I want to give a shout out to GP1 for outstanding customer service and workmanship. GP1 took care of all the insurance stuff and also worked to get me a rental car. They did a quick estimate and was sent to my insurance company and told once approved used OEM parts to repair my car. Look great just like it was new. Highly recommend them for body repair. Picture of it fixed and close up of damage.

I was disappointed with the quality of the repair on my vehicle. The paint work was poorly blended, and the repaired area is clearly visible—something you'd never expect on a car in this price range. I reached out to address the issue and even shared photos, but after initial contact, I received no further response despite multiple follow-ups. Unfortunately, I’m now left with a $60k vehicle that has visibly mismatched paint. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before choosing GP1.

Once they get your money they take their time on repairing your car my car was supposed to be ready on April 17th they’ve lied to my mom and insurance telling them that the car is in body but it’s may 5 and they haven’t even touched the car mind you it’s been there since late February or early march they don’t stick to their word and give you the run around I went there and saw the workers just standing in the shop not doing anything just walking around and Nancy just lying through her teeth because she gettin paid to just sit in her little cubicle she’s a liar and just try’s to smile it off in your face. She look puzzled the second I said who I was. How the car suppose to be ready but you’re telling me that the techs on vacation but my car should’ve been done before he even went on vacation and now I have a wait until next week for them to start working on my car that should’ve been ready a almost a month ago this Is unprofessional and bad business they just want your insurance money

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at GP1 Collision. After trusting them to handle the repairs on my vehicle following an accident, I expected a level of professionalism and transparency that I ultimately did not receive. For weeks, I was assured through regular updates that my car's mechanical work was completed and that it was moving into the body repair phase. However, when I visited the shop today to check on the progress, I found my vehicle sitting under a tarp, with absolutely no body work having started. I spoke with the manager, Stuart, who was apologetic and mentioned staffing issues that contributed to the delay. While I understand that situations can arise, the completion date originally provided was April 17th, and here we are now on May 5th with no progress. Stuart did offer a rental car since I have exhausted my coverage, which was a kind gesture, but it doesn’t address the fact that my vehicle is still untouched. The lack of empathy from staff, particularly Nancy, who insisted the car was "in body" despite no work having commenced, was frustrating. It feels like I’ve been misled for two weeks with false assurances that the car was in the final phase of repairs. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: do not sign a power of attorney for these companies to handle your insurance checks, as it seems that once they receive payment, your vehicle becomes a low priority. The repairs totaled over $22k, and I expected a much higher standard of service. Businesses like GP1 Collision need to do better. Customers trust you to handle their vehicles with care and professionalism, not gaslighting them with empty promises. I would not recommend GP1 Collision to anyone seeking reliable auto repair services.

I have used them before and I was very happy with them and their work however they have a policy where they have to use new BMW parts and I am not sure if they only work on BMW or if they also have the same policy with all other makes to use new parts only. I had to take my vehicle to another Bodyshop because the insurance found some used parts and aftermarket that were compatible but there was no flexibility from either party. It was a disappointing experience for me. The new Bodyshop where I took it they were able to work with me and they are a reputable company as well.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. It’s clear why USAA is a trusted partner with this company.

I picked up my wife's van today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the work done by GP1. They painted the rear bumper in pearl white, and the shimmer matches perfectly with the rest of the van. The attention to detail is outstanding. Monica was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions and concerns along the way. I highly recommend GP1 for their excellent service and quality work!

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was done well and in the time frame predicted. Hoping I don’t have to visit them too often but if repairs are needed GP1 is my go-to shop.

