  This past Saturday I was towing our boat back from the lake. Lost a wheel hub and tire on the freeway. Get it to the side and call 10-4 Towing of Arlington. Dispatcher asks for pictures. Sent them the pictures. Waited 2 hours and when the guy gets there he states he can't do it. It was too late to do a tow like this and he didn't have the equipment. Didn't want to go back and get the equipment. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A TOW COMPANY TO DATE!

  So granted I'm already upset that my apartment complex had my new car towed even after I parked in the correct spot, here's how 10-4 Tow made my experience just that much worse. I called to get the location and told them I was on my way with the cash to get my car back immediately as I was trying to be on time for work. I get there and felt in luck because I only saw one car parked, I figured I'd be next to be serviced, fast process, in and out. Well I call the tow back to let them know I'd arrived, ready to pay and she told me one person was ahead of me.. I'd be next and outta there in no time. What should have been 5-10 minutes tops turned into a 40 minute wait outside of her door in the cold..the person ahead of me didn't have her money together and the lady that knew I was ready to pay and leave allowed her to sit and call around until she got enough money. My time is as valuable as the money your company got for that free tow you got outta me. A person pulled up directly after me and was in and out because I didn't hold up the transaction by wasting anyone's time, and it would be great in the future if they'd consider not allowing people to hold up customers that are ready to pay.

  Were very disorganized and the skill of their drivers was definitely not on par with a lot of other tow services We had the same driver to and from where we took the payload to. They canceled on me the day I needed it picked up and left me waiting for 3 hours with no notice because the driver they sent to me got into an accident on the way there. The day we rescheduled for they arrived an hour late. And on the trip back they didn't hook up the lights of the payload so when making an abrupt exit from the highway with no blinkers on the payload they nearly took out another driver. Wouldn't recommend them. For the price we paid I would expect them to be more experienced and skilled at what they do.

  The guy on the phone told me a price and then a finished price to move a vehicle 8 Miles. The driver gets there with NO SKILLS and said he needed 4 times as much. After he tried to hook up and went through a completely different type of vehicle on site. Sorry excuse for a towing company big time. The vehicle getting moved isn't worth what he wants to move it.

  Tried to charge me 300$ to tow less that a mile after waiting on them in the rain for 45 minutes! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I found a competitor to do it for $100. Will discourage anyone from ever using this company.
