Answer the phone. I've been calling for 3 days for just a copy of an invoice. Then they reply to the review saying to call to resolve it. And to everyone's shock I can't get an invoice because nobody answers the phone. Imagine having the job of replying to the reviews with a copy and paste response knowing full well there's nothing they're doing to help. Good job

I drove down to New Braunfels and paid for my part on Wednesday, December 11. It cost $155.16. It was a replacement driver’s seat for my 2003 Honda Accord. I was told “we can ship it to Kyle in two business days, or to Austin in three.” So I chose to ship it to Austin in three. On the morning of Monday, December 16, I did not receive a phone call, or any communication. I called my rep at the New Braunfels office and she told me it was ready at the Austin location. That was how I found out. I had to be proactive because the Austin location had failed to ever reach out to me. Then I get to the Austin location, I tell the person there my name, I spell my last name, and she says she doesn’t see me in their system. My theory is that she spelled my first name wrong (it’s A before E, but a lot of people get that backwards), but I didn’t want her to think I was insulting her intelligence, so I just skipped to the only other piece of information that I knew they had, which was my phone number. I gave her my phone number, she looked at the computer screen, and then at me, and said “front seat?”, and I said “yes.” She then brought me in to the warehouse and showed me the part. She said I could pull my car into the docking bay to put the part in my car (the part was a replacement driver’s seat). After bringing my car up, I realized that the seat was pretty heavy, so I went back into the lobby to try and ask for some assistance — no one was there. So yeah, the customer service here isn’t great.

They need more people if you're there with a couple you get through quickly but if you're there with a lot of people you'll be there a bit

Talked to two different managers. Was sold an engine and the pics showed the full engine but only got the block. I was sent a disclaimer that shows they may or may not come with all parts but when the pic shows complete engine that what I thought I was getting was not told any other way. Talked to first manager completely rude talked to second manager thought he understood but then got the disclaimer basically saying i’m beat. Buyers Beware make sure you ask all the questions ahead of time.

My experience is a little different but very pleasant. I'm a contractor and worked on their racking system. From the moment my team and I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. We were able to finish our project with no problem. If I get sent to this warehouse again, I'm going to do it with a smile on my face...

Inefficient system for payment, terrible customer service, awful communication……. Ordered a part from another LKQ had it shipped here, was sent an invoice via email requesting payment, paid it boom good to go or you would think. Get here they can’t see if I paid in their system, I show 4 different confirmations that I paid Email, Bank App, PayPal app, and PayPal app confirmation and they say they can’t let it go as it does not show it is paid. We are talking about a $37 part and their lack of understanding and customer service during this process was awful, I got some chick with hickeys as a customer service rep looking extremely trashy, the accounting team was rude as hell, and nobody knew anything now keep in mind I was called on this day from LKQ confirming my part arrived and that it was paid for sat here for 40 minutes. If you offer a way for your customers to pay the oh should ensure that it is a working system and if it isn’t don’t offer it.

I am a walk in customer and I had a very bad experience that started when trying to order my part. It was supoosed to there the next day at 8:00 am but it "missed" the truck and will be delivered the next day amd I will receive a phone call. The part finally arrived 2 days later and picking it was even worse. 50 mins later I found out that they pulled the part and lost it. Turns out a driver took it and luckily brought it back before they closed. Luckily, we deal with them out of necesity.

Bad customer service always Edit if you are posting prices online for example $90 and your sales rep is qouting $135 and then they are telling us they are on commision so better fix your prices online before we call for a part you guys are not sorry you guys dont care period

The staff is very rude especially TRACY. Incompetence in filling and delivering orders in a timely manner. They are the most expensive aftermarket company. A NOTE ON BUYING FORD PARTS. The Ford dealer will price match Keystone prices with genuine Ford Parts.

I had been frustrated called about 10 different local parts places in Austin locally desperately looking for my car mirror no one had it. I was about to get one shipped out of state for double price! I redirected to a local auto store since out of state wouldn't get back to me on how to get it shipped. Then walked into an auto store who also turned me down ..Luckily another shopper heard what I needed referred me to this place. The lady on phone was super fast, friendly and told me they could have it shipped in 2 days and for less!! I will gladly refer others GREAT SERVICE , thank you so much!!

I gave them 5 stars before but I don't know what is happening with their old stuff I was making the order and pay by phone, so when I come I just pick up my parts and leave. But now I do my order by phone and when come I still have to wait all people they walking to buy the parts Wasting time

OMG! These folks really know their stuff! That Tracy lady got me a fantastic deal on my dad's truck parts and had me rolling on the floor to boot! You NEVER get that level of customer service anymore these days! Love LKQ. Love the service. Love Tracy!!

This place is joke.used to buy ton of parts from lkq until they moved to here. They waste your time and act like you work for them.very bad service and when you tell their manager just say they can't do anything .take your business elsewhere
