Tow truck driver was terrible, using profanity, racial slurs and being down right rude and disgusting. Tow truck drivers name was Alsadi mohamed. He got upset because I told him to try to take it easy with the vehicle because tire was popped and i didn't want rim damaged. He got upset and refused to tow.my vehicle. Would not recommend using them. If I could give less then 1 stars I would
Not sure if I’d ever use this company after witnessing who they employ . Driving through euless today on 360 and I witnessed a male driver merging onto the highway switching back and forth blowing his horn. Mind you he was in a big flat bed tow truck. He Ended up getting in front a vehicle and stopped traffic completely and got out and walked up to a lady car yelling and calling her a B****. What a poor way to represent your company. Not sure who this gentle man is. Bald, short tan beard, medium height, black shirt and jeans. If that’s who Is employed here I couldn’t imagine the work completed. So sad. Please remind your employees they’re representing a company on their trucks, this guy should be fired. He’s lucky nobody got into an accident. I’d love to speak to management if they want more details.
