Was broke down on I35 headed to Dallas when my drive shaft came loose. My companies shop called Dennny's and they sent out Erik in truck 95 to tow me to a truck stop. This guy was a professional knew how to do his job and was pretty quick at it. Although the truck stop was full that late at night, Erik went the extra mile and found a spot to park me for the night till they could get me into the shop in the morning. Thanks Denny's Towing and thanks Erik for being a good dude.

This is the worst tow company. they towed out truck and removed a part from the driveline. when we got there we were charged $556 and we did payed. went to the truck but if could not drive because the driveline was disconnected by this tow company. we asked for the parts that was disconnected they could not provide it and told us they don't know where it was. The staff was not even sorry about misplacing a part they took off from my truck instead the staff said there is nothing he can do that i should pay them more money to tow my car again to an address of my choice after them misplacing the part they took off my truck. Please do avoid this towing company they are very very very bad and their staff are very rude.
I called at 10:44am yesterday morning, got a GREAT quote. Called a few other places and decided to go with Denny’s. My fiance called them back this afternoon to confirm pickup tomorrow and he quoted him almost $400 MORE than the quote he gave me. I called him back from my phone and asked what changed; he said he’d “check his records..” (uh for what?) came back to the phone about 15 seconds later and said they have no record of my call yesterday…? Well… my phone does AI message records, sir. So I do. Maybe he gives lower quotes to women?

Brittany was the bomb! She had a great attitude and was easy to deal with. After seeing the nightmares on TV about the difficulties of getting your vehicle back, was not the case with her. She explained everything in a clear manner and I was out in no time.

The lady who took my call was decently polite, and got the job done. Tow truck driver was friendly at pick up but when I asked for paperwork or receipt at the end he got the biggest attitude, and was so rude telling me he couldn’t give me paperwork, and I needed to call which is fine, I didn’t mind at all to do that but your attitude in a crappy time when I just spent $260 to get my car home is very unnecessary. Not sure if the prices are cheap compared to others, I only called one other place and just decided to go with Denny’s.
Beware of this place! My car was in an accident and was towed at this business. I scheduled to get my belongings and they had stolen/threw away all my stuff from my vehicle I asked to see pictures of the inside when my vehicle got there but they refused to show me any proof. Told me to submit a claim to an email that they never check. I called to follow up regarding my claim and I spoke with Nina who was very rude. She was not helpful at all. All she told me is they don’t have access to the car but has the keys which I gave to the driver when he was towing the car. I still have not received any of me personal belongings or a response email.
Bobby the tow truck driver was one of the most pleasant people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He takes his job seriously and was careful to tow my daughter vehicle with care to not do more damage to the vehicle.