2019 Audi Q5 Car drop date: 1st August, still with them, that is the last status I received from them, post that every time customer has to follow up on what is happening. I never received any call from them, almost 20 days past. Step-1 My insurance provider gave a quote for most of the main body parts damaged. Step-2 Ideally they should have ordered the body parts for which the quote was approved to expedite the process. But they waited till another supplement was not approved for some minor body part issue. They did not inform about the supplement part as well, I had to call them to know this. I worked with my insurance company to expedite the process and get it approved. Step-3 My insurance approved the supplement on 8th August, and I don't know after that what parts they ordered, when they are coming, a poor communication literally. Step-4 We called again to know the status, 13 August. Their reply was -“Some parts are coming this week” Step -5: Finally, we received reply on 16th August stating everything is going as per the plan that is never shared with me. Which plan? Is it in your mind that we need to read? This is the first and the last time I am working with its agents.

Brought my car to GP1 after hitting a deer on vacation up North. This was coordinated with my insurance company. Nancy was my point of contact at GP1. Everything went VERY well. My car was assessed, parts ordered, work done, had my car back in under 2 weeks. Looks great! Nancy stayed in contact with me the entire time letting me know the time frame and progress of the repair. GP1 is very professional and personable. Workmanship excellent. Timeliness great!! Highly recommend!!

My experience with this company was exceptional. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff was outstanding. I dropped off my vehicle for hail damage repair and was greeted by Cindy who processed me in. She was very kind. She also called the rental car company while processing me in and the driver was there within minutes. Andy, the collision repair rep called me and explain all that would be done to my vehicle and the parts that needed to be ordered. My vehicle was repaired in two day and looked brand new!

GP1 Collision is the best place for any body repairs needed on your car. I have dealt with this location previously when it was just Moritz BMW body shop and I must say that they were good then and they are absolutely great now. Monica and Stuart have helped me, and my friends with our cars. They are very knowledgeable and are always ready to go above and beyond to assist with insurance claims etc. I recommend them to everyone regardless of your car brand

Always a great experience. Zach is great with communication, meeting deadlines, assisting with questions and request. Couldn’t imagine having to deal with another repair shop. Thanks for everything!!!

I firmly believe that speaking to the management team of any establishment in person to address concerns about poor customer service is far more advantageous than writing a poor review on the internet. However it was evident that the manager of GP1 collision, Stuart or Stewart, was not interested in speaking with me in person when I came to collect my car. I received a text message from GP1 Collision asking for my feedback in the form of a google review- and while I typically ignore and delete these automated follow-up texts, this one deserves a minute or two of my time. I was referred to GP1 Collision by my Audi dealership after I had been in a minor fender bender. As I understand it, this is one of the few collision centers that is certified by Audi, among other luxury brands, to do body repairs on their cars. I dropped off my car at this location a few hours after the accident. They had my car for exactly 30 days. It's not so much the length of time that is bothersome, but the severe lack of communication and customer service that was provided by Zack, who was assigned to my case. My car sat idle at this place, outdoors without appropriate cover no doubt, for the better part of 10 days before Zack thought it appropriate to pick up the phone and contact our insurance company long after we had everything in place on our end. My husband and I called Zack at least every other day to check the status of the vehicle- each time he came up with an excuse as to why he had not been in contact with the insurance company. After two weeks, the parts for my car were received and the body work began. During one of my phone calls to Zack, he mentioned the car would need to be towed to the Audi dealership for calibration of the cameras. On the last Tuesday that my car was in their possession, I received a standard video inspection from the team at Audi notifying me that they had completed the work on my car. I spoke with Zack again on the following Wednesday evening- he stated the car was not back from the dealership yet, but he intended to have it ready by Friday, but no guarantees, of courseIt is worth mentioning and repeating, and this is where the dreadful customer service comes into play- that over the course of the 30 days that GP1 Collision was in possession of my vehicle I did not receive a single call, text or email from Zack. As it turns out, behind the reception desk at the office of this location there is a large poster that outlines the businesses promises to customers to ensure a great service experience. In short, they promise to call, text and email the customer every step of the way to ensure a seamless experience. WHAT?!? I repeatedly asked Zack to contact me with updates, and each time he assured me that he would. Lies. A simple text message would have been very much appreciated, as promised by the alleged mission statement. I showed up on Friday to pick up my car because I was 100% fed up with Zack and his shenanigans. Not only was he rude and couldn't be bothered on his lunch break, but he was not willing to let go of my car because they were awaiting approval of one final estimate from the insurance company. After I demanded my car be released and asked to speak with the manager, Zack changed his mind and released the car to me. Zack failed to provide the final customer walk-through/inspection, as he was notably perturbed. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I am appalled that my $98K vehicle sat in a lot, unprotected from vandals and the elements for 30 days. I am even more appalled at the sheer lack of haste that is quite apparent on Zack's part. It is a shame that Stuart could not be bothered to speak with a valuable customer. The problem here is that there is no accountability; ultimately these establishments answer to the insurance companies. Why should they care about the people driving the cars that they work on?

