I brought my 2015 BMW X5 to BMW of Arlington for what should have been a simple oil change. 2 days later, I went to pick up my car and drove home — about a 10-minute drive. Just before I got home, the oil pressure sensor warning suddenly came on the dashboard. I immediately pulled over and contacted the dealership to find out what was going on. To my surprise, I was told that the oil pump needs to be replaced, something that was never mentioned to me when I picked up my car. On top of that, I later discovered that the under-shield beneath the car was never put back on after the oil change — a basic step that should never be overlooked at any service center, let alone a BMW dealership. To make things worse, my service advisor Kaleigh never answers the phone or returns my voicemails. There’s been zero communication and no sense of accountability from the service department. This kind of carelessness and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting BMW of North America to report and address this issue. Very disappointed and would not recommend BMW of Arlington to anyone based on this experience.

Visited for service today. Service Consultant Reesh Ismail was courteous, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make great recommendations. Service was completed in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Very positive experience. Would absolutely recommend!

My Service adviser Rene was awesome during my first visit! I appreciate his professionalism and keeping an open line of communication! He was even working on his birthday lol! I also got to meet my mechanic who also did a great job and test drove my vehicle so I can explain what I was experiencing! My issues were quickly resolved and I am very pleased with the service at BMW of Arlington! BIG THANKS!

Purchased a new BMW 5 series in March 2025 and was very pleased with the process and service from initial contact through delivery. I was particularly impressed with Shantae who provides introduction to the various and extensive electronics in the vehicle. She provided an understandable guide to basic operations and answered questions well. I have since returned to the dealership to get Shontae’s help and guidance on more complicated issues. She again solved problems and enabled a better understanding of the electronics and their capabilities. She is a “go to” professional.

I originally purchased the Safe-Guard Tire & Wheel Protection when I bought my BMW, but canceled it the very next day on August 20, 2025. Safe-Guard confirmed it was canceled. Then, six days later, someone at BMW of Arlington reinstated the plan without notifying me or getting my approval. No call, no signature, no consent. When I asked the dealership who reinstated it, a woman speaking on behalf of the general manager said it “must’ve been someone in accounting.” Curious. I tried calling the finance manager, no response. I called back to ask more questions, and she became visibly bothered. Instead of taking responsibility, she told me to go through their website and resubmit a cancellation form, but that version would’ve prorated my refund or possibly voided it entirely. So now I’m chasing paperwork, forwarding emails, and doing extra legwork to fix a cancellation I already completed. All because someone at the dealership reactivated a plan behind my back. This wasn’t a clerical error. The way they dodged accountability and pushed me toward a worse outcome tells me this was deliberate. Be extremely cautious with anything you cancel or sign at BMW of Arlington. Triple-check everything, and document it.

It’s always a pleasure bringing my vehicles in for service. This morning, Reesh called and quickly arranged for my car to come in for new tires. Even though my other vehicle (SUV) was already in for brake repairs, he went above and beyond by offering to have a service team member deliver the SUV to my workplace in downtown Fort Worth so I could exchange it for the car needing new tires. I truly appreciated this suggestion because it saved me an extra trip that evening. Billy, the service driver, kept me updated on his arrival and departure times and even provided a courtesy call. Overall, my experience with the BMW of Arlington Service Department was excellent.

Our recent experience with this dealership has been very positive. Every member of the team that assisted us in the purchase process has been very helpful and forthcoming. And everyone in the dealership is very courteous and friendly. Special shout-out to Cole, who was extremely helpful, understanding and patient throughout the process. He went the extra mile in ensuring that all our questions were answered. He easily qualifies for a 5-star rating from us. The dealership itself is very well laid out, with the comforts of a customer being paramount, and which showed.

Sovann was amazing! I came in without an appointment, because I had a nail in my tire and needed an immediate replacement. She was kind and helpful, especially after letting her know I was going to need to get my daughter from school soon. She did everything she could to expedite the process and I even had time to get a quick wash while I was there. She even went above and beyond to pick my car up from the washers, in heels might I add, to ensure I left in a timely manner!

Shopping for a new vehicle, walked the entire lot. Walked inside the showroom At no point did anyone greet me or ask if I need assistance. This is my first time coming to BMW of Arlington……I’m very happy ….I want to apologize for the post that I made earlier last week…... I was under the impression that BMW was slowing everything up, but it wasn’t BMW. It was my Warranty company so BMW of Arlington has done nothing wrong. I recently worked with Mark Russell to purchase my vehicle, and the experience was excellent. I came in already knowing which car I wanted, and Mark was straightforward and easy to work with from the start. He respected my decision, didn’t try to push me in another direction, and focused on making the process as smooth as possible. I drove in from out of town (3.5 hours away) and he and the team stayed open late just to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.

