Sharing a pleasant experience with driver Jason K @ Tiger Towing & Roadside. My initial flatbed tow request to AAA began at 430am on Thursday 2/5. The first company sent a guy with a 2 wheel dolley truck & insinuated AAA did not share my request/need for a flatbed truck which was 100% untrue. As if their 90 minute wait & disconnect wasn't enough he shared an erroneous remark to AAA that was very biased & directly influenced my then, near breaking point state. When your call came through confirming that Jason was coming to help, I admit I was unsure of the outcome; however, accepted your response. You guys were a God send. The car that was transported belongs to my late son & is highly sentimental. Jason's initial response at seeing the car was a huge relief to my curiosity of your statement. He took great care with the loading, transporting and unloading. Thank you for accepting the order and making the decision to place him on the call. I will share and recommend your company to all friends, family & strangers. Again, thank you both for your time. Jason is awesome & a great representative for your company.

Normally needing a tow truck is a rough experience but Tiger Towing & Roadside provided excellent service. The dispatcher on the phone was great and gave me all the information I needed. My driver Tim was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. They truly set the bar high

Michael was awesome. His service was impeccable; he took care of my vehicles and I a couple weeks ago. I'm just now writing the review. If you need dependability, professionalism look no further.

The gentleman who helped me and Stormie on the side of the road was a very nice and pleasant in my time of need. I sent him to the wrong address at first because my GPS was not accurate on my phone. He was very accommodating. He was respectful of my time since I needed to get to work. He was also very gentle with Stormie which we really appreciated. She needed the flatbed being a Tesla and he knew exactly what to do. It took total of 2 hrs for my rock fiasco with the low profile tire and getting back to my house. Thank you!

Shoutout to Michael. Thank you so much for the care and attention you gave to me and my car yesterday. And thank you for helping me get to the second location when I messed up by not verifying that my dealership handled collision. I was a mess after being rear-ended by a hit and run and you were very patient and kind. You also crawled under the car to get pictures of the undercarriage for my online insurance claim submission. I put the company number in my phone in case I need roadside help again.

I have to give a huge shout out to Michael.I called. AAA After the mechanic shop failed to tell me about another issue on my vehicle and left me stranded in south Dallas for almost 5 hours. He called to let me know when he was on his way, and when he showed up, he was extremely professional and sincere. When he found out how long I had been waiting the first thing he did was offer to take me to a restroom and grab something to eat. He immediately got my vehicle hooked up and we were on the way to my house over 90 minutes away. The whole way we chatted and laughed and had a great time. It didn’t feel like I was riding with a stranger, it felt like I was riding with a buddy I had known for years. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am for him showing up and helping me out in my time of need. If I ever need another tow, tiger towing is who I will be calling. Michael thank you so much for helping Turn my bad day into a positive outcome. You’re a great man and it was a pleasure riding with you.

A huge thank you to Alex! We thought we needed our truck towed and he just had to jump it to get us back on the road thank you so much!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Mr. Micheal was cool guy and very polite. This guy tied my truck up in a good position on the back of his tow truck. He made sure everything was secured and tighten.

It honestly takes a lot to wow me and I will say Alex did exactly that! Did a damn good job.. He treated my car like his own.. he walked me thru each step as he was preparing it for the bed of truck being that my car sits real low. This man came prepared and confident! The confidence itself made me know my ride was in good hands. The attention to detail was on point, even used a towel to ensure the bumper did not get damaged. I truly appreciate Michael's outstanding service. Due to repeated delays, my tow time was pushed back so much that I ended up missing my appointment. Michael was eventually dispatched to assist me, and although he wouldn’t be able to arrive in time that day, he went above and beyond by rescheduling for the next day and personally picking up my car. I had to have my suburban towed. Alex came to help me. He was so kind, caring & had a great sense of humor. He explained everything & answered all my questions. He was GREAT! If I ever need another tow I will call & ask for Alex.

Waited days for a tow. This company was able to use the needed wheel lift and get my vehicle to the body shop!!

This evening, after a most unpleasant auto experience, we were SO BLESSED to have Alex and Mr. T sent to our location to tow my daughter’s car to the shop. The tow itself was very problematic just bc of the damage to her car, and my unfortunate experience with AAA in particular, but I cannot express enough how absolutely wonderful their customer service was after the most grueling day and evening. The amount of care and concern they used with us, and willingness to go above and beyond, is unmatched. Nothing but sheer patience and kindness, chivalry and smiles!! I was in the drive thru getting breakfast when my car started barreling out smoke. I instantly googled towing companies and Tiger Towing popped up first. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and told me they would send a driver right away and told me the exact price. Michael called me moments later with his exact time he of arrival. I could instantly tell I was going to be in good hands while speaking to him. When he arrived I told him what happened and he looked my car over and pretty much found the culprit. Michael from the get go very professional and had a great sense of humor. He completely explained everything to me from start to finish. Never have I had this good of service with a towing company, Michael with Tiger Towing is a 10 out of 10. Thank you guys so much and please stay safe out!

Michael did a great job helping me out today. The first company who tried to jump my car failed, but Michael was able to get it jumped. Michael was super friendly and gave me very good time estimates on his arrival.

Tim was top tier. Coordinating over the phone was seamless. He showed up and got my car secured on his trunk in just a few minutes. Was very courteous when I got in his truck; very kind and great conversations. Unhooked it quickly and without damaging my car. He had a great attitude despite it being 6-7pm on a Friday. Found them on google and I will say that my whole experience from the jump was nothing but amazing! The sweet guy (wished I wrote down his name 🤦‍♀️) answered the phone, very professional manner n tone, gave him my info and was given the time that the driver will be at the pick up location as well as additional needed info for myself. Then here comes the PROFESSIONAL driver I’ve ever met 👏 ladies and gentlemen, meet Mr Michael 🙌 I received a phone call from Mr Michael stating that he’s enroute and how far away he is from pick up location. How he sounded on the phone is the same person I met when he showed up in person. What surprises me is how knowledgeable he is about his job. At the drop off location there wasn’t much space for him to move around so he can park my long ars Lincoln in the garage but he sure did it like nothing 🙌 took his time but that Lincoln was able to make his way in the garage like someone drove it in there 😂 Anyway if you’re looking for a tow truck, don’t hesitate to call them up!! Trust me, you won’t regret it and their prices are affordable too.

After looking at reviews on several wrecker companies, I went with Tiger Towing. They had reviews from current to 3 years ago, most others with good reviews either had nothing current or all within 6 months. The gentleman that answered the phone & set up my appointment was extremely forthcoming & pleasant. Michael was here promptly in the time frame quoted & took meticulous care with my truck. He was very cordial & pleasant. I will not hesitate to use Tiger Towing in the future!