We had a great experience with GP1 Collision in Arlington. We had an issue with the spoiler along the top of the rear lift gate on my 2022 Audi Q5. We closed the gate after a cell phone had slipped down from the roof into the space at the top of the rear door without us knowing. The phone was crushed when the lift gate was closed. The lift gate was pushed out of alignment slightly, the spoiler at the top of the gate popped out of place and received minor damage that needed to be repaired. We took it to the dealership where we purchased the car and were told there would be a $250 evaluation fee. Once evaluated, we were told that the spoiler couldn't be repaired, it would need to be completely replaced ($3.5k). Oh, and you need all four tires replaced ($2k). We declined to move forward and called Audi of Grapevine for a 2nd opinion. They sent us to their body shop - GP1 Collision. Best decision ever. I called the shop and they said to stop by and they would take a look. While we were there, the technician popped the spoiler back in place - no evaluation fee, no charge to pop it back in place, no pressure to do any additional work. We asked for an estimate for GP1 to do the spoiler repairs including bodywork to the spoiler, paint & realigning the lift gate. Their estimate was a fraction of what the original Audi dealer quoted us. AND - they did exactly what they quoted and the final price was actually lower than the initial estimate. Our son's car was damaged in a hit & run accident on campus in March and requires minor bodywork/paint. We are waiting until he is home from school this summer and will be taking his car to GP1 Collision for the repairs.

The staff and management were very polite and informative. They kept me notified as to what stages my vehicle was in and if there were any issues or concerns along the way. I’d recommend them to my friends and family. The repairs turned out great! That’s saying a lot because I am extremely picky. Thank you Group One Collision team.

Someone with USAA insurance hit my car and USAA used this facility to repair my car. Repairs were communicated and I was able to get my car back earlier than the expected date.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. They had my car for three months to do roughly $6,500 in work. Granted there are apparently parts delays and State Farm did not make things easy but my issue was the utter lack of communication. I emailed, left voicemails for Zach, the person over my vehicle, and he simply would not respond, I had to continue to follow up, call the main line and have them get him on the phone because he would not respond. There was one time in 3 months he was proactive in providing an update. A customer should not have to constantly call and email just to get an update on the status of their vehicle they have entrusted to you. He also did not submit paperwork properly through the insurance portal which cost me time over a long weekend and he lied to me saying he did but the email he forwarded, that I requested he do, was not for the date he originally said. Ultimately, I have no idea why Audi would recommend this company and I plan to share my experience with them. You cannot control when parts are available, or an insurance company’s response time but you can control how you treat your customers and how responsive you are to them. Simply unacceptable!

Experience was great. Staff was nice and professional. The body work and paint on my vehicle was nice. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them the only thing is they may have your vehicle longer than expected as they keep 200 vehicles on staff at all times at least that's what I was told due to there business.

Amazing staff and team, if you have an Audi and want to use an approved Audi vendor, this is your team, the car is just like new. Had my front door replaced on my 2023 Audi A5 and it looks impeccable!!

