One of the worst towing company i have ever dealt with, they let me stranded in the highway for almost 2.5 hrs and @ the last moment they dont respond, nor answer your calls & decline the service. If you cant provide service, dont just accept and waste others time. I am just leaving this review to make aware if someone is gonna use this towing company in the future so that they wont waste their time being stranded
I have to leave a great review here because the service Omar provided was so professional and caring it can’t be left unsaid! I was distraught after my car literally had a mechanical meltdown and stranded me. Omar was communicative and let me know when he was arriving and took great care of my car being transported and delivered to the dealership on time. He even waited to make sure my daughter picked me up before we left for the dealership. I really appreciate that kind of service, he is an asset to this company!
Great people, quick and efficient service. Didn't catch the drivers name but this company takes care of their customers and extremely fair on cost. Cash is king with this company. When they say they are on the way, they mean it. Definitely using them next time I need a tow.
Things started out great with a fast response time. When I met with the driver about moving a container, he expressed concerns about scratching the flatbed but assured me he could get the job done. I told him it was no big deal if he couldn't manage it. I just needed the container picked up and placed with the doors accessible at the front. Four hours later, the container was moved but not facing the right way and left on a jack and some wood blocks. I’m sure they are fine at moving cars unless it is on its frame as it may scratch the bed of the truck but other than that I’m sure they are fine.
