need to charge me extra money for the tow because my car sits low to the ground. I canceled the job, found a different company who charged me significantly less money, came within 30 minutes, and took great care of my car. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. These people don't know how to do business and they'll look to nickel and dime you.
The person who towed my car was so nice, I was stranded on 35 with a flat. He ended up having to drive me to 4 different shops before we found one that had the right size tire. I would 100% use them again and recommend them for sure.
Our truck died about 15 miles from home. We had to leave it there for a few days. We finally called and Isaac was VERY helpful!! He listened to our needs and gave us specific instructions which were very helpful. We had a specific request to get the vehicle in the driveway and he addressed that need. My husband met the tow truck being driven by Jose and they brought it home. It was very interesting to see the professional way Jose got the truck where we needed it. He made it look easy but it wasn't! For that we are very grateful and recommend this company highly! Their personnel are VERY professional, punctual and attentive. Thanks again!!

After waiting for an hour and a half for a tow, I called the driver to see where he was, to which he replied "for which car?", telling me that I was in a queue and was not being actively helped. He then told me he would find out and "call me back", which he never did.
Shortly after, I was able to get my car started, and while driving home, called to cancel the tow truck which was still not on site. I was told that the driver was pulling up and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee.
I asked why I would have to pay a fee for waiting an hour and a half while the driver was servicing OTHER CLIENTS, and was told that it was because my driver was FINALLY on site. Shortly after, I was contacted by this driver, a completely DIFFERENT driver who said he was on site and wanted to confirm the cancellation.
In short, I was charged a cancellation fee because I got my car working myself while my FIRST driver took other calls for an hour and a half and cancelled on ME. I was never warned of this process or even given an ETA. Terrible communication and terrible business.
I called to get a tow and was quoted $35 to send a truck and then an additional $30-$70 for the actual tow. When the driver from ABBA towing showed up, he suggested trying a jump start. This jump start thankfully worked when previous ones hadn't, so a tow was unnecessary.
I was charged $196 for a truck to come and jump start my car. I was initially charged $796 but I spotted that amount and the driver said he accidentally pressed a 7 instead of a 1 on his phone. Not sure how that happens.
$196 is an absurd amount for a jump start. It is very unethical to promise maximum around $100 for a 5 mile tow and then charge double that for not even being towed.
I called their call center later in the day to try and get an answer for that number, but all the call operator mumbled was "Call your driver" and then hung up.
By reading these reviews, (which I should have done before using their services) this is a common occurrence, and all the owners are doing are saying "Sorry this happened." and not actually doing anything about it.
EDIT: After contacting ABBA towing directly and speaking with them, they refunded $38 and explained that they have their own pricing that doesn't match up with what Towing Austin Pros are advertising. If this is true, this problem must be fixed.
I should have read all the reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They boasted "honest and trustworthy pricing" with the comfort of "no hidden fees." Yet SOMEHOW, I was quoted $79.99 on the phone, and their website showed pricing as $59 for the service call, $35-75 for the basic tow, and $3 per mile. We towed it 2.7 miles. I was quoted 30 minutes for arrival and a man who spoke no English showed up AN HOUR AND A HALF Later (of course, after my originally selected mechanic was now closed), with no arrival phone call like I was advised. They followed this by trying to charge me $214 for 2.7 miles. ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND ABSURD. The representative on the phone couldn't even tell me the difference between the $35 tow fee and the $75 tow fee, he just said "I don't know." He eventually talked me down to $174, which is STILL MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THEIR "HONEST AND UPFRONT PRICING CHARGE" YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE ON THEIR SITE. Tower beware. Call Pep Boys and join their club for a $30 tow within 10 miles if you need something quick and close. I was so upset with myself for selecting this HORRIBLY DISHONEST towing company just because they were the first Google result. WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO POOR.
Fast and friendly. The driver was competent, prompt and professional. This is a quality outfit, not a fly-by-night deal. And their price was good. I was paying out of pocket, not insurance so it mattered. Anyway, they got there fast and did a great job. I recommend them to you.
My call was answered quickly and the dispatcher assured me that they could respond to my problem. The tow truck arrived well before the scheduled time and the driver was very courteous and professional. Manipulating my vehicle took some doing and I am very satisfied with the result. I would certainly use this service again, should the need arise. I would recommend them.
I had my car towed 6 miles from UT to South Congress. I understand the $55 basic charge they insist on putting on your credit card. There website says local service $35 to $65. They towed my car 6 miles and charged me $120. I called to ask why. No answer. I ask...What constitutes a $35 tow...no answer. I asked the manager the same question. No answer. They said they would have the driver call me to explain. Do you think he called. NO!!!! Look... I know I'm screwed on this. I just want to warn everyone else. For Gods sake DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
