Had a bit of a heart-racing encounter with a Titan Towing truck near NorthEast Mall in Fort Worth today. Picture this: I’m cruising along, following the 35 mph speed limit, and suddenly, it feels like I’m in an action movie. This massive tow truck comes zooming up behind me and swerves around my car, nearly giving my bumper a "hello" tap—definitely felt like they were pushing 55-60 mph.
At the next light, our action hero had transformed into the distracted phone user, nearly missing the green light's cue because of his phone. While I'm all for multitasking, maybe save the screen time for the coffee break? Just a thought.
All jokes aside, while the experience was more adrenaline-pumping than my daily commute calls for, I do hope Titan Towing can dial back the speed and keep their eyes on the road for safety’s sake.
When my car broke down I called Titan, Kyle came out and was awesome. He was super nice, was there long before the estimated time and the price was more than fair, even after calling around. I highly recommend and will for sure be calling if I ever need another tow.

Spoke to Kyle to get towed when my vehicle shifter quit shifting. Kyle saved me a tow by explaining the exact cause of the problem. I was able to make a temp fix and get home. This saved me big time all the way around and if I need a tow in the future, my first call will be to Titan Towing and they have my highest recommendations! Lesson learned? Am bringing a toolbox and a handy jack to have along at all times. Vehicle = '07 GM full size SUV)
I used Titan Towing to deliver a very large crated shipment. They picked it up for me at a local freight terminal and delivered it right to my driveway. Titan towing is the best. My car was not close to the their Iot but the driver arrived quickly. They were very careful with my SUV. I've used them 2 other times and each time was a great experience. They are arw always careful with my vehicles and very professional.

Just wanted to give a review on Kyle from Titan Towing Co. My truck and trailer were picked up from a business I worked at and I started making calls trying to find my property. The woman who called did this maliciously and is now in a Breech of Contract. Didn’t even let me know it was towed.
He was the first place I called… however Titan did not pick it up. The phone call could have ended with that…. but instead he went out of his way to locate my property. He didn’t have to. I’m so appreciative of good people left in this world.

This is my third time using Titan Towing. The drivers are courteous, timing is fair, and pricing is good. This past Saturday I had my classic 1956 car towed for maintenance and could not have been happier with the driver. He took consideration for the vehicle and was excellent to work with.
Both the tow truck driver and the owner provided such exceptional service that one would ever expect. The tow truck arrived promptly; but I could not get into the truck. The boss arrived with his truck; but I couldn't get into the truck either. The gentleman then went to a family member's house and borrowed a car so that I could get to the tire shop. He waited while the situation was evaluated and the store was closing and even drove me home. He waited in the driveway until I had my key in the lock. I don't believe I have ever received such service before. I would recommend this provider to ANYONE who needs towing assistance in the Fort Worth or Arlington areas. Kudos
Kyle just saved me from paying a lot of money that I thought I would have to pay. He came out and pulled my truck to a safe area in Walmart parking lot and proceeded to ask me what the problem was that I was having. I told him and he went straight to the source of the problem and “fixed” my truck issue before even strapping the vehicle down to tow it 2 blocks. He didn’t charge me a thing and made my day superb considering it was going south real quick financially. Man, I owe you one Kyle. Very awesome and considerate with using his knowledge to make my issues go away. I can’t say thank you enough for what you did for me today. Kyle definitely earned a 5⭐ review. Kyle was awesome towing my truck and super professional. I haven’t had a good experience with another local company but titan exceeded my expectations, sent me a text to see the location of my driver and immediately sent me an invoice while dropping my vehicle. I would 10/10 recommend and use again.
I used this Titan towing about six years ago.
They towed me from arlington to fort worth, about 30 miles.
The guy checked my battery first and checked to see if it was a quick fix before towing it.
Then about halfway there I was able to change my destination to a mechanic shop instead of my house.
That's why I searched them again to have on my contacts.
I called and they sent someone at first available. Kyle, the owner showed up with his tech Billy in legitimately 5 minutes of scheduling. I was back on the road in 15mins. Thank you guys for helping me out and being so prompt. I know you can’t always get there that fast, but you did for me and I am grateful. Refused tip also. Honest business that I will support again if need be.
One of our company cars broke down, and before we could get it towed, it was impounded. Kyle was AMAZING through the whole process. I called to get a tow, and they were up front with their pricing and letting g me know how much it would cost. They even told me that I could save some money by finding a towing company closer to me. My car stalled on the shoulder of Mansfield Highway while I was in route to an important meeting. I took a Lyft ride to get to my meeting on time and left my car on the shoulder. While in route to my meeting I called Titan Towing and notified them of my need for tow after my meeting was over. The tow truck was at my car waiting before I got there and he towed it back to my house so I could sleep at ease knowing it was safe. Price was very fair and the driver was very courteous.

I've used them several times to tow vehicles. Their service was always in a timely manner and all vehicles well taken care of. When compared to other tow services I've used in the past I've found Titan Towing to be the best bang for the buck for the top notch service you receive.
My son got into an accident and we had to have our car towed quickly or they were going to impound our car, to the tune of $200 plus $21 a day. Kyle got in his truck immediately and was at the scene of our accident within about 10 minutes. I was a little dazed and out of it. He gave us a very fair price. I thought it didn't include tax but he told me to pay him just the even number he originally quoted. He even helped me sell our totaled car on the spot and towed it away. My friend who owns a car repair shop recommended him. I called her to thank her for her recommendation and she said that Kyle is always quick to get to your car and that he really cares about people. I had a blowout on the highway around 8:00 PM. Kyle was friendly, effecient and gave a more than fair quote! I was very pleased with the service. Not to mention, Titan Towing was the only place that even offered to help out! Today 2/20/2017 i needed to get a tow from my grandparents house to about 3 miles down the road to repair shop. The driver Kyle, had AMAZING customer service . He told me about the account they had with my repair shop (which he didnt have to,he could have just pocketed the money) which saved me some cash on my towing cost. I needed a tow at 5pm on a weekday, I called Titan towing and they were there to pick my car up in 10 minutes. The driver, DJ was very polite and gave me a quote up front. He was very careful with my car while in tow. I would call them again if I ever need another tow.
