Best car shopping experience ever! My salesman David was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the specific BMW I was interested in and he took time to understand my needs and worked hard to see them through. I must mention Shantae as well... she was so sweet and patient in trying to get all of my "bells and whistles" working in my new ride. Unfortunately the systems didn't want to work for us at the time, but nonetheless, Shantae was on it and even reached out to me the next day. In financing , Andreas was friendly, made my husband and I feel comfortable and even giggle a few times. Even the gentleman in the "bullpen" as I've heard it called before, named Mohmand was friendly and worked well with me trying to get me what was needing to get me in the car I really wanted. Overall, BMW Arlington is the place to go folks! Best car buying experience I've ever had..... and I've been through some cars! :)

I bought a used Alfa from Brandon and Andreas, whom are amazing people to work with! Starting from initial contact to closing the deal, Brandon was very professional and accommodating. I flew in from out of town to check out the car, and a free ride was given from the airport to the dealership with no questions asked if I was buying or not. The price was fair and the process was a breeze, no BS and up selling on unnecessary warranties. If you want an exceptional car buying experience, BMW Arlington is the way to go!

Had a great experience at BMW of Arlington. Just stopped by to test drive a car I was interested in. The salesman Andy was very knowledgeable & patient. Did not push like most dealership salesmen I’m used to. Deanna Was also amazing, went above and beyond scheduling an uber for me to & from the dealership. Appreciated the great customer service!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. They performed the oil change and reported that everything was good. After I’d driven home I immediately noticed a burning smell. I thought perhaps the technician spilled oil somewhere and it would eventually burn itself off. I continued to smell something burning so I called to schedule an appointment thinking they’d clean it up and send me on my way. Wrong! I was told I had a leaking gasket and needed my oil pan replaced. The estimate was around $6000. I argued that the problems didn’t exist prior to having my car serviced for the oil change. They argued the problem has existed for quite some time and they’re at fault for not informing me during my last two visits (8 months apart) that I had a problem. Also on the video prior to my service showed no leaks. I spoke with the service manager, the branch manager (Tim Branch who is an awesome guy) & filed a complaint with BMW Of North America. I assume responsibility for normal wear and tear but I expected BMW to assume their fair share & responsibility for their negligence. They offered a 20 - 25% discount. I had the service done. After picking up my vehicle and driving home I heard something dragging from my vehicle and noticed that the undercover was nearly touching the ground on the passenger side which wasn’t the case prior to the work being done on my vehicle. On the lift you could visibly see a plastic piece dragging near the right rear tire, held on by a small piece of plastic no more than 1/2” long. Also visible were several clamps missing securing the undercover to the vehicle. I was given a nearly $1600 estimate. I waited two hours. The service technician said they put temporary clams in and cut the 1/2” piece off. I asked them to show me where they’d added temp clamps. The service technician called and asked the repair technician and then retracted his statement. He’d only cut the 1/2” piece off which I could have done at home in my own garage with scissors or a box cutter and not wasted 3 hours out of my Saturday afternoon driving & waiting for absolutely nothing. They didn’t even wash my car. I’ll NEVER go back to BMW of Arlington again & I would not recommend them for any quality service needs

I absolutely love BMW of Arlington. Waaaaaaaaayyy better than BMW of Dallas on Lemmon. Much more thorough and reliable. Also free shuttle service (Uber/Lyft) to and from BMW if you can’t or don’t want to wait for a loaner & when your car is ready. Chef’s kiss everytime. Cordial direction efficient like a well oiled ship who cares about each component large and small alike. excellent care!

Based on this experience, it is my opinion that Kaleigh Couch would benefit from additional customer service and professionalism training. The lack of effective communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor demonstrated during this interaction raises concern about her readiness to engage directly with customers. Until these issues are addressed, it may be appropriate to limit her role in customer-facing interactions to ensure that clients receive the level of service expected from BMW Arlington and consistent with the BMW brand.

Carter worked very hard to make sure we got exactly what we needed/wanted. He was amazing. Genius Brandon was also very good. Dexter was also excellent! We were very pleased with BMW Arlington.