I had a great experience buying a car here. I inquired on Monday and came in Tuesday to test drive, negotiate, and sign the paperwork. Everything was smooth, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Jaime did an excellent job guiding me through the process. Highly recommend!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 25 years. Ty Rivers was one step ahead of every question and request we had in selecting and purchasing our 2026 X7. The dealership had more cars than in Dallas. The sales Director Nick was engaged in the discussions and gave us a fair trade in that closed the deal. I would highly recommend buying your BMW from Ty Rivers and Nick at BMW of Arlington.

They never pressured me at any point to buy. The car I wanted wasn’t at this location, but they found it and got it to me in a few days. It was first class service from start to finish. I recently reached out to BMW of Arlington about a pre-owned 2025 BMW M340i X-Drive because I wanted to compare it to a BMW M3 Competition. As soon as I submitted my online inquiry, Ty Rivers got in touch with me immediately and answered every question I had about both vehicles. We discussed the two trades I was considering, and Ty was able to get one of my trade-ins quoted sight unseen just from a few photos, with my other trade evaluated when I came in. Ty set me up for a test drive in the M340i X-Drive and, remembering my interest in the M3 Competition, he brought out an absolutely stunning Frozen Gray Metallic M3 Competition X-Drive that checked every box for me exactly how I would have spec’d it if I ordered it new. Ty worked out numbers for both trade-ins and gave me clear scenarios for choosing the M340i versus the M3. I really appreciated that Ty and the managers didn’t play games or lowball my trades they gave me their best offer right away. There was no endless haggling or wasted time just straightforward, fair numbers that made me feel confident trading in two vehicles for my dream M3. While we waited for finance, Shantae Henderson went above and beyond by taking photos of me with my new car and my awesome sales rep Ty. Shantae also took her time helping me pair my phone, walked me through every feature and customization on the M3, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with all the new tech. She patiently asked if I had any questions and really cared that I left feeling confident in my new car. In finance, Arya Farahmand was amazing. Not only did he make sure I had the right coverages, but he took the time to explain every protection plan in detail we had a great discussion about what I actually needed. Arya went out of his way to get me every BMW credit and incentive I qualified for. As an M3 owner himself, he gave me valuable advice about the break-in period and tips for protecting my new car that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. That night I left with my new Frozen Gray Metallic BMW M3 Competition X-Drive and left one of my trades with BMW of Arlington, the next day Ty took an hour long Uber to my house to pickup my 2nd trade that had been quoted sight unseen. Talk about above and beyond customer service! Ty saved me a very long trip, and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to spend a minimum of 2-hours + on the road to drop off my trade and get back home. BMW of Arlington continues to impress our family every time. My father-in-law bought his BMW here. My wife got her first BMW here when other dealers wouldn’t give her the time of day, then customized her second BMW here a couple of years ago. I finally gave BMW of Arlington a shot and I don’t regret it one bit, now I can’t imagine going anywhere else. With a team like Ty, Shantae, Arya, and the rest of the BMW of Arlington staff, I know we’ll be back for our next BMW without question. Thank you all for making this such an exceptional experience!

I wanted to give a quick update from my previous post the Manger reached out to me and resolved this issue very quickly it all end up being a simple mix up. Thanks for the call and very Quick response and taking care of this issue....... (I waited to write this review, first off I purchased a 2025 BMW X5 in May everything was going very well with the communication as I don't live near the dealership, so I purchased a plane ticket to fly in to DFW... the vehicle looked awesome and everything checked out as I asked all the questions before flying there..I was told they had both sets of keys before flying there and when I got there I asked again and was told yes so after signing all the paperwork no second set of keys then I was told they will look and not to worry worse case is they will order another set and mail them to me... it is July and nothing I have called and emailed with nothing)

I really love this dealership. They don’t try to oversell you on service. They make recommendations but also time frames like needs to be done by end of year or at this mileage. Suvonn is lovely and she always takes great care of me and my car.

Loving My New BMW X5 xDrive50e! Just picked up my new BMW X5 xDrive50e, and I’m absolutely blown away. This SUV is the perfect blend of power, luxury, and efficiency. The plug-in hybrid system gives me the electric range I was hoping for, while the inline-six turbocharged engine delivers that signature BMW performance when I want it. The interior is stunning—premium materials, intuitive tech, and a seriously comfortable ride. Big shoutout to Ahmed (Client advisor) and Hany (Manager) for making the whole buying process easy and actually enjoyable. They really took care of me, answered all my questions, and made sure I drove off in the exact car I wanted.
