For some reason Acura decided to make accessing their car batteries obnoxiously difficult. After a few YouTube videos and failed attempts I called Alpha Roadside Assistance. Adrian arrived within 30 mins and knew exactly how to access my car battery. Saved me a bunch of money on a tow and I learned how to fix the issue myself if it ever happens again.
Great service !!! I was stranded at fuel city and needed a tow to my home which is a mile away. Adrian showed up in 20 minutes, was very professional and friendly and affordable. HIGHLY recommend.
Thank you to Adrian, instead of towing my car he was able to help me with my situation at 6401 North East Loop 820 North Richland hills Texas 76180, Walmart. Aloha Roadside Service was excellent. I called late at night (around 11:00 p.m.). He arrived within 20-25 minutes to retrieve the broken vehicle and took it to the repair shop. I will use this provider again.

My car stopped in the middle of a Walmart parking lot at night and needed my car towed. Since I got good service, I called the next day to take the car to the dealership and got good service again. Adrian is friendly and professional, so I would get service from here again if I need it in the future.
Stranded on roadside for three hours waiting on tow service from AAA. Finally tired of waiting made one call to Alpha Roadside. Adrian took the call and was there in 30 minutes. He took a bad situation and completely fixed with compassion and efficiency. Alpha is a model service all others need to strive to be. If you're needing roadside, Alpha is definitely the service to call.

Absolutely would recommend Alpha. After over three hours waiting for roadside assistance through my insurance and being canceled twice, I called this place and they weren’t there in less than 30 minutes and in less time than originally quoted. Once he was there, he was done within 15 to 20 minutes. Definitely 5 stars all the way around

After waiting almost 4 hours because another company declined the tow, he was prepared with proper tools & had the tire replaced (not towed) in less than 30 minutes! They saved us more wait time and got us home early in the morning since waiting at 11pm. Upon being dispatched, he was there in 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the knowledge, dependability & great service! Thank you Adrian!

AMAZING SERVICE. This amazing gentleman came out in the middle of this winter storm to tow our car (alternator went out in the turn lane on Old Decatur). Such amazing customer service and they did NOT price gouge us even though they came out at 9PM in the middle of a winter storm. From the time my husband called for a tow it only took them 20 min to arrive. I wish I knew the gentleman's name who towed our car because he was so very kind. I would give 6 stars if I could.
