They illegally towed my car then charged me $357 when the legal limit for the tow was $125 in Cedar Park from private property. They had the car 6 hours

This company is a scam. They don't want to give me my car. They make me wait and say they will arrive and they never do. I called them on the phone and they are insulting me in English. I deserve respect, and what they don't know is that I recorded the call I made to them. I'm going to go to all the news outlets so they can help me file a complaint about this place. Customers deserve respect and in that call and video you can see that they disrespected me and in the video that they never arrived.
969 towing has had my vehicle in storage for over four days now. I have worked with my insurance and their contracted third-party company to get my vehicle picked up so it can be taken to a collision center, but the third-party company has not been able to successfully get someone to work with them to be at their storage lot to facilitate the transfer of my vehicle. I called 969 towing to get someone at the lot to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle and when I inquired about how long it would take, I received nothing but disrespect from Marcus telling me I have to follow their rules and they only will go out after their one-hour notice is met. Trying to explain to Marcus I understand I might have to wait an hour for them is not the same as having to wait an hour for service and He started to yell and say it is the law and he has to follow it and then hang up on me. I had to call back and ask for the owner. When the owner called me back, he refused to use his name and said he was "D". The owner did listen professionally but did not want to perform any sort of customer service recovery. He eventually said he would talk with Marcus.

The correct address for 969 Towing is 9530 E Hwy 290, Austin TX, one driveway east of Austin Flea Market. This towing company is also listed as Lamont and Sons. They have multiple locations and their phone numbers are not always correct. They were more than 30 minutes late meeting us at their tow yard.
Marcus showed up to tow my vehicle in the process he hit my vehicle he has been ducking my phones calls just answered the phone and hung up on me. He will not give me his insurance information and everyone at his shop is ducking phone calls as well. This is a terrible way to do business and I am beyond frustrated he said he is the owner but he can not give me any of his insurance information. This is a terrible way to represent your business I do not recommend using
I called 969 because our business needed a forklift towed to another location. Marcus was great about giving an estimated wait time for service, he communicated well, he was nice even though I started out by calling him by the wrong name lol. Great company, I'd use them again.
Dee reached out and gave me an ETA and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Maybe even a little bit early. Promptly changed the tire, got the job done, was friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely use again if needed!
I contacted them at 10:30 PM to tow my broke down truck. They said it would be 45 minutes. Midnight rolled around and no one had shown up. I called 3 more times to get an ETA and no one would answer or return my calls. By 1 AM, no one had shown or answered my calls. Don’t waste your time with this company!

This is my second time doing business with this company. The dispatcher and drivers were prompt, patient , professional and accommodating to my needs at the time of services!!! I had a towing one time and a workup or something here recently, nevertheless, I was a tad stressed because had an appointment and pressed for time. They came promptly on both dispatches! I appreciated that so much, because my situation was stressful enough.
Had a car moved for a friend. Called to remove belongings from car. Dispatcher is very unprofessional. Ask to make an appointment to show up, otherwise you will need to wait an hour for anyone to show up. You have to know this information already. Also you need to know where the actual office is without being told. Pay the extra fee to another company do the towing.
I was stuck at a gas station when my 2011 Mercedes simply would not start. After 4 failed attempts at jump starting it, I had it towed to the dealership in Georgetown. It was a long wait time for the tow truck to arrive (an hour or so) but when he came, he had a smile, a good attitude and made sure my towing kit was put back in my vehicle as promised. Waited four hours for insurance company to honor their Road breakdown towing requirement. I finally gave up and a friend recommended 969Towing. They were there in 30 minutes, loaded a difficult vehicle (wheels were almost as wide as the platform), delivered it to the mechanic shop of my choice and unloaded safely and efficiently. I will call no one else in the future. 969Towing is the best!

I had an emergency where my car wouldn't start and I had to go get my daughter from school. I nice young man named Dedrick (sorry if I got the name wrong, it was loud) helped me when he was already helping someone else. We inadvertently blocked an exit for about a minute. People were being rude and he was very professional. My hero! Obviously a great company for employing this out of the ordinary young man!
Worst customer service I’ve EVER dealt with considering the tow guy showed up at 3:30pm however as soon as he got here it showed the order was cancelled. I was on hold with the roadside assistance and said I still needed the help obviously (car stuck in mud). He said he needed the order to be in system to help which I understand however instead of waiting the 5 min to get the order back on system he said he would go “up the road and come right back” That was over 2 HOURS ago, he never showed up and now am told I have to wait another 40 min. Estimated time now (I’ve gotten estimates 3x) is 6:20pm. HE WAS LITERALLY RIGHT HERE and refused to wait 5 flipping minutes to help me and caused me a 3 hour delay. Thanks dude
