I was broke down on a Sunday at buc ees in New Braunsful, i called everyone in town and san marcos did not have a flat bed to get my truck on, thats bs they just did not want to go out sunday evening, I called chotes towing , MIKE the owner was extremely understanding, he called around since he is based out of cedar park and got a company to come assist me . Whom does that , no one calls to help out unless they are getting something out of it. As a army veteran that is the kind of person im proud to go and fight for . Update - however many years (2 I think?) later, we chose Chote again to get another shop vehicle back. If I could increase stars, I would. Zach was SUPER helpful and courteous, got the van unstuck from where it was, brought it to us, and parked it neatly in our lot.
Previously - We had a shop truck sitting at a mechanic shop for entirely too long. I finally called Chote because I know the name, and they have a good reputation and THANK GOD I DID. They got it here quickly, the young man was super professional, and was able to get it offloaded despite the truck not running at all. Other companies didn't answer emails, but Chote answered the phone right away and Robin was a big help to us. God forbid we have to do this again, but if we do, I know who to call now!
I will be coming back to Chote’s Towing and recommending them to anyone I know who needs their services. Zack is a phenomenal driver, kind and patient. The front driver side tire of my Fusion was completely detached from the axel and giving him some trouble getting up onto the truck. Regardless, Zack got the job done quickly and with no complaints and made me feel at ease the whole time. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with him as a driver.
Jonathan and Zack helped my boyfriend and I out so much when our four runner broke down. They helped us get it to a shop and a dealership. Y’all are awesome!
Jonathon helped me out getting our van back out to Jarrell and made everything easy, priced affordable, and delivered with impeccable customer service. This gentleman took the time to be helpful and easy to manage this kind of stressful situation and totally flipped it around for me. Zach with Chotes Towing was awesome! He was very patient as the dealership sent us on a wild goose chase to their alternate lot looking for my car, only to have to go back to the dealership to get it.

My tire blew out on the toll road at 7:30 am. I called Chotes Towing and they were quick, affordable and extremely kind and patient with me while I was talking a mile a minute stumbling over myself because of the anxiety of the blow out just happening. I had to change my drop off location and everything was updated without any issue. These guys made a ridiculous morning as smooth as it could possibly go and I appreciate them SO much for that. I drive a low sport car and had a tire blowout off of 360. I gave them a call and they sent out a flatbed to allow my vehicle to be properly towed to a shop. The driver, Zach, arrived and was super professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Likewise, Zack was just as helpful when taking a look at my vehicle's under-the-hood, and after determining the problem could be resolved, went out of his way to take care of the issue at no additional cost.

Looking for a tow service to tow my boyfriends truck 50 miles, I called every tow service located in-between the drop off and pick up. Everyone was super short and just felt lack of genuineness however Mike from Chote's Towing Service was beyond personable with working me and even being fair with pricing. He didn't have a driver and later called back saying he could make it himself. Wonderful costumer service Mike was very patience and kind I highly recommend using his service and trust in their job. Him his guys will get it done !

Mike and his guys are very knowledgeable with their jobs. My car is very low to the ground, he put boards down so the front of my car wouldn't rub on anything. Just a great job done by this company. Great service! Made & paid for appointment by phone. Driver called and gave a 30 minute heads up when he was on the way. Loaded my vehicle expertly and was quick, efficient, and helpful. Dropped off at destination with no issue. Definitely recommend!
Truly a wonderful experience. Truck had two flat tires and Cory was amazing on the phone and followed up with me on ETA and was very professional while not over promising but over delivering for sure. The driver Steven was courteous and was a delight interacting with my daughter who loved watching the truck get on the flatbed haha. Had my vehicle towed to the shop with this company and the guy who came out was very friendly and got the car on the flatbed quickly and safely. Prices seemed reasonable for the distance it needed to be towed. I do wish they’d send a follow up text with a picture to verify drop off was made but I called the shop and they received it with no issues.
As a shop owner having vehicles brought to me unharmed is critical. This company has been able to bring me multiple cars with absolutely no drama and the equipment to load and unload sports cars with low stances, front splitters, and such. This is absolutely the best local towing company I've seen.
My BMW 328i broke down (wouldn’t start or shift out of park) while in a parking space facing a telephone pole around 5:00 on Father’s Day. I was in a stressful situation, but my insurance assigned me Mike from Chote’s wrecking and he was awesome. Mike was a really cool dude who was extremely knowledgeable of my car and how to best handle it. He warned me of potential damages my car could face due to it being immobile and only accessible from the rear. I told him I trust his judgment and that it was his call. I highly respect him because instead of quickly jacking it up, possibly damaging my car and calling it a day, he took the extra time to ensure I could leave my car where it was and created a proper plan to handle my car without damaging it. He was absolutely exceptional in every aspect of customer service and vehicle care. Huge thanks to Mike for making everything incredibly easy! Highly recommend him to anyone who needs help👍
Life blessed me with a flat tire today. I have roadside assistance, but my insurance's system was down so they had me call a towing company and will reimburse. I picked Chote's because they had great reviews - and boy I am glad I picked them!
Robin was super helpful on the phone and efficiently communicated with the driver - Colby I think was his name. I was waiting for barely 10 minutes before he arrived. He was quick and friendly and got me to the tire shop in no time. I would 10/10 recommend them to any and all friends that need a tow!
