My car tow to the yard and had to pay a feed was a bit stiff but not crazy the reason why I give them 5 stars is for the costumer service they provide for me it was above expectations really professional and respectful definitely will recommend ?
-0 stars if possible very unprofessional, rude staff never answer the phone and if they do they just cut you off and hang up just horrible experience TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
I've never had a more pleasant experience with a company before. The owner is SO nice and I got truly the best service I could have asked for on my car. Highly recommend. 10/10.
I got towed by the owner. He was great professional and just a all around nice man. Very thoughtful and understanding. Would highly recommend him and his company.
A deer ran into the highway and I couldn’t stop so as you know it did a lot of damage to my truck it wasn’t drivable so I called Del Río Towing and the owner himself came and towed my truck o wasn’t at the scene not even 25 minutes.

The most racist unprofessional place I ever dealt with. They rude and very unhelpful. Juan carlos Vasquez is the main racist. He was insulting and very disrespectful to me.
Absolutely great! Flat tire in a busy parking lot. A very respectful man came within minutes(no exaggeration) had my tire off took it and repaired it and had it back on my truck within 20 mins. I thought my morning was going to be write-off. However I think it took me longer to get over the unexpected flat tire and choose a roadside service then the entire repair did. The price was SO reasonable!
I wish I could give 0 stars they’re horrible . Nobody answers the phone when you call . They give you the run around and don’t know what’s going on with your car they can’t even tell you how much it’ll be to get out .
Wish could give zero stars! My vehicle was stolen and got a letter from these guys saying I owe them $850 in fees and $20 per day for storing my vehicle- have been calling all day an no answer!!!
Ordered drive shaft with them, had my driver sit in the truck for 12 days waiting for part. They feed me with promises to call me back and check when it will arrive and never did, plus stopped picking up a phone from me!!! I ended up towing my truck to different shop. Very little English, unprofessional. If you wanted to loose you time you are welcome to stop by!
I had to retrieve a car seized by Border Patrol. The staff at Del Rio Towing were quick and efficient. They even helped me jump start the car so I could get it on the trailer. The area was very neat and organized.
Don’t waste your time calling here. Broke down 20 miles outside of Sonora called guy said see you in 30 minutes left me on the side of the road for 2 hours no call back and would not answer the phone. Called Leo’s wrecker service and he had no trucks at the moment but still sent me a 3rd party to pick me up and bring me home in under 30 minutes. CALL LEOS WRECKER SERVICE NOT DEL RIO.
VERY POOR INTEGRITY. HE LEFT ME STRANDED ROADSIDE ON THE TEXAS/MEXICO BORDER HWY 90 AFTER I HAD STRUCK A DEER. HE PERSONALLY ASSURED ME HIS WRECKER WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE THE EVENING. I GOT A TEXT MSG 6 HOURS LATER AFTER I PLEADED TO HIM ON THE DANGER OF BEING ROADSIDE. "my driver will be there first thing in the morning" 24 HOURS HAVE GONE BY MR JUAN CARLOS VAZQUEZ PAST CANADITE FOR THE 2ND PRECINCT IN DEL RIO TEXAS. WHY DID YOU GIVE UP ON ME?
Won't ever try to use them again. We set them up to do a service call for one of our drivers. They never showed up and wouldn't answer their phone that evening. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Full time RVers from the northeast. Stranded at Seminole Canyon State Park. This crew sent a man out to fill fluid then followed us all the way to Del Rio. Excellent service. We needed a wheel seal and inner and outer wheel bearings replaced on our late model motor coach. Quick and knowledgeable service and they had us back on the road in the same day. Highly recommended.
Horrendous customer service, they will ignore your phone calls, they won't call you back if you leave a message, and they will tell you that they will take care of something, but will never show up. It is astounding that they are still in business.
Please truckers stay away from this place reasons 1 the lady I talked on the phone was very disrespectful and very rude. 2 I was only 5.3 miles away from del Rio towing when my truck got stuck on a ditch and they told me they will be there in the next ten minutes but BIG B,S.it took them 1:45 min till they finally arrived. Reason 3 the service is chrchge is way too expensive. I usually like to give 3 stars or more for some reason where ever place I go to but for this place 1* star is too much.
Terrible lier.. Stay away from this business.. All we have to do is call Del rio city hall and make a formal complaint to Licensing division.. They will follow up and have his licence suspended.
Juan, is misleading his customers causing stress and loss. Terrible way to do business.
Don't waste your time people find other options the owner is bad guy and he's price too expensive too even they don't know what the problem on the Truck. I was stay here four days for searching the problem . And then they change the fuel pump after that my Truck not turned on they got another problem on computer ? but they don't know what the problem .and time call for another mechanic guy and for extra charge too I'm not complaining at the second mechanic he did good job anyway.. they charge me for fuel pump change $ 900 like one hour work ?♀️?♀️?♀️
Horrible service! They never answer the phone after they tow your vehicle unless you call from a different number. They do this so days can accumulate and they can charge you more! Very dishonest people we had an agreement when they towed my car and when I went to pick it up they acted like we had never talked. Horrible horrible service stay away from this place!
