Although it is hard to get parts for my bike, Mike worked with me to problem solve a few solutions. There is a lot going on in the shop making it hard find used parts, but the website is extremely well built, I found a brand new part easy compatible with my bike and at an extremely fair price. Just be a decent understanding human when your a walk in and they can usually help!
Joe was great to work with. After 2 other local shops gave up on me, this one got my 1976 Honda cafe racer carbs together and got it to work! Great techs and cool owner (Mike) who took the time to talk to me when I picked it up.
Not many shops can work on carbs and these guys are the best!
We were traveling in Texas from out-of-state and needed a new part for our dirt bike. These guys ordered the part right away and got the new part on as soon as it arrived. This place had what I needed for a reasonable price except for the used oil filler cap they wanted $12. But since I spent $170 on a couple of parts they threw in the oil filler cap for free! Great customer service! Thanks for going above and beyond y'all.
Called for a price to put new tires on my bike ,was quoted a price. Then get to shop and they double the price! Not a good way to do business.Very disappointed,loaded by and drove 50 miles just to be baited!
I bought an engine for these guys and they didn't bother to tell me it had an oil leak, so we had to replace a gasket. The guy at the shop was not very friendly and I showed up at the time we scheduled for pickup and the engine was still in the old bike so I had to wait around for over an hour. Not professional.
This is like a convenience store. It gets you what you need fast. But at super inflated prices. They look up prices on eBay and pick the highest one to quote you. Even if they have 10 of one thing, they will not go down. Luckily, if you get 5 dollars off something that cost 100. This is a used parts store, not a dealership. They will get a lot more business if they go back to being real like before, (would work with you and price match) not the moneyhungry they are today.
This was 9 years ago. Went today, and they just gotten worse. The price or ragitty parts are the same as the dealer minus tax. Terrible
I took my bike for a clutch replacement and maintenance oil change and all of a sudden one day it was stripped down and (then they were asking me a lot if the bike had GPS) on it not only once but more than twice. He kept Insisting a lot. Then randomly some guy walking stole it and nobody saw nothing.
I don't recommend this place at all it's trash. DON'T TAKE Your bike there.
My experience well none of these guys are licensed mechanics I spent a little over 2400$ the things I paid for : carbs rebuilt and jetted sparkplugs changed valve reeds replaced oil and filter changed.i provided one clutch cable and two throttle cables they never got put on .they said one of my coil packs was bad .I tested them before bringing it there they were all good what did they do charged me for a brand new one they gave me a used one off a different style bike they said my air filter was dirty .it was a 60$ k&n reusable the took it and put used stock Air filter.carbs were never rebuilt nor jetted still had bad parts and still had stock jets the oil and filter were never changed they never changed the peacock the put a used fuel filter on .it was smashed at both ends .and the list goes on the guys that run this place are a bunch of liars and thieves .don't use these guys or buy their parts off of eBay their a bunch of scammers not a one of them even ride motorcycles to get everything fixed the right way I went to radmoto it only took a week not six months and they only charged me 800$ not 2400$
Went in looking for help, ended up being ignored at every chance they were given. Guess it's because of my age. They would stop talking to me and talk to anyone else who walked in, and wouldn't even look me in the eye and come back to me. It's as if I didn't exist in there. Completely unacceptable service.
I went in and was looking for an ignition for my motorcycle and they sold me one told me how to rewire it so I did and made the problem even worse I called him back up and told me to push the bike back to the shop so they can look at it I brought the ignition back because it didn't go to that bike after being told it would work and now they don't want to exchange it or even helped me and then they say that they don't even sell those kind of parts for those motorcycles. I was ignored and was done very wrong.
Unmemerable....did u have anything else? Nope...I went Partzilla Factory. Nope. Got it stock fixed. But it sure is fast!...my bike I mean. NOT THIS GUY!
Call them on Friday ask them if they had a certain part in Black they said yes on Monday I sent my girl up there. And they don't have it for that year in Black they said they in a newer year. So I went up there today which is Tuesday and asked for one in black and they said they do not have any in Black.
If you are in the sales business and you tell a customer you have something you should have it otherwise that is bad business to have a customer come out of his way more than two different days
These guys know there stuff. Helped me out with my broken bone while passing through Texas. Fair prices. Friendly. Shipping is available so i can give them business back home.
The owner kicks azz, they didn't have the part I needed and I got the wrong one by mistake, to make it alright with me he took the part I needed off one of the bikes he is selling until he got a replacement for that so I didn't have to wait. He loss money on that deal but got a customer for life.
The owner Mike is the reason I've always taken my bike to these guys. He always explained well. He didn't mind answering dumb questions. But there is nobody else like him. His crew is the reason ill never go back. They r a bunch of clowns. Will u ever seen "Rain Man". Rude as hell he is. Don't bother they won't give u good anything. Service deals. Maybe a good clown game. Jokes
The parts person never mentioned the part was used, and it was in worse shape than the one I had. He said the part was still good but there was chunks of rubber missing to the gasket. Then he snatched the piece off of my hands and said you don't need to buy it. It was cheaper to buy it new which I thought I was buying.
They’ll get you when you’re in a pinch. Especially signing a waiver for no returns even when they give you parts for a different motorcycle, offering only store credit when you bring them back. asking me if i’m sure i have the right bike even when i bring my own part in to compare. Disrespectful and unknowledgeable staff that condescendingly speak down to their customers selling parts at a 3x markup compared to retail.
Great work at a great price. The owner is friendly and always willing to talk with me. Have gone to him a few times and always happy with the work! I’d recommend him to anyone.
Love this place! Lee and Will helped me find what I was looking for. I needed a backrest for my Honda Shadow Sabre and not only did they find it, Lee polished the part for me and gave me some knowledge. You can teach an old dog new tricks! I highly recommend this place.
They had a windshield for my yamaha raider that I bought over the phone. Great service, very friendly and quick to get my oder taken care of. I'm from Wisconsin and from the day I talked to them I had my windshield within 4 days. I would definitely buy from them again, great experience.

They’ve had the bike for 2months and continue to give him the run around and tell him they are behind bc of oil changes. Oil changes? Really. Then they proceed to do more work without authorization from anyone? Told me the bike would be ready by Friday or Monday. Monday they still aren’t done.
I’ve used these guys before and had a so so experience. After this time, we will never use them again.
Had brake problem, Mike diagnosed and went the extra mile to fix. This guy knows his stuff. bike was picked up and taken to shop. He kept me informed of what was going on with repair and differnt options for repair. Price was fair. This will be my go to shop from now on.

They guy here was great. I went looking for an air filter retaining bolt that was going to cost $10 before shipping from California. Mr. Motorcycle made a price I needed and got me back on the road for free and it only took a few minutes. I was riding to New Mexico that day and he saved me a great deal of time!
I've got a 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 so far, every part I've went in for they've had. friendly , fair price and even changed the clutch handles for me.
