We called for a tow 2 times now. First time after a snow storm when our vehicle gave us trouble and we needed to get it home. Second last night, after a car accident and not wanting to leave it in the yard. His prices are the best we’re found for someone as reliable and friendly!

Needed my car towed from my residence to the repair shop. Alex was great; he showed up rather quickly, and notified me once my vehicle was at the repair along with pictures. They provide quick and affordable service! They were able to get my car to its destination with no problem. Plus, Alex communicates so well by updating me about his ETA when he picked up the car so I wouldn’t have to worry about rushing to get off work to meet him. I accidentally ran over the parking block in the parking lot of the visitor center at a Naval air station. I called Alejandro & he was there so fast & i was one city over. All the other auto rescue locations in Fort Worth had a weight of an hour and a half or more. Alejandro got there in like 40 minutes! I use him all the time. He always comes help me & im always in a different city when i call him.

Called and spoke to Alex to schedule a vehicle to be towed at 1:00 that afternoon. Alex had me text in a from and to address them quickly sent me a price. He assured me he’d be there at 1:00 sharp. Not only did he show up promptly as promised, he was sure to text me that the vehicle had made it safely to the destination and even sent pics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Alex arrived to tow my disabled vehicle in less than 30 minutes. I had contacted other drivers and it was going to be at least 3 hours. His price was so reasonable..about half what other companies quoted. But it gets even better..I do not know very much about cars. I thought I probably had a transmission problem..Alex said he did NOT think it was my transmission and if the repair shop tried to tell me it was, I should get another opinion. I have never had such amazing customer service as Alex called me the next day to check and find out how everything went at the repair place. I am just so impressed with this towing company and Alex as an honest, hard working businessman. I hope I do not need a tow again anytime soon..but I have his card because I will absolutely use him again!
