I was broken down on the loop between broadway and Bullard, I called every tow company in Tyler and they gave me an Eta of and hour and thirty mins and quoted me over $130 for a tow in town. But I called Patriot Road Service and they quoted me $95 for a tow and let me know it would be a 45 min wait. They showed up within 25 mins. Best tow company in tyler and affordable, Highly recommend!
I really appreciate this company. When my truck died at a gas station, I asked for help getting a jump, and one of their team members graciously came over and assisted me. Their kindness and quick help made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
Im a disabled vet. Went to the VA to get blood work done and got home not feeling great. Fell asleep with the headlights on to find out the truck was dead when I needed to get food. Called everyone around with no luck. The Patriot Roadside Crew and Rick came through for me. They answered in the middle of the night. They arrived within about 10 mins. No questions asked. And helped me out in more ways than one. I explained that Im limited income with disability. They worked something out with me to help me out and bent over backwards to help me get on the road. These guys are amazing. Much love and respect for this team of amazing people. Living proof there are still good people out there. God bless this team of people.
I'm not sure if I have given them i review before but these guys are the best. The treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Quality service, great prices and top notch customer care. Family owned from the start. Call them for anything you need moved from classic and high end vehicle to anything in between. The can even tow some commercial vehicles.
10/10/23 my Enterprise rental broke down, the customer service reps (3 of them) call recorded hung up on my without advising the call would end. My family and I were traveling from AZ to Georgia was not a good experience BUT Giovanni was super helpful and has more customer service Ethics then those three operators. Recommend them for service.
5 Stars Highly recommend Patriot Road Service! They’re a family-owned business that treats you like family too. Super fast, super friendly, and their prices are more than fair. It’s rare these days to find a company that actually cares about people — but they definitely do. If you ever need help on the road, they’re the ones to call!

Unexpectedly, my car broke down while going 60 miles an hour on the highway, thankfully I had enough time to glide into a gas station parking lot. Not wanting to take any chances I ended up searching 3 to 5 different towing companies, many companies were charging $175-$219, but thankfully patriot road service was able to give me a great deal at $125 flat. From there, I met Mr. Geo.
Mr. Geo is by far one of the best employees by my book. I highly recommend the service to anyone within the Tyler area in need of an emergency lift, these prices are the best. Normally it’s $89 if you’re in the loop, but because I was a bit far out towards Lyndale required a little extra gas money but totally worth it if you were comparing one $125-$219.
Service was the absolute best, 10/10. They had my vehicle picked up within 30 minutes and delivered to Dallas before I could think twice. They even offered to store my vehicle if I needed. I highly recommend. If I’m ever in need in the future I’ll definitely use their service again.
Broke down on the way to work called a competitor and their price was through the roof. Called patriot, Wow! They answered the phone right away and dispatched Gio to help. Gio was great, he got me and my vehicle to where we needed. Fast service, friendly folks, better pricing.
I hired Patriot Road Service to tow our shuttle bus all the way to Austin, TX (200 miles). I am truly grateful to have found this company; from the start the customer service was great, cost was very reasonable and the communication (even throughout the road trip) was on point. Unfortunately our bus had a tire blow-out, but the driver quickly found a tire shop and paid to have the tire replaced. Regardless of the unexpected situation, the delivery was on time!! I highly recommend this honest business.
Beyond excellent service. From the customer service of the receptionist, to the tower himself! So kind and courteous. I honestly think this is the best customer service I’ve ever received. I will never use another towing company. 1000/10 recommend! Price was affordable as well!

These guys were there to pick up my car in less than 15 minutes and took it straight to the shop as I instructed. Top of the line service. Also had a top notch new wrecker.

It was the middle of the night, my car wouldn’t turn on at all, nobody was able to help me and most wouldn’t answer but this young man sure did. He was able to help me with no hesitation and I am so glad he came. I wouldn’t know what i’d do. Gio most definitely needs a raise, such great service thank you very much.
