I've been looking at yall motorcycle on Facebook market place I've been itching to go here. I have $1,500 to $2,000 to put down on a ninja like the 400 or yamaha r3 the thing is I've never had credit this would be my first time doing payments on a vehicle ( I have no credit ) I live all the day in garland and would have to do a 1 hour drive and 1 hour back and rent a trailer I would like to know if was to go what are my possibilities of me walk out with one of your beautiful bikes thank you for your time and hope yall could reach out to and let me know thank you Hope doing business with yall soon

They said they would send me a medium black helmet. They sent an extra large blue & white helmet. Then, they wanted me to figure out how to send it back, before they would finally and supposedly send what they originally said they would send! And, I paid extra to have them install everything on the bike, but, the seat was NOT installed because the backrest had already been installed, and, they were too lazy to remove and reinstall it so the seat could be installed. And, they waited 9 days after I paid them to actually send the title!
Well if you try to buy something here online and change your mind like 30- 1hr later expect to pay 6% still when it’s not even Processed completely
Update I’ve tried 3 times to cancel. 1hr after I bought it online messages them threw their chat. And the lady Katherine said she would send it to manger to cancel it I said ok then same day I ask again she said she had sent it to the manager. Then today I said ok. The. I got email saying it’s shipped. Then I went back online and message her she said it hasn’t shipped yet I said I got a email from a shipment company saying saying it shipped. She said she will message them but she said it was canceled and it’s not shipped

I was greeted with knowledge of what I am looking for. I was showered a couple of models of the brand I was interested in. They put fuel and a battery in one of the units so I could observe the performance of the 200 Tank. I am after the Vitacci Tank 200 Deluxe. Alex informed me it was at the warehouse. I paid for the Tank scooter, and will pick it up the following week. No pressure sales tactics, which is great .
They sent me a dead motorcycle — a 400-lb paperweight that won’t even start or kick start. I paid extra for an additional helmet, got a cheap generic one in the wrong color, and they still never sent the “free” helmet that was advertised.
Every attempt to reach them goes nowhere — no calls answered, two-word emails, and a fake business number that dumps to a cell-phone voicemail.
This company is shady, unresponsive, and borderline fraudulent. If you’re thinking about ordering — don’t. Run the other way.
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a unit had it delivered and there is missing parts, wrong tires, horrible paint touch up. My sale person sucks. Hes now a ghost. I think his name is sunil. I keep telling him I want to return it and he wont. Just horrible.

