I was recommended Brian Crawford by my mom's coworker for getting some work done on my car. I had been to a dealership where they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get a couple things fixed. I gave Brian Crawford a call and brought it in and they checked everything out, and by surprise they found a mallet under my hood that was left from the dealership, mind you, and I was quoted a much better price for the exact same thing the dealership said it was: replacing the rear lower control arms and both rear knuckles. I brought it in yesterday and it was ready by 9am today and for the exact amount I was quoted. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that wants to have great work done for a better price! I was also told that my car was not unsafe to drive, unlike the dealership made it seem, so that was a huge relief for me and my parents as well. Brandi and Brian were amazing! I can't thank them enough for getting rid of the clunking noise I've been dealing with for too long.
Brandi was very helpful in getting me scheduled. Replaced my liftgate latch assembly. Finished by end of day. Would definitely recommend. Side note: shop dog Cody was a hit with my granddaughter (she generally does not like dogs at all)

1 Star, Great Service, Brandi is amazing, will take care of you and tell it to you straight, was told it would be done by the next day and then actually ended up finishing my radiator replacement by the end of the day, Brian did a great job, my truck blasting cold air and driving nice. 1 star because I pulled up with my truck window cracked finding CIGARETTE ASH in my truck, never not once has my CLOTH SEATS interacted with smoke or ash till the day I sent it in (100,000 mile truck, and I’m the only owner) they did a great job but truly was an unprofessional move by them. I would recommend them. But I would also give them a heads up about smoking in CUSTOMERS VEHICLES.
Brian was able to get my car fixed, my now former mechanic told me that there was a short in the electrical. I took it to Chambers automotive who referred me to Mr Crawford. The wrong spark plugs were put in my my former mechanic, there was a part thar was missing under the intake manifold and some other things. There was not a short in the electrical afterall, I am thankful that Benjamin from Chambers referred me to Brian Crawford. I believe I have found my new mechanic, he's a very personable man and very nice and Brandy I'd extremely nice too.
Where to start first they quoted me one price and came out with a totally different other price and also scratch my vehicles, interior plastics and door very unprofessional Randy Moore was very disrespectful to me one time made him aware of the situation
He started talking about my race, very unprofessional
Professional and amazing service.i highly recommended them! They do work with your insurance company. We will definitely use their services in the future when/if needed.

Someone at this business blast loud music in the late afternoon and at night. It can be heard far away and all throughout the nearby KOA Campgrounds. This behavior is very disrespectful and should be stopped. Please stop the loud music, be respectful.
LOVE this place and the staff!! Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. My husband has been taking his cars here for years and doesn't trust anyone else. They are always more than fair and make you feel like part of a family. I would highly recommend them, we don't trust anyone else!
I found this place through several recommendations on an Arlington community group. Brian Crawford has built a reputation of offering honest, reliable service at a good value.
Initially, I was a bit intimidated by all of the notices posted in their small office. There were a couple of notices about how diagnostic work was not free so I was a little concerned that I would be charged to have my car looked at. Thankfully, that turned out to not be the case so definitely clarify with them beforehand what kind of charges you may incur.
I came here for a second opinion on some expensive work I was told I needed to have done on my car. Brian did a thorough inspection of my car and informed me he did not think I needed all that work done. I had planned on getting what little work needed to be done at his shop but it turned out that he did not even offer the service that needed to be done. In other words, he inspected my car for free and made a recommendation that resulted in zero work/revenue for him. He recommended another reliable place that could do the work for me. It turned out Brian's diagnosis was correct. I did not need all that expensive work done and he ended up saving me a ton of money.
I will be using Brian Crawford Auto Care for my future repair needs.

I would definitely recommend this repair center for anyone looking for a home-town feel with fair prices.We searched several other shops and were very lucky to find this gem. Brian, (the mechanic), came out and personally talked to my wife and I about the issues concerning our vehicle and was adept and articulate with explaining them and didn't use any shady or nebulous lingo that you might run into with scamming mechanics. They honored our warranty and actually made sure the warranty company wasn't taking advantage of us.We will definitely be coming back to these guys with any future repairs we'll need. HELP THEM STAY IN BUSINESS!!!
