We ended up here because the splash guard was torn to pieces and we were still half way to our destination. Call it a miracle, but we came here fast, and we got a very experienced staff member to help us out. I'm sad that I don't recall her name (she's blonde, lean, fit, pretty, blue eyes, with a lovely accent and very polite). She wasted no time in finding replacement parts and plugging them in to hold the splash guard up. Also she zip tied the loose ends to make sure no flapping occurred. She also just charged us for the parts only!!

O'Reilly's in Buffalo Texas is the place to be now they may not have the parts but they can definitely get them there the next day their manager Miss Amanda is the world very knowledgeable and can find everything that's around this country part-wise just a super fantastic lady The staff is on point gets a little crowded in here but if you got a little patience they'll get right to you I think some of the prices have went up just a tad bit but I will continue on going and start using my coupons
Our’s transmission was overheating on our trip last night. We limped into Buffalo, Texas around 8:30pm or so and managed to make it to the Oreilly Auto Parts. I was helped by a very kind young man ( I think his name was (Payton) who worked there. Our car was not drivable and needed to be taken to a repair shop. Payton hooked me up with a repair shop for the next day. He also located a hotel for me and my family and he offered to drive us to the hotel and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot over night. Payton’s kindness was overwhelming! Thank you Payton!
Amanda socialized with someone about their wife looking for a job for about 10 mins. As soon as he left I told her what I was looking for (the other 2 employees were helping others). She went to another register and asked customers who just walked in if she could help them. That reminded me why I usually avoid the register she is at if I can. Only in an emergency will I be back.

Fantastic awesome folks here!!! Super friendly and helpful!!! I recently spent 11hrs in their parking lot when I had to unexpectedly had to rewire my whole ignition. It wasn't an overly hot nor cold day, but they checked on me frequently, offered tips, suggestions and advice. Loaned tools to as needed and were extremely polite when they or someone else needed those tools as well. All things considered, a wonderful experience....except having to rewire my ignition. Truly awesome group there!!!!
I was on the road about 4 hrs from home when my alternator went bad. Barely make it there and was getting ready to buy a bunch of tools I didn't absolutely need but they let me use a cart full of tools. Was the best people.

To move my camper back to ark. We broke down serpentine belt broke. In front of oreilly in Buffalo. Bring disable the stuff was quick to help . Christi being our first encounter. The alternator went out in my truck. It was extremely difficult to remove the pully from the alternator. I then went to the O'Reilly store to see if there was a tool I could use. I bought the tool only to find out I needed a Impact drill to remove it. How about the store clerk called her husband to bring his Impact drill up to the store to help me. That was very heart warming and kind of her to do something like that for me. Like I'm a complete stranger in fact the entire staff in the store was extremely friendly and kind. That really means alot, by far the best experience I've had in along time. I am truly thankful.
Im a travel nurse and unfamiliar with the area.. The battery in my Expedition bit the dust! An employee from O'Reilly came to the RV park where I'm staying, charged the battery so I could get to the store for a new battery. Service above and beyond!
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in a while. The two ladies went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle and even a gentleman who was not even on the clock at the time pitched in as well. Thanks to their knowledge and recommendations I was back on the road and made it home without incident.
I just wanted to say a sincere Thank you to Amanda Karm. My husband and I have a car dealership and transport service in Conroe, Texas. On April 5 2021, one of our trucks ran out of gas in a little town(Dobie) out side of Buffalo, Texas. We called the O'Reilly there in Buffalo just to purchase a gas can to somehow get our driver gas and back on the road. (Apparently he wasn't paying attention to the gas gauge). We purchased the gas can over the phone and she (Amanda), took the gas can, went and got gas in it and drove it out to our truck and driver. She also proceeded to follow him into to town to make sure he got to the truck stop ok. She voluntarily done this on her own time and then refused any money for the gas she had purchased. Amanda, you really helped us all out that day by doing such a kind act and not looking to be repaid for your time or the gas purchase. I really don't know of any other parts store that would even do something as generous as what you did. Come to find out, she is the manager there, which impresses me even further.
