The sales manager didn’t want to help me the way it supposed to be I keep telling him to look at the part I brought in to compare it to the one he trying to sell me and he keep telling me “no we dnt have it ,”all he got to do go to the back and compare the part with the one I brought.bad bad customer service, we should go somewhere else from now on.
I love that they will help put your battery on, or lights on if its fairly simple. The guys and girls are always helpful. You can tell they like their job. I like that.
I recently had the best customer service experience I've ever had at an AutoZone, thanks to Amanda and Sam. After breaking down not far from their location, I walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what I needed. Both Amanda and Sam were incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned about getting the correct parts so I wouldn’t have to keep coming back. They took the time to speak with my husband over the phone and made sure we had exactly what we needed to get back on the road. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. I had went to Auto Zone yesterday and I had just went in there for some type of clips my dad needed and I go to the register and the guy asked me if those are the right clips. I need which I’m not sure about. But it’s the ones that my dad had asked me for. So he continues to ask me for who it is. And I said it’s for my dad and I get a phone call from my boyfriend and I’m on the phone with him while checking out, and he asked me to put in my dad phone number which I ended up putting my boyfriends number and he ended up having a discount which we got the $10 discount and I continued by my day and then my boyfriend comes to the store and the guy proceeded to say that I had called him, my dad, which I never have, and now it’s causing arguments between me and my relationship Which is very unnecessary Technically, he was trying to make it seem like I was trying to hit at him, which I would never hit at someone like that first of all. Let’s get that clear. Yesterday, instead of doing his Job, he wanted to play investigator and cause problems and other peoples lives I wouldn’t recommend this AutoZone because they have people very unprofessional there. That rather worry about other peoples lives than their own. He was a short dark toned Mexican I believe.
Walked in and asked for help to get spark plugs for my car they acknowledged me then walked away to talk to their coworkers. They had cool merchandise though so I guess that’s a plus
Uh, this is a great location. Thanx Farhad; idk if he's still there or not, but he's the employee that helped me with my Mercedes Benz, I got sold a couple of wrong products at a different autozone, and I didn't have my receipt, but he was able to work with me and grab his manager and get me adjusted, and he also helped me do the install on the windshow wipers that I didn't know how to do As far as the bins goes, they're a little more complicated than the usual, but he worked with me. And he also helped me get the other parts that I needed, and he sent me in the right direction to get some body, worked on the car.So I highly recommend this location for acknowledgeable people about autocare
Very helpful staff member the evening that I went (can't remember his name). Just sucks that absolutely NOBODY carries the part that I figured out I need after he told me my alternator was good. Gotta love it when the car manufacturer decides to STOP making an extremely crucial part for your engine!
I had bought a key fob on Amazon and came in To get it put together! The Store Manager Ms.Amanda was Amazing,Positive,and Patient with me and the Key lol ! God Bless her ! I 10/10 Recommend this store ! :)
I hope this is the correct location, but Orlando was absolutely amazing. I had to replace my coils and spark plugs and he went above and beyond to help me out while helping others! Can’t say enough good things about him! thank you!!

This is the greatest AutoZone. I called and asked if they had in stock a light to fit my car. They were so patient and kind over the phone that I passed several other places just to go to them. After arriving they greeted me and went over and beyond to help me with getting my light back working. The manager and assistant manager are so people friendly and knowledgeable. I know you will ne happy with their service if you go there.They are awesome and I will be going back for any of my auto needs. Thanks Autozone team!!!
I have amazing experience here for my battery replacement.
This morning, I had hard time to turn on the car. I decided to stop by autozone to give a shot.
After testing it, my battery indicated bad, and it needed an immediate replacement.
My car battery is in the back trunk, under the cover. In order to replace it, you have to use many different tools and take the inside trunk apart.
I was ready for them to say no. But Ryder, who helped me, did not even hesitate. He brought the toolbox. Checked what was the best option for my car. And started working on my car. He also saw some water leaked into the battery box, he brought a whole roll of paper towel, cleaned it throughly.
He then put everything carefully back. Tested new battery, also made sure my car alternator/starter all passed the system test. The whole time, he was professional, pleasant, and informational.
This autozone and Ryder really made my day. No more worry about the car not turning on this winter!!!
I'll just make short and simple, give Matthew Lewis a RAISE! What a friendly and helpful person, he went out of his way to help me locate my headlight bulb type and offered to install it for me.. What a helpful person!!
We had a great experience with Alastor J. She helped us verify if we needed to replace our battery. She replaced it for us and helped us with our windshield wipers as well. Great customer service. Thanks
I’ve always received a good bit of help at the store, but one employee stands out that always helps and that is “Will” he is so patient and helpful and has the best Customer Service skills I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you for changing out my battery today it was not the easiest one to change out. But you never complained.
I usually come in and get any car necessities here but when I came in today I was made very uncomfortable. Came in around 1:20 to get oil, everyone was so nice and helpful except for the manager on duty. She had a very harsh attitude towards me and other customers. As I was leaving I noted this blonde woman not only was acting unprofessional with me, but the way I saw her treat the associates was not okay. Im never coming back here again.

Drove all the way to his shop, and he sure did. 10 min, problem solved!
