Just got my oil changed here and can't even say enough good things about my experience. The oil change was affordable. I had an appointment and actually got in immediately when I showed up at my appointment time. The lobby was clean with drinks and snacks. The chairs were comfy. They were quick but very thorough. My vehicle is old so it was no surprise to find out it needs some extra love and they presented all the things it needed in a very easy to understand, organized manner along with the price for each. Dave explained the needed repairs etc in the order of urgency so I will be able to prioritize them correctly in order to fit my budget. He did not pressure me at all or make me feel guilty for declining repairs at that moment, which was very refreshing. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs, maintenance etc. as they seem very knowledgeable, trustworthy and overall just good people. I was only there maybe 25 min and when I left I felt like family. Doesn't get much better than that.
Wouldn’t hesitate to take my car here again. After my engine light turning on they were able to fix the problem and it turned off! Service was friendly and they were very helpful. Very thankful!
Clint & Dave are a cut above. My husband’s truck and my beetle both needed help the SAME DAY. Dave and Clint were so kind getting my bug in asap and even stayed late to let me pick it up end of day. The next day they ran tests and ended up repairing my husband truck with a battery when AAA told him he would have to buy a new alternator.

We just had our vehicle fully serviced at this Midas location, and I have to say it is by far the best one we’ve ever visited. They always get the job done right. This is the only shop we trust with our vehicle. My husband is very particular about who works on our car, and when he’s not able to do it himself, this is the only place he wants to bring it. Dave and Lexi deserve a special thank you. They’re always attentive, reliable, and trustworthy. Unlike other shops that may overcharge or give you the runaround, this team treats you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly represent the store in the best way. We won’t take our car anywhere else.
After Autozone misdiagnosed my car saying I needed a new starter and that my battery was just fine, Clint took a look and found the real solution. He started out by giving me a very reasonable quote on the starter replacement labor, but the next morning called to tell me my starter was just fine and that he didn’t want to replace the part and charge me when it doesn’t need replacing. My starter turned out to be just fine and all along it was my battery and autozone said otherwise. Clint was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very patient and helpful! I will be back here and I recommend if you’re looking for good honest people that you visit here for your cars needs! Needless to say I won’t be back at autozone.

I drove from south Fort Worth to come to this location, because of how good they are. Dave, Clint and Lexi were lovely people and took care of me and helped me when I had questions :) will definitely be coming again, very nice customer service and the service did not take long at all, I got an oil change and my tires rotated.
We have been using this Midas for more than over a year… everything they have done for all 3 of our cars. Dealing with our warranty company they have been amazing every step of the way. They are our make ready for our daughters jeep when she’s heading back to school.
The Midas on Pioneer Pkwy in Arlington, TX is excellent!! They fixed the problem with my car at a reasonable price and actually took video of another major problem with my car so that I had no problem giving them the okay to do the repairs. They were very professional and courteous and again their prices were reasonable for the work that was done in addition to the work warranty. This particular Midas has gained my trust and I strongly urge folks to give them a try if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed. We love our neighborhood Midas!! I am so appreciative of the whole team! Lexie was so nice, friendly and helpful when I arrived. Lisa was very kind in reassuring concerns I had and rechecked a test without me even asking. Dave was very friendly and listened to my questions and helped me understand the items, their costs, and what I could do moving forward. I appreciate that very much! And I don't want to forgot Clint as well, as he has always been helpful and very knowledgeable. I even overlooked an invoice and asked for it to be printed again, and the team didn't make me feel foolish about it, even though I sure did feel silly once I realized I already had it!

Clint the service advisor has always been real cool and has always given me the best deals possible whether it be on service or dealing with warranty companies. As the jingle says, “Trust the Midas touch!” I’ve been visiting this auto service for several years and they have never let me down. It’s easy to call and schedule, and they even send reminders via text. The employees are always courteous, cordial and informative, in the office and in the shop.
They have comfortable seating in the lobby, a restroom, complimentary snacks and a coffee/water bar. You can also wait outside on the benches. I’ve even done an online yoga class on the lawn while waiting.
The great part: in addition to completing the service you schedule, they provide a full write up of additional services that may improve or extend your vehicle’s functionality. They include prices and explain how urgent the repairs may be. There’s never a forced sale, simply information to help you make the best decisions. I’ve completed some of the repairs at home, but wouldn’t have known about them without their diagnostic skills.

Got an oil change here at this location. Dave, our service man, was EXCEPTIONAL in explaining everything that was needed on my car. He even gave me a modest discount and a free car rotation with an oil change ! Car was in and out within reasonable time! Highly recommended!

I have been here a few times and so far they have been honest and provided clear communication. I even needed a 4X4 part installed which is not their specialty. They tried to install it but were unsuccessful, however they did not charge me for attempting to install it and I know other mechanics would have. Their prices also are better than their competitors. I will certainly continue to take my car here!
The quickest most efficient service. I came for a synthetic oil change and rotation of tires. They went above and beyond and were able to inspect my vehicle as well. There was a coupon I was able to apply as well. They also informed me my vehicle is in good shape. Another shop had suggested I get so much more service done that was not necessary. So I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of these folks here at Midas. I will be a returning customer.
Coming in to have a differential cover replaced and the fluid changed was easy and handled with care. All three of the front desk helpers I talked with throughout this process were friendly, transparent and courteous. The price was reasonable and the job was completed before the end of the day that I brought my truck in.
Front desk people were personable and friendly. The waiting area has free WiFi, water, and snacks for guests (including Korean banana flavored corn puffs). The store is decorated nicely and there’s plenty of magazines to look from. There’s a window looking out at the yard so you can see your car and progress. I got an oil change and it comes with a free tire rotation and pretty thorough inspection that you can get texted to you with diagnostics, pictures, etc. Price was reasonable too. I would recommend this place and come again!
