Treston and his coworkers at Texas Towing went above and beyond in making sure that my vehicle got unstuck and that I made it home safely! He warned me when he saw a different tow truck driver with a DIFFERENT company trying to scam me and, unlike the other tow truck driver, treated me with respect. He absolutely didn't have to check on me afterwards but he did. For being a guardian angel in what turned into a scary situation, I highly recommend Treston and his coworkers. I did not catch his dispatcher's name but she remained calm and respectful despite the other company's tow truck driver being difficult with her. I wish my insurance company had used them initially for roadside assistance!
Had to have my motorhome towed to my home after 2 shops couldn't find the electrical problem. Sam's club wouldn't pay for tow due to their clause of not picking up from a repair facility they didn't direct us to. I called Texas Towing since they did a great job with my Silverado earlier this year. Had a few glitches in towing of the MH but "Tim the Tech" came over and fixed just about everything. Thanks a lot
OVER PRICED!!! Charged me $875 to pull a truck and trailer 15 miles then added an additional $125 to disconnect the trailer from the tractor. Taking advantage of people knowing they are the only option in town!!!
This was by far the best towing company I’ve used. Me and my husband broke down in the middle of nowhere with a cranky kid and the man showed up, got us loaded up quickly and drove us 3hrs home in the middle of the night. We hated that he had to take that long drive back but we are so grateful. He was professional and kind and the prices were awesome compared to the other places we called. I would highly recommend this company. 10/10
