Al llegar se tiene que meter a la báscula y hablar al teléfono que aparece en la entrada, piden número de pedido(carga), y te asignan puerta , mover ejes asta atrás, al terminar se debe de volver a pesar en la báscula y volver a marcar para que te entreguen los papeles, los entregan en ventanilla junto al semáforo junto al estacionamiento, personal amable.carga en 50 minutos.
One of the greatest cluster F’s in all of DFW. Tight docks where most of the time you have to pull your mirrors in or someone will take them off. Also have to sit on the street with your hazards on due to no room to stage inside the lot.
If truck is in front of scale you need to wait on the street with hazards. Three lane street no issue with waiting. Docking very close might need to fold your mirror. Plenty of space to backup towards the dock.

I had some loose cardboard to drop off. Guy on the phone was helpful and told me where to go. Didn't take me long to get in and out. I use to work at a recycling place so I knew what to do I say that because nobody was back there to help. Overall I got what I need to get done.
The parking lot is small, enough room to maneuver to get in the dock. There is no overnight parking. The staff is very pleasant and they only have three dock doors to work with. You must wait for one door to come open, that driver to scale out before you csn scale in. Takes about 2.5-3 hours total for the whole process from beginning to end.
Do yourself a favor and don’t take any loads that pick/drop at this place. 2 hours on the street already waiting just to get in their facilities. No respect for appointments whatsoever. Complete mess!
This place is a nightmare! Very tight with no place to park and confusion everywhere! It wouldn’t be bad if they moved half of the dropped trailers and had a staging area.
The office manager cassie is very unprofessional. It's chaotic and very unorganized and under staffed. They hire workers just to use them to get caught up on things and then plans to lay them off later. The office manager cassie talks about all the employees behind their backs and even the operation manager Winston behind his back. She's constantly cussing at the truck drivers and cares about no one feelings but her own. I definetly wouldn't do business there just because of her!!!
