Crow towing came to my rescue when I needed my Jeep towed. They handled it with care and were very professional. If I ever need a towing rescue again, I will call Crow Towing. I cannot recommend them enough.
Trustable and honest towing company. In-town tow prices were less expensive than anywhere else I called. Curtis was on time, friendly, and quickly loaded the car up and got it to the service company.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company tonight I had a schedule pick up for 2:55 AM they never showed up so I called them at 3:08 AM to check the ETA of the driver she stated to me that the wrecker had came to the location and had called me for 30Minutes I never got a call/ text neither did I ever see anyone come to the location. The lady end up merge me in with the owner he stated the same the the wrecker tried to reach me I told him I would like to see this driver phone report that he tried to reach me he couldn’t never respond to that and told me why don’t I call someone else. Very unprofessional and rude I don’t recommend anyone to use them .
My car left me stranded. AAA arranged for Crow Towing to rescue me. They were prompt in calling me back to confirm my location and to send a truck. My tech, Curtis, was kind and efficient. Thank you.

Yes they told my 18 wheeler from the front usually when they told my truck they were going to put it back on there so I end up having to pay a mechanic to put it back on there for me so to me it's not a good company because I've had my truck towed more than one time from the front and I never had that problem that they just left it like that
We had an exceptional experience with Crow Tow when my car wouldn’t start and wouldn’t get in gear outside Burger King of all places. The older gentleman (I believe his name was Patrick) actually FIXED the issue (shift linkage) though he still advised me to go get it secured professionally. I was so thankful and appreciative! I have used Crow Tow another time, as well, and it was a smooth and inexpensive experience. You won’t find a better deal or greater people!
I want to give 5 stars to Crow Towing. Our Class A broke down south of Tyler on a Sunday. Coach-net scheduled Crow Towing to help. Crow (Cliff) arrived within 30mins. Cliff did an excellent job to get the driveshaft removed and connected the coach to his truck.
Cliff also noted a good diesel shop. The down side the shop was closed on Sunday. Cliff towed us to a QT truck stop for the night, and help update the QT mgnt of the need to stay over night.
The next morning I contacted Crow towing and Cliff came back out and transported to the repair shop.
Overall I highly recommend Crow towing for any towing needs.

Service would have gone faster if I didn't have to push my car into position so that it could be loaded facing front and not backwards. Apparently towing a car backwards is not allowed "because the wind will bust the rear window". Thank you to the idiot that came up with that rule.
Called crow towing and our driver, Patrick “Pat” was amazing. He was quick to get there and went above and beyond to get our vehicle to where we needed it to go. Will always use crow.
"Pat" was dispatched on short notice today to deliver our car to the Crisis Center Show at the Oil Palace. Although he was wearing work gloves, he treated our show car with "kid gloves" and maintains the prompt, caring tradition of Crow Towing.
Sure, there are other towing services in this area, but we'll continue to rely on Crow -- the best.
Fast service I called at 12:50am and he was there by 1:20am very kind and efficient. I was worried it would take forever to find a place to tow my car this late but someone answered my call immediately and got someone there quickly. I’m very thankful especially on a cold night. The price was reasonable too and he gave me a quote before he came to make sure I could pay it. I’m very pleased with how quick he worked and got me home!

Had a bad day that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. My car broke down at the mall. 45 minutes away from home. I opened a AAA case and it went smoothly. I quickly received a confirmation call from a Crow representative to confirm tow. My driver Curtis called and was right on time as my projected AAA estimate. Curtis was really nice and patient. We had great conversation on my ride home that helped ease a stressful day. Curtis was awesome and a good driver. I didn’t have to use my imaginary break like I do with my husband. Lol Thanks again Crow!
We recently called Crow Towing after our truck experienced a problem while pulling our 5th wheel and left us stranded along I20. We called for assistance and they arrived within 10 minutes! They came prepared to not only tow our truck, but to also tow our 5th wheel. The driver, Ron (who is truly a HERO), was so helpful! He not only found a RV park in the area for us to stay overnight, but he took the rv there, backed us in, then took my husband back to the local ford dealership where the other tow truck took our Ford truck. Ron went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we are forever grateful! He was helpful, honest and trustworthy! Manager at Crow Towing called. He didn’t like my email. This is the condition my car was delivered Saturday around 11am. Told me I was crazy as hell they “didn’t even get in my car”.
I will deal with any small business who owns their faults. He could have called apologetic & ready to listen & make good but he had no intention of that. He called with no purpose but to provoke me into cussing him out. This dude pushed & pushed until he got what he was looking for.. but what “leader” in a company does that?
They are trying to bill the mechanic $173. 16 miles. The mechanic who immediately tried to help me, got my car in, saw it’s condition, called me and sent photos. They were apologetic. They said they would clean it.
I told them not to bill the mechanic period.
They should be ashamed of themselves. It’s an old car, I take care of it. I expect the same from anyone performing a service to it.
It was 1 a.m and I literally thought I would have to sit in my car till the sun came up for an affordable price. CHRIS came in his handy dandy tow truck and was very helpful. I hardly write reviews but a weight was lifted from my shoulders when he showed up so i made an exception. Super respectful, understanding, affordable (considering the hour) fast, careful, and VERY PROFESSIONAL! Definitely gave me hope in humanity. Thank you CROW TOWING!!

I was blown away by the professionalism of this company from their answer service after hours to the tow truck driver (Colton). Colton was knowledgeable, professional and a joy to have delivered my from Tyler to Farmersville Tx. Colton made the job look easy and the price was reasonable. You can't go wrong with Crow!
