Dave was fabulous! I was visiting from out-of-town when my transmission went wacky. It had been completed replaced by another Midas in my home town. Dave and this staff were able to stabilize everything well enough to get me safely back home. When I move to Arlington in March, this Midas will be my go to car mechanic place! Thanks Dave!

It was clear he wasn’t just trying to sell services, he genuinely cared about my safety. I came in for a simple oil change and left feeling educated and confident about my vehicle. We took our GX470 there for a coil conversion kit installation and they got it done right away and it drives great.
The technicians provide pictures as proof for everything on the inspection list good AND bad so you don’t have to worry about being ripped off if you’ve had bad experiences with previous shops.
Will definitely be making this my go to shop moving forward and would recommend to others as well.
Dave is the best I ever have yet. I used to do my all maintenance in Toyota dealership. However when they came up with $2500 quotations for maintenance last time , I came here and got to know that everything was fine with my car. They saved me and my money. Since then this place became my regular car check point. They are honest

Dave & his team are stand up guys, saw them do this for another customer who they set up with conventional oil change as she wanted cheapest possible it needed full synthetic because year of car etc to offset cost they applied a coupon for the young lady to try and make up for the difference since it was their mistake even setting her up with conventional oil service. This spoke volumes to me & im glad I came here for my oil change.

I’ve been to this location twice recently and have been very pleased with the service. Especially from Dave. Dave helped me get checked and offered me snacks while I waited. Every Midas should have a Dave. Dave tends to the phones and customers in the lobby with a warm and welcoming attitude.Dave even gave me some great lunch recommendations! I googled on my phone the closest place to where I was to get an emissions test for my car and it came up as Midas. So glad because I had the best experience. The guys who work there are so nice and helpful. I did not have to wait very long to get this test. Everything went so smoothly. Thanks Midas for a fantastic experience!

After a quick Google search and a rejection from a local company that doesn’t service over 2000-model vehicles, I contacted Midas. I was greeted by Lexi’s friendly voice and assured my truck could be serviced same day. When I entered the building, Lexi and Dave provided excellent customer service care, insomuch that Dave dropped me off at the gym while my truck was being serviced. …talk about Customer Service! My 1997 truck’s brakes feel amazing! I’m thankful for Lexi, Dave and all of the servicemen for their Midas touch.⭐
I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Their communication was excellent, and they thoroughly checked my vehicle. Their professionalism and kindness went far beyond my expectations.
Just got my oil changed here and can't even say enough good things about my experience. The oil change was affordable. I had an appointment and actually got in immediately when I showed up at my appointment time. The lobby was clean with drinks and snacks. The chairs were comfy. They were quick but very thorough. My vehicle is old so it was no surprise to find out it needs some extra love and they presented all the things it needed in a very easy to understand, organized manner along with the price for each. Dave explained the needed repairs etc in the order of urgency so I will be able to prioritize them correctly in order to fit my budget. He did not pressure me at all or make me feel guilty for declining repairs at that moment, which was very refreshing. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs, maintenance etc. as they seem very knowledgeable, trustworthy and overall just good people. I was only there maybe 25 min and when I left I felt like family. Doesn't get much better than that.
Wouldn’t hesitate to take my car here again. After my engine light turning on they were able to fix the problem and it turned off! Service was friendly and they were very helpful. Very thankful!
Clint & Dave are a cut above. My husband’s truck and my beetle both needed help the SAME DAY. Dave and Clint were so kind getting my bug in asap and even stayed late to let me pick it up end of day. The next day they ran tests and ended up repairing my husband truck with a battery when AAA told him he would have to buy a new alternator. Trustworthy, Kind, and Reliable. We just had our vehicle fully serviced at this Midas location, and I have to say it is by far the best one we’ve ever visited. They always get the job done right. This is the only shop we trust with our vehicle. My husband is very particular about who works on our car, and when he’s not able to do it himself, this is the only place he wants to bring it. Dave and Lexi deserve a special thank you. They’re always attentive, reliable, and trustworthy. Unlike other shops that may overcharge or give you the runaround, this team treats you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly represent the store in the best way. We won’t take our car anywhere else.
After Autozone misdiagnosed my car saying I needed a new starter and that my battery was just fine, Clint took a look and found the real solution. He started out by giving me a very reasonable quote on the starter replacement labor, but the next morning called to tell me my starter was just fine and that he didn’t want to replace the part and charge me when it doesn’t need replacing. My starter turned out to be just fine and all along it was my battery and autozone said otherwise. Clint was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very patient and helpful! I will be back here and I recommend if you’re looking for good honest people that you visit here for your cars needs! Needless to say I won’t be back at autozone.
The Midas on Pioneer Pkwy in Arlington, TX is excellent!! They fixed the problem with my car at a reasonable price and actually took video of another major problem with my car so that I had no problem giving them the okay to do the repairs. They were very professional and courteous and again their prices were reasonable for the work that was done in addition to the work warranty. This particular Midas has gained my trust and I strongly urge folks to give them a try if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed. As the jingle says, “Trust the Midas touch!” I’ve been visiting this auto service for several years and they have never let me down. It’s easy to call and schedule, and they even send reminders via text. The employees are always courteous, cordial and informative, in the office and in the shop.
They have comfortable seating in the lobby, a restroom, complimentary snacks and a coffee/water bar. You can also wait outside on the benches. I’ve even done an online yoga class on the lawn while waiting.
The great part: in addition to completing the service you schedule, they provide a full write up of additional services that may improve or extend your vehicle’s functionality. They include prices and explain how urgent the repairs may be. There’s never a forced sale, simply information to help you make the best decisions. I’ve completed some of the repairs at home, but wouldn’t have known about them without their diagnostic skills.
If you’re anywhere within driving distance of Central Arlington, this location is your place. Tell ‘em the talkative lady that’s interested in everything sent you!
Got an oil change here at this location. Dave, our service man, was EXCEPTIONAL in explaining everything that was needed on my car. He even gave me a modest discount and a free car rotation with an oil change ! Car was in and out within reasonable time! Highly recommended!
The quickest most efficient service. I came for a synthetic oil change and rotation of tires. They went above and beyond and were able to inspect my vehicle as well. There was a coupon I was able to apply as well. They also informed me my vehicle is in good shape. Another shop had suggested I get so much more service done that was not necessary. So I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of these folks here at Midas. I will be a returning customer.
