Great place to go. Cheryl was very friendly and informative when I went walked me through the process being a first timer here. Very competitive prices. Park in the area I circled in red because my map sent me all the way around the wrong way.

- 11/2023 12lb batteries $1.08, 14lb sheet $3.50
- 9/2023 66 lb of batteries, got $6
- 9/2022 brought in lots of batteries and got $8.10
- 5/2022 brought in a motor assembly, scooter, and tv backing and got $4.56. Better than throwing it out. Yay.
- 11/2019 Nice people and prices are posted clearly. Just didn’t think it was worth $0.77 for a 25 min drive and 10 min wait to recycle 2 brake rotors for a car. Looking back, I was shorted 7 cents too hahahahaha
They get you in and out but I believe the scale they use has probably not been calibrated in years or they are purposely ripping people off. So you will not get full compensation for your goods. DFW Recyclers is my spot now.
Never have a problem with this place but I was on the other side , Texas metals I like the people especially the owner pretty fair a guy. Just be professional scrapper make sure everything is drained everything's put together not be messy easy for you is it for them
Scales are 100% off. I use this place a lot but lately felt like I was getting shorted so before going yesterday I pre weighed the copper I had at 22 pounds. It was tough just trying to hold it with one hand. I get there, they weigh it and he brings out a check. By the way they don't tell you the weight before writing the check. It was for $20 for 8lb...im over 6' 220lbs and hang sheetrock for a living. No way in hell it was only 8lbs. Took same weight today to another scrap yard and got my 22 pounds worth. Granted, they are fast and get you in and out quick even on busy days but you're getting ripped off. This is no longer my regular scrap yard.
I really wish that i can give -5stars.......... whEn i call here asked do they take plastic bottle and they said yes they do anD hang up emidiatly without say have nice day. and I cam here and then hey say no they dont take plastic bottle. what a POS customer services and cheap pay for anythinG. i wonT be backchere for good.
Brought in a bunch of aluminum cans that were saved up for a while. It was a very easy process. They bring out a large plastic bin, I dumped the cans inside and they put it on the scale. I got $5.10. Not sure if prices were fair or not. Took less than 10 minutes to get in and out.
This place is close to me, but it seems i regularly get 60% compared to another place 10 minutes from here. Latley its been a bit better. Maybe they Recognize Me or Something. If so then i should have some backpay coming then, righ? The young guys working here are a very nice change from the older gentlemen. Its the only reason i choose to come here at all now.

Awesome place! Just cleaning out the backyard shed + work truck. They are very helpful, fair & friendly and that's hard to find in this industry. You will not regret coming here to recycle all of your metals.
