I just had my truck towed home from the impound, and it was hands down the best tow experience I’ve ever had. Mr Leopold was super cool and we had a great conversationand during the ride. He made the entire process stress-free. Also, not only did he have the best rate in the area, but he also used his onboard air compressor to fill up my back tire at no extra charge. His professionalism and customer service were top-notch, making a typically unpleasant experience surprisingly pleasant. All in all, a really good guy and a great tow service! I'd give six out of five stars if I could!

Completely unprofessional!!! The driver blocked our driveway to the street and refused to move until he was done. I would understand if he has the car on the bed but he wasn’t even hooked! I asked for his TDLR license which he is required to show upon request and he is required to have while he is towing! He stated that he did not have one! He was extremely rude and kept cussing at me for no reason and he wouldn’t let me leave to get my kids from school!
Why would y’all hire someone who doesn’t have the correct license!! With that being said why hire someone who doesn’t do a 4 point tie down as required by the state! I know the laws and since I was forced to wait I did watch him work!

Out grocery shopping with kids, and I locked myself out the car. Low Rate showed up within 15 minutes. My groceries weren’t ruined, and my kids didn’t notice what was going on while we were standing outside. Service was quick, and the man who helped us was very kind.
The male person who answered the phone was inpatient, and acted as if I was wasting his time by asking questions about towing service. His attitude toward me was disrespectful and I went with another service. I had previously read about negative phone response in review. I still wanted to give this company a try. However, I would NEVER give my hard earned money to a disrespectful company attitudes. Supporting a business in my community did not work. I went outside this area to get the professional service that I needed. Phone etiquette goes along way. Smh.
He was Very Responsive an came right when he said he will come , answer the phone an Text messages properly. This is actually my third time using this company, Very Very cheap compared to the other towing companies , Last week he towed my car an came back this week to help me get it to the shop , he accepts cash & card I paid with both , I will definitely be reaching back out to him if I need to I feel very comfortable and trustworthy with him ,He transfer my vehicle safe and promptly .
Called around 5:30 PM. Was ready to do it immediately. Really good price. Showed up within 45 minutes. Really knew what he was doing. Got hooked up quickly and met me back at my apartment in good time with no issues. Will use again. Highly recommend.
The guy even called me prior to heading over as requested. Great customer service. Much cheaper than everyone else. Straight off the bat, no need to haggle like you would with the other places to get a decent quote.
To be honest I asked for something over the top in regards to moving one car to get another. He quoted me a great price to do it and made sure that everything was done professionally. I am very thankful and pleased with the timely service and reasonably affordable price given. Other towing svcs had waiting lists, wouldnt answer phones and had to leave messages, and their prices doubled on Sundays except for Low Rate Towing. Very professional and quick to respond- definitely on my emergency all list.

I had called another tow service first, and they brought a truck that wasn't capable of towing our high-top E350 van. Low Rate was my 2nd call. They told me they'd be there in 40 minutes, and they were on scene exactly 40 minutes later. Within minutes, the van was on a rollback, headed to the shop. The driver skillfully put the non-running van directly on the shop's 4 post lift from the back of his truck. A very positive experience.
I called to have my vehicle towed to a dealership, I was told they would be at my apartment complex in a hour. Two hours later i call and ask if they are coming he says "yes im on my way.".I resend my address information and maybe 30 minutes later still dont hear from the company. I call back to reschedule due to the fact i had to leave the house and my gf had to leave to work and he rudely replies"find someone else" I was very shocked they would treat a customer like this and not meet the appointment time. I am glad i didn't get my car towed by this company they seem to not take customer satisfaction serious and most likely will handle the car unprofessionally. To sum it all up find another towing company these people are very unprofessional, dont speak fluent english, very rude, bad communication.
I wish I'd read this review before calling these people. I called at appx 10:20 PM and after giving the address of my sons stranded car and my home address was given a fee of 100.00 and told he (the driver) would leave in about 40 minutes to an hour. My son called back at 11:50 since we hadn't received a call yet and was told he would be there in 30 minutes. My son went to the location which took about 30 minutes then received a call at 12:45 and was told by the same person (man) he'd spoken with who said it was nearly 1:00 in the morning and he wasn't going to go that far. This place is without a doubt the WORST and could care less about people or their safety. Instead of "Low Rate' they should change their name to "Low Quality".
