I had a pretty tricky tow yesterday where my 55” wheel had to be removed to get it on the flatbed. Freeman used kid gloves when handling my truck and I truly appreciate the time and care that he took. He was determined not to cause any further damage and delivered my truck to the shop with so much care. Was it the cheapest tow? No, but I gladly paid for the level of service given and would recommend them to anyone.
I was traveling from Arkansas down to Texas for a championship cattle show when the bearing in my trailer went out at 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening. I ended up calling Midway Towing for help getting the affected tire off, tying up my axle, and greasing the rest of the bearings. I cannot even begin to describe how AMAZING these gentlemen were. They were kind, prompt, and efficient. They arrived on location less than forty five minutes after concluding our phone call, and the gentleman that showed up even went as far as to call me to ensure I reached my location safely near 11:00pm that night. I habds down hope I never have to be in this situation again, but if I do and I'm in Dallas then I will be calling Midway Towing for help. Thank you guys so much for making a difficult situation easier.

A pothole blew out my tire and damaged my vehicle a few weeks ago on my way home. I was stuck and not feeling to good about it. I called a few places but the wait was so long. Then Ace from Midway Towing came through for me big time! He text to assure me he was on his way, and when he arrived he was super friendly, took lots of precaution to make sure my vehicle wasn’t further damaged. Once loaded up he drove me and my ride home. Along the way, he shared some great conversation and even Helped me get everything situated and loaded into my garage. Definitely five star service and whenever in need, I would call Midway to assist!
Avoid this company at all costs — they are unsafe, dishonest, and refuse to take responsibility.
One of their tow trucks hit my parked vehicle. Instead of taking accountability, the company owner asked me not to file an insurance claim, saying it would raise his rates. I agreed in good faith to settle privately, but when I provided a legitimate repair estimate, he dismissed it, told me my car wasn’t even worth $1,000, and claimed I’d be “lucky” to get $750 from insurance. He flat-out refused to pay for the damage his driver caused, leaving me no choice but to file a claim.
I later learned that the driver who hit my car does not even have a CDL license, meaning the company allows unqualified people to operate heavy tow trucks on public roads. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s dangerous.
Even worse, none of their trucks display the legally required front and rear license plates, in violation of Texas Transportation Code §502.404. You can see this for yourself in their Google review photos.
If this is how they treat people when they cause damage, it speaks volumes about how they run their business. For your own safety and peace of mind, I recommend looking elsewhere for tow services.
Good company to deal with. Mohammad was our driver for one of our EDV’s that went down out on the road. We use them 99% of the time for our tows for our fleet.
This is the worst tow company period. Do not use them. They quoted me 75 dollars the charged 225. Cursing and threating to lock up my car. The absolute worst company ever

They responded so quickly and were INCREDIBLY professional and kind. The communication was seamless. And while my situation was unfortunate, their price and service was unmatched. Mustafa gave me a great lift and I had no worries during my time.
I was in highway accident. These guys towed my truck to a secure lot to store it. They dropped it off at a hotel the next morning, and were very occomadating. The driver gave me some advice on repairs, and even offered services, which I politely declined. Dallas traffic is unforgiving, but these guys are alright!
My passenger tire popped off at 6:30 in the morning. They answered on the 2nd ring. The driver made it to me in 20 minutes. The driver Adam was SO pleasant. He had me wait in the truck (it was 23 degrees outside). He gave me a quick diagnostic of my problem. The tow pricing was affordable. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.
They’re very helpful & understandable. They got my car to the mechanic in under a hour & i know it took alot of work because of how bad of condition the vehicle was in

I was stuck on the side of 635 with a blow out. I called 3 different towing/roadside assistance companies for help but they all just said they wouldn’t help because I was in a dangerous area and gave me no options or alternatives. Midway said yes immediately and was there within 30 minutes. The tire was changed within 5 minutes.
Midway Towing came very promptly and in a very professional manner, handled my car with care and assisted me with retrieving my items from the car before towing. I would and will recommend them to anyone that needs their services!
This company was amazing! We waited all day for another tow truck to come and they never ended up showing up so we called these guys. From the time we called these guys to when they showed up, hooked our car up, then back on the road, it was less than 20 minutes!

The driver was prompt and very kind. He also had a great sense of humor. Sent pictures of the car when it was dropped off at the shop. Also a picture of him putting the keys in the dropbox. Very professional.
They were just great, saved my butt. They stepped in when AAA dropped the ball,was told the other wrecker co. Would be there in 5.5 hrs.this was after 3.25 hr waiting already. Called Midway driver came 40 miles out of way in the middle of nowhere and it was starting to rain. They were able to find me and my car in just under 90 min.