Very impressed with the BMW dealership for used cars. They went above and beyond in their reconditioning of the used car we bought. They picked up matching paint, covered everything, buffed out the fogged out headlights, did a clear coat, tightened up the motor mount, filled the tank, etc. Im happy. Also, they dont haggle, wouldn't even round down on the change... 0.44 cents. Honestly refreshing to not feel like you left money on the table. They lose a star on a technicality. Their process is to pay with the 'finance guy' at the main dealership despite us buying the car outright. We had to wait hours. Some dude was buying 4 new BMWs. So something that should've taken 1.5 hours, tops, took 5 hours... maybe im just impatient or maybe I value my time.

I recently purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from this BMW dealership, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. From the very first contact through delivery, everything was smooth and stress-free.
My salesperson, Rovin Lawrie, was incredibly attentive, professional, and courteous. He was transparent, fair with pricing, and made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. To top it off, Rovin personally delivered my SUV to my home, which truly went above and beyond my expectations.

Customer service was exceptional, the only problem I have with this dealership is the detailing or washing of the cars after service has been done. I have a ford and a Dodge truck and their detailing or might say car wash people have more integrity on how the cars should be turned back to the customer. This is BMW which should be a very extinguished and luxury vehicle and dealership and they left my car unattended from the inside and barely touched the outside. Windows were dirty , seats were dirty and the wheels and tires looked like they were never touched. It would be very appreciative if a dealership of this caliber would take pride in sending customers home with a clean car after spending money ant the service department which is not cheap at all.Thanks you

I went to shop for a Lexus that was on the used lot. After the test drive, the salesman said now try the M4 series. Guys, I was super impressed with the car. Way under pricing and within my budget.
Lexus may have a reliability badge but that BMW exceeded every single one of my expectations.

Been coming to this place 2 years for service. Everytime I’ve been here I’ve let numerous staff know that their ceiling tiles have been like this for over 2 years. I know it’s something small but coming from the hospitality industry and having such a beautiful showroom I’d bet the owners of this place wouldn’t appreciate it. Especially, since it’s such an easy fix. I need a dealer that cares about the details.

Was in for 10k service, tire rotation and starter recall repair. Great service from Reesh Ismail and vehicle ready when promised. Not the nicest BMW dealership I’ve been in, but not the worst either. DFW ranked - Grapevine, Plano, Arlington, Ft. Worth. I was told they would hand wash it, but it wasn’t washed. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to wait any longer.
Of course, it’s a BMW dealership so a lot of great cars to browse. German manufacturers make the best cars and BMW is the best of the Germans.Dec 23, 2025 -
In October 2025 I bought a 2025 Chevrolette Corvette from BMW of Arlington. It was over $80K. They showered me with love during the sales process but after closing it was a different story. As you know, TT&L expense is mandatory. You would expect that a dealer would be able to do this in their sleep. Not so with this dealership. I live in Denton county and require License plates from Denton County. This dealership got Collin County plates. I asked for the correct plates but they said that, for whatever reason, they were unable to get the correct plates but I could get them if I wanted to try. I copied Tim Branch, General Manager, on all my communications with their sales team. This is the same Tim Branch that emailed me, at the beginning of the sales process, touting how pleased he was that I was considering them for a car. and to contact him if I ever needed help. Well, I asked for help on 12/13/2025 via email, and phone mail, and got crichets. No response, no explanation, nothing. See how the love is once you buy from them? I now have a car with illegal plates and stuck with figuring out how to make this legal. You make your own choice but I'm disappointed in this dealership's customer service.

You want to go here, ask for Emmanuel Faz AKA Manny. He is in CPO/used car sale and he is really great to deal with. I had a extremely great experience. He was honest, very professional and answered all my questions & concerns about BMW X5 that I was looking for. He did listen to understand what I drive and what I really care about a car before jumping to sell me something and at the end, unfortunately they did not have the color that I wanted but I am hoping that they can find it before I buy a car.

