3rd visit in a year. 1st time was to drop off uhaul. 2nd time was to get tools. And now to rent uhaul. All 3 times they were very helpful, kind, and professional.
Honest people work there with great personalities, I rented from them two times, and if I ever was to make it back to Buffalo Texas I would run from them again if I needed it. Very nice team of workers there
The older lady that works in there she is so sweet and nice she helps me every time I go in there like to day with my 2005 Dodge neon y'all need to get more people like her and there is one in there she got black her she is sweet too thank y'all so much buffalo tx got a good auto part store
Called the store, lady put me on hold, and then came back 5 minutes later. I asked if they had CV grease, she said yes. We arrived a minute later as we were across the street at another autoparts store. Store was empty of customers and she was watching TV (why the hold time?) We couldn't find the CV grease we needed, asked her again and she just responded with "well I thought we had it" without looking up from her TV show on her phone.
Be nice if the employees watched less TV and verified things for customers.
This place never has anything in stock... not to mention I hate that everyone is on their phone and seem like they are just there for the paycheck. I have gone there 4 times in 12 month's and they only thing they had in stock were my light bulbs... I just started going to oreillys in Fairfield or Palestine! I always wonder how this place even stays open and can afford to pay 4 people to sit around! Loose the tmobile signal booster glued to the front window, maybe that will get some true work out of the employees. Sorry but this Place is a joke. They don't even have loaner tools! Cut your losses buffalo parts plus. Oh yea! I almost forgot! They told me they don't turn rotors! And when I talked to my dad he said they do have a machine in the back to turn them! But the kids they employed don't seem to care to figure out how to work it! That's what made me drive to fairfield oreillys! And keep driving there! Tell me if I'm lying and I'll edit this review!
They were open on the Sunday of the fourth of July. They had the part I needed, and they advised me on what might be my best approach. They got me going again, on a day when I expected nobody to be open, and I had a severe cooling leak while on the road from Houston to Dallas. They even put up with my two girls with good grace. All I can say is Thank-you.
