Very easy to work with Paul. He was very helpful in answering my questions and making me feel at ease. In receiving the 4 wheel the back rack was bent to on side. And the reflectors wasn't tight had to buy nuts to secure them tightly.
Shipped with no battery & loose connection on voltage regulator. Although they were very helpful with solving & communicating with my issues. Shipped me a new battery. The scooter runs good now.
