Came in today to get a new battery and came across Vic I asked him for some help and he instantly helped me and even put my battery in my daughters car made my day he was sooo helpful and had the best customer service thank you! This store will be my to go store for now on!

I want to take time for everyone to acknowledge a special person at the Saginaw Oreillys. He is the Assistant Manager Glenn. I came in to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2008 Chev Silverado truck on Friday night. He was very kind to help find the right size bulb for my truck. He came out to look at my truck and he installed the bulb for me. Glenn, I want to thank you so much for doing this because honestly idk how I was gonna put it in because there's something I didn't even mention to Glenn. My husband is terminally sick. He's always been the person to work on our truck or my dad who has passed away. Glenn totally made my day by being so kind and helpful without even knowing what I was truly going through. This is one reason why I still live in Saginaw as there really are still good people here that will help you right here in town without having to go elsewhere. Again, that you Glenn !!
i needed a new battery and samuel was so kind! i was missing a piece to secure the battery, and he was able to locate an one he personally had to help me! and it was so much quicker than i expected. couldnt have asked for better service!
Came to get a new bulb because I was told my left brake light was out, not only did Glenn help me find a light he was kind enough to help me out and change it. Thank you so much Glenn I now know how to change my brake light
I went in to the store to see about a blinker error and possible light out. Samuel immediately greeted me and offered to help. He said he would put the new bulb in for me! I was so relieved to not need to go anywhere else! He had the light replaced and working in less than 10 minutes! He was so friendly and helpful! Call the store and chris hangs up on me immediately. No time to even respond. Try looking up parts on the website all it does is freeze up. Good way to lose customers. Thanks chris at Saginaw’s oreilly
My headlight went out on the driver side. I figured after the gym, I'd come here to get bulbs and installation done. Greg was very professional and helped me out big time. Even went above and beyond to show me how to change the bulbs and apply bulb grease. Very grateful for his service ????.
They wanna charge for everything geesh. My doors automatically locked on my car while it's was running when I got out. I asked for something that I could use to just stick thru the crack in the window. They wanted to charge me $100 for that. I took one of those little reflectors of the rack and said I'll be back and walked out. Came back 2 mins like thank you, and here you go. Everything isn't always about zrying to make money.
Heather was extremely disrespectful during my interaction with her at this store. I needed a battery tested (to verify what I already knew!) and was treated like an infant. I was spoke down to unnecessarily. Taking my business to another location.
Shameful.
My Dad walked in, found his items and walked to the counter to check out. Two employees walked right past him, didn't greet him and left to the back of the store. My dad stood at the counter for several minutes and no one helped him check out. So he put his stuff on the counter and walked out. We're currently at AutoZone getting what we need for cheaper anyways.
Just before their closing time our car was dead and I was fortunate enough to be able to get there in time to buy a new battery from here and I got to say I have met one of the most salt of the earth kind souled people I've ever met in my life there. He was beyond helpful and one of those rare individuals that you can tell truly enjoys their job and lives to help others. His name is Glenn and I highly recommend going to ask for him when you visit there! I'll be going back to this location just because of my interaction with him. Thanks again good sir!
I dont know what happened at this location, employee named cody was extremely rude. Acts as if he dosnt even want to be there. He sughed when i asked about brake pads and told me they didnt have any,i would believe him if he would actually look up to see,which he did not. I asked him questions about what brake fluid im gonna need he told me he dosnt know and then told me hes busy. If you dont want to help customers maybe your in the wrong job field!!!!!!!
December 23 with the weather about to bare down, I was needing a set of wipers for my wife’s car. Samuel came out and took care of me like a pro!! Refused my tip for his help and said it’s what he does! Well Samuel…not many people do service as good as you! Merry Christmas!
I needed a battery for my car and stopped at O'Reilly's on Saginaw Blvd. Samuel was very helpful answering my questions and deciding the best battery for my car. He also put the battery in for me! I was so relieved I did not have to waste half a day waiting at a repair shop. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I so appreciated his willingness to provide this service and his ability to get it done quickly and correctly. It was really hot and yet he continued with a great attitude. Thank you Samuel!