I had an excellent experience with BMW Service Consultant Reese Ismail during my recent maintenance visit. My BMW X5 received an oil change and a comprehensive BMW inspection, along with the standard scope of service including replacement of the engine air filter, microfilter, new windshield wipers, and the state inspection. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
What really stood out was the communication — Reese provided text updates throughout the process, including green-light results when everything checked out. Paying the invoice directly from my phone was extremely convenient. Once my vehicle was ready, I received a text and was able to walk right in, sign, and drive.

I had the best sales experience at BMW Of Arlington. My salesperson, Carter, was exceptional. He made sure that I understood everything about the vehicle prior to our test drive. The sales managers and finance managers were so helpful in getting me the best options & financing possible. And I can’t thank Tim Branch, general manager, enough for his attention to detail and making me feel like a VIP customer. Highly recommend BMW Of Arlington!

I brought my 2015 BMW X5 to BMW of Arlington for what should have been a simple oil change. 2 days later, I went to pick up my car and drove home — about a 10-minute drive. Just before I got home, the oil pressure sensor warning suddenly came on the dashboard. I immediately pulled over and contacted the dealership to find out what was going on.
To my surprise, I was told that the oil pump needs to be replaced, something that was never mentioned to me when I picked up my car. On top of that, I later discovered that the under-shield beneath the car was never put back on after the oil change — a basic step that should never be overlooked at any service center, let alone a BMW dealership.
To make things worse, my service advisor Kaleigh never answers the phone or returns my voicemails. There’s been zero communication and no sense of accountability from the service department.
This kind of carelessness and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting BMW of North America to report and address this issue.

I also got to meet my mechanic who also did a great job and test drove my vehicle so I can explain what I was experiencing! One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 25 years. Ty Rivers was one step ahead of every question and request we had in selecting and purchasing our 2026 X7. The dealership had more cars than in Dallas. The sales Director Nick was engaged in the discussions and gave us a fair trade in that closed the deal. I recently reached out to BMW of Arlington about a pre-owned 2025 BMW M340i X-Drive because I wanted to compare it to a BMW M3 Competition. As soon as I submitted my online inquiry, Ty Rivers got in touch with me immediately and answered every question I had about both vehicles. We discussed the two trades I was considering, and Ty was able to get one of my trade-ins quoted sight unseen just from a few photos, with my other trade evaluated when I came in.
Ty set me up for a test drive in the M340i X-Drive and, remembering my interest in the M3 Competition, he brought out an absolutely stunning Frozen Gray Metallic M3 Competition X-Drive that checked every box for me exactly how I would have spec’d it if I ordered it new. Ty worked out numbers for both trade-ins and gave me clear scenarios for choosing the M340i versus the M3. I really appreciated that Ty and the managers didn’t play games or lowball my trades they gave me their best offer right away. There was no endless haggling or wasted time just straightforward, fair numbers that made me feel confident trading in two vehicles for my dream M3.
While we waited for finance, Shantae Henderson went above and beyond by taking photos of me with my new car and my awesome sales rep Ty. Shantae also took her time helping me pair my phone, walked me through every feature and customization on the M3, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with all the new tech. She patiently asked if I had any questions and really cared that I left feeling confident in my new car.
In finance, Arya Farahmand was amazing. Not only did he make sure I had the right coverages, but he took the time to explain every protection plan in detail we had a great discussion about what I actually needed. Arya went out of his way to get me every BMW credit and incentive I qualified for. As an M3 owner himself, he gave me valuable advice about the break-in period and tips for protecting my new car that I wouldn’t have known otherwise.
That night I left with my new Frozen Gray Metallic BMW M3 Competition X-Drive and left one of my trades with BMW of Arlington, the next day Ty took an hour long Uber to my house to pickup my 2nd trade that had been quoted sight unseen. Talk about above and beyond customer service! Ty saved me a very long trip, and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to spend a minimum of 2-hours + on the road to drop off my trade and get back home.
BMW of Arlington continues to impress our family every time. My father-in-law bought his BMW here. My wife got her first BMW here when other dealers wouldn’t give her the time of day, then customized her second BMW here a couple of years ago. I finally gave BMW of Arlington a shot and I don’t regret it one bit, now I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
