My vacation was not off to a good start when I hit a deer with my rental car. Phil showed up quickly and towed us to the closest rental place. He very kindly helped my mom into the cab of his truck and answered questions to help put us at ease. At the rental location, he waited until we had a new car lined up and moved all of our luggage to the new car. He was very patient and kind during a truly stressful morning. I so appreciated his calm presence.
Juan helped me with a tow today during a rental car issue, and he was excellent! Reassuring, calm, patient, friendly. I highly recommend Juan; he was my hero!
Worst experience ever, took 28 days to find out they had the vehicle. Rude office staff. They ripped off the wheel, bumper, and did everything they could to keep the vehicle. Had to call another company because they damaged the truck so badly I was unable to load on my trailer. This place is a total scam. Everyone is beyond rude. They also broke into the vehicle, as it was locked before they took possession of it. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Very inappropriate and disrespectful. Called 08/26/2023. Woman claimed to be the owner had a extremely unprofessional conversation with me in which she also hung up in my face. It's pretty typical of towing yards. Tow your vehicle anytime and only open when they want, for you to pick it up. If I needed a tow, a repair, any service in this area I'd run until she was fired. And if she was actually the owner shame on her.
Lady that works there is very rude. We had called at 8am and was told we had to wait until 12, when their posted sign says on Saturday they are open from 8 to 12. She told us to meet her and ended waiting over 30min. then when we called her at 12, she says are you near by, we said yes we got there and again waited almost 30 mins we called her back and her statement was “you want your car right” and hung up… wow what professionals … My daughter was a victim of assault and the Val Verde Sheriffs department had her car towed. Just because your car was towed does not mean you treat them like dirt. We paid the 316 and given rude attitude the entire time. If your reading this lady, people have real lives going on with their own battles, I hope whatever battle your facing one day you overcome, because the way you treat people is a direct reflection of you. And for that I’m sorry. Customer service is not your strong suit.
These guys are real professionals and the folks in the office are great as well. Helped me out when I was in a bad way and worked so hard to make sure everything was safe and I was able to travel again. Thank you all!

Horrible service drove from Houston to Del Eio 4 hour drive after car was stolen and they would help load my car I asked to pay and they told me cash only and I have card only.
They were on time, no issues. Just need to have dispatcher inform customers if they can pay cash or CC.
But overall, I was very pleased.
Will definitely use them again...if needed.
I needed my SUV towed an hour away to a dealership and this company did not hesitate and got it done QUICK! Within just a few minutes of calling they were on their way to pick it up and head out of town. For all your towing needs this is the place to call for sure!
