I had them tow my car from Dallas, TX to Mansfield, TX, they were about 15 minutes late, but when they made i, they were fast, friendly and made sure they took car of my vehicle. When it was all said and done, it was worth it and a very decent experience. THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME OUT OF A BAD SITUATION.

Showed up 2 hours late, then called us to inform us they have our vehicle and want more money since insurance had already notified them the service was canceled. They then told us if we don’t pay they are keeping our vehicle. Do not use this company will also be reporting them to the state. Will be sitting outside there building with the sheriff department
This towing company was like a God sent when other towing companies declined to come to my rescue !! They are very professional and gives great services Several towing companies have used before asks many questions and don’t make it on time to the site but AFRONET TOWING is the game changer. He got to us in 15 minutes after we called 8:30pm) and did an awesome job pulling our skid steer out of some DEEP mud. He kept at it til he got it pulled out and then charged us a more than fair price. Will definitely recommend to anyone needinf a tow! Thank you so much for your help!
This company was supposed to help me with a pickup, said they would be there at 12:30 today, and never showed up. They also never called me back or communicated at all. I would not use them if you need actual help
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would !! I called them for a tow and right off the bat they were rude but they were the only tow company available in the area. They caused over 1500 dollars of damage to my vehicle !! Ripped my bumper off and completely shredded 2 tires that cost 300 a piece. I called them to ask about damages and his exact words were” if you are accusing me ,take me to court. “ And hung up .. I’ll see him in court .. do not use this company!!
The driver arrived in about 55 min. As hell started loading my vehicle on to his trailer, I told him my front bumber was caught on the 4X4 block he had put down and was damaging my car. At that point he came back and said he couldn't figure out what to do. He got back in his truck at that point. I'm thinking he was calling for help. Next thing I know, he was leaving. He refused to helpe and left me standing in the rain.
Towed my car and now i dont know where my car is i dont believe the place exist because every time i call and leave a message no answer no updates 👎 i tried the address on the wed but it took me literally in a open field horrible experience.