Alex is your guy to ask to speak with when planning to purchase, everyone I have spoken with it great. We have purchased a total of 6 different bikes including a 4-wheeler through them. We have never had an issue with dealing with whoever it may be. Whether we drive from Tyler to pick up or have our bike(s) delivered. They have been wonderful to work with and make it easy for us to be able to get what we are looking for, for our kids to be able to enjoy and have fun on. We plan to return in Nov 2025 to purchase another bike as Christmas present.
I order my Raven 250 from 360 Power Sports. I ordered over the phone and was greeted politely and professionally. Process was smooth and easy.I was later called to make sure of my correct color which was blue.I was given a tracking number and received it with in two weeks. The condition of the box and metal crate was not damaged. Assembly when fairly smoothly the only damage was a broken horn button. Chain was to tight and had to be adjusted. The rear brake had to be adjusted also it was causing the rear wheel to drag . Bike started right up without having to choke it. Changed oil. I’m very pleased with the bike runs and rides great happy with my purchase and with the 360 Power Sports. Also the price of the bike was very reasonable.
I bought a scooter I was told that I can return it when they show up with it if I didn't like it I called the same day and asked for a return that I didn't want it since they would not take it back and we're going to charge me the money I put into it to do paperwork to resell it I've had to replace the cluster well the dealership did and now the blinkers will not blink so therefore the bike is back in the shop again and now I have the finance company asking for payments why should I have to pay for something I don't have last review was taken down I do not recommend this place to anybody they refuse to honor my wishes also I am 5'4 the scooter is too tall for me and I have to tilt it way off to the side to be able to touch the ground to hold it up
Shipped with no battery & loose connection on voltage regulator. Although they were very helpful with solving & communicating with my issues. Shipped me a new battery. The scooter runs good now.
Our go kart was delivered today. The driver called me 30 minutes before he arrived and here was on time early today. It cranked fine but I couldn't get it to go. I contacted the company and he told me things to check and was excellent help. It took me a bit but I had to remove the screw under the gas pedal because it's a safety thing stopping the pedal from going all the way down. Once I did that it was amazing! Great purchase. Our 6 year old son is going to love it!
Company is not reputable horrible people this company still has not fixed the problem. They sent me a bite completely broken. have not rectify the issue, ignoring me, ignoring the bank two months ago hi Gian, the parts are out. We will get them to you seven months later. Still don’t have the parts they ordered green touchup paint. It wasn’t even the right color they ordered it. I got it in from Amazon. That’s the only thing they did was send the wrong color paint, horrible customer service all that guy Manny does is lie that’s why I went elsewhere for my Enduro
Let me start by saying that I had an excellent experience at this store. The process was very fast, efficient, and professional. Alex, the sales manager, is the person who assisted me with everything throughout the entire process, and he is very knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient, professional, and charismatic. He not only has excellent customer service skills, but he also possesses great human quality, as well as the values of honesty and integrity. Such values are very rare to find these days. He even took it upon himself to personally come to deliver my scooter here at my home. That was absolutely amazing, and it is what is called top-notch customer service. I have not used it a lot yet, but to this moment, my scooter is still working well.

I had a great experience using this company. Everything was straight forward and easy. From finding what I wanted, purchasing, free shipping, & delivery. I ordered my TrailMaster Milano 50CC assembled and it showed up perfectly with no damage and ready to ride. Followed a day later with the paperwork I needed to get it Titled and Licensed. From order to my doorstep (in the Midwest) it took 12 days. I would 100% recommend this company for your joy riding needs!
From order date to my garage, in the Midwest, shipping only took 11 days . It took three hours to finish assembly. Yes, the shipping was free, it seems they do require a $48 shipping insurance fee though. It’s added at purchase. It comes with a free 3 month warranty. This is the Raven 250 cc street legal bike. Great cost and excellent communication. No scratches or dents. Started right up, just adjust the carb and valves, change oil and add air to tires you’re good to go!
I ordered a RPS Condor and I am very impressed with the fast shipment and the very top notch customer service I was missing a front axle nut and it's on the way. I am so pleased I am ordering another one soon. Paper work was only 4 days after receiving the cycle. Awesome shop to deal with!!!
On March 9 I bought a Vitacci Pentora 200 EFI, it arrived quickly but it instantly disappoints, it is not what it shows in the photo on the page of this delight.
1. The tires did not have the band shown in the photo, I called to ask and they told me that they don't make them that way anymore (they should update the photo).
2. A brake screw arrived with wear, I could not adjust the pedals of this (I claimed they did not help me with this).
3. I arrive with a damaged battery (they asked me to charge it and I did it but it never charged, I tried one from a friend and it finally turned on).
4. The gasket broke in less than 10 hours of use, I called to claim the manager never spoke to me, only an employee, I tried again everything was by email and they told me that they were going to send me a new gasket (3 months went by and they never sent it ).
Terrible service, do not risk buying online with these people if you try to send the ATV they will charge you a 20% restocking fee, also the shipments are high, better go to a dealer in person and my best advice is to save money and buy a Yamaha Raptor of quality, on average I give the Chinese ATV 5 of 10, it is enjoyed but it will never be great like well-known brands.
Surely the manager answers me here so I can contact you, don't bother answering, I gave you your chance to talk to a client, 2,357.99 was what I paid for this garbage,