I picked my car up last week and it looked horrible! I have had work done here before and had an amazing experience, they did great work, but this last time no! Stuart the manger took care of us! We brought my car back after the Labor Day holiday and they had it about a week. They paid for a rental (as I had returned mine), fixed the bad work they did and my car looks great! I was really upset but they made it right! Cindy was super nice, very helpful and personable. Thanks again for taking care of returning customers!

I don’t know where the good reviews came for this store and that fooled me to get my car repaired from them but honestly they ruined my Audi. The job shows how absolutely rookie/amateur technician. Pain overspray and run off! They charged the insurance quite a bit on the higher end but the job quality is worse than other regular repair shops. I wish I had actually gone with the one shop that every body recommends when dealing with premium cars because I am sure the wait is worth it. Look at the photos attached fixing a simple dent on the quarter panel took them a month and overspray and paint run and was $7000 approx!

Incredible service. My brand new BMW X7 was hit after I had it only a few days. BMW of Arlington where I purchased the car from is affiliated with this body shop and I wanted to make sure the repair was done correctly. Zach at GP1 was wonderful to work with the entire process. He was able to do an estimate same day to get the process going with insurance immediately. Since the car was drivable he made sure to schedule the repair once parts had come in. My car was done after only a few days and on schedule. It now looks brand new again. Nancy at the front desk was easy to work with on all the paperwork as well. I hope I don't need a repair shop again for my new car but if I do I'll be back. THANK YOU!

I took my BMW X3 here for some body work after a small fender-bender. They were prompt, friendly, and worked with my insurance to revise a previous estimate I had at another business. They kept me updated the entire time they had my car and, even though supply chain issues made the wait slightly longer, it wasn't as long as I expected! Car looks beautiful and I am very happy with the work. They even returned my rental car for me! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work on your BMW or other car. Hopefully, I won't have to use them again, but I'll know who to call first next time!

GP1 took in my car immediately! And from the start the experience was top-notch! Cindy was so great to work with! From start to finish, I was always looped in on where my car was in the process. When my car was ready they made everything easy and seamless. I was in and out within 5 minutes of arrival. I did not know they provided other services outside of body work. I will definitely go back (and recommend them) should I have any additional needs.

UPDATE: after the shop refused to take any accountability for giving me back an unsafe car to drive without any warning, I sent then an email asking basic questions to understand what happened (who worked on the car, all services and checks performed, was it test driven, etc), and they continue to refuse any response. Is this the type of shop you want working on your car? They give the industry a bad name. BEWARE: Car was returned to me in worse shape than when I dropped it off (additional $6k of damage) and the shop is taking zero responsibility. The car was unsafe to drive when I picked it up, and they were fine with me driving it on a road trip with no mention of any issues. The picture below happened right after I picked it up (car was pulling and steering was heavy from the moment I picked it up). If you care about your car or safety I would avoid this shop.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I highly recommend finding another place to take your vehicle!! I was t-boned and sent my vehicle to BMW of Arlington hoping that they will do a great job at repairing my car through my insurance, well they sent it to GP1 and said that this is their sister company who does all their collision repairs. My service adviser, Chris, was really nice and did his best to give me time frames that his tech would finish by, but they failed me for weeks. They would keep pushing back the date of completion. I told them to take their time so that it was done right. The day my car was ready I sat in the lobby talking to a few other people and they told me to expect my car to be brought back at least one more time. I've been back 2 times now (12 hours of being off work to go back and forth)!! My insurance paid out over 14k for repairs, plus my 1k, so I expected my car to be fixed back to new condition.. I got my car back with chipped paint in places that were in perfect condition when I brought it in, a passenger side headlight that now takes in water, scratches on my window tint, the side skirt didn't sit flush, the a "new tire" that wasn't new, and my tow hitch is missing. The only good that has came from this service is they were able to match my paint and Chris was a great guy. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car somewhere else or you will get more damage to your car with no accountability or offer of replacement and you will have to take off extra hours of work.
