Absolutely Ridiculous price for towing. Was on the light at troup and 346 by CVS on whitehouse and towed to Pro One automotive ( not even 500 ft from the light) and was charged $250. Be careful with this Towing company. I didn’t first believed she actually said $250 not a dollar less or she would take it back to her lot. Never had to deal with anyone like her in my whole life.
My car was stranded, needed a tow--someone recommended Campbells. Great call! On time, very professional- staying in contact with us. They get right to work so no wasting time. Friendly and knowledgable people. Very inexpensive--fairest price around--we couldn't have had a better experience. If you need a tow call Campbells.
Son wrecked his truck at the loop and spur where Campbell,s is located. Less than a 1/4 mile I was charged 125.00 . To have it delivered to my house they wanted another 125.00 . Owner was the rudest business man I’ve ever dealt with…. Would not recommend this company !!
Let me start off by saying that you know a tow truck company is TERRIBLE when you have to call ANOTHER company to move your totaled car onto their premises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service of the company is subpar. My wife called to pick up items out of the vehicle at their lot and their hours were stated on the door as 8-430 but when she went there at 230 Kristina was not there who states she works in the office but was not there and they needed an hour notice prior to picking up the vehicle. When we called Monday, Kristina was extremely moody and was frustrated with us asking questions as the vehicle was picked up by an unauthorized bystander giving them permission from our MINOR- The issue was they told my minor daughter they were charging her 500.00 to take the car to either our house or 500.00 to take their shop and she can sign the title over and they wouldnt have her pay anything (WHO NEGOTIATES DEALS WITH A CHILD AFTER A WRECK) she couldnt clarify any of this. Kristina stated that she was having a bad week and we were asking too many questions getting on her nerves ( cant believe she said this) I reminded her that it was Monday the week had just started and she had a bad attitude she just sighed and said "anything else?". When I arrived Kristina and Monty were very confrontational when I questioned the difference in prices from the certified letter that was mailed and what was being billed that day- hence an additional fuel surcharge while the car was parked at their lot they were evasive with their answers and couldnt state why their daily rate was not on the letter. Bad company, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
currently reporting them to the TDLR with more detail information on this process that they have made questionable. As always there are two sides to every story, but this is the side of experience from the customer. They need to work on communication, and the women needs a better attitude regardless of what kind of day she is having.
Great tow company to work with. Extremely quick, down to earth and willing to help get you out of a bind. Got my Ford F-450 picked up in south Tyler, TX and towed to Ford with no issues at a great rate. Highly recommend.
Great service! My once great insurance company (USAA) couldn’t seem to figure out how to get a tow truck to me so they basically told me to figure it out for myself. I called Campbell’s and they worked with me to get my truck towed about 20 miles outside Tyler. Mark, the driver, was great. He handled everything with speed and professionalism. When l was in need of a towing service, Campbell's Towing and Recovery Service came highly recommended to me. The staff was both respectful and courteous. They arrived on site promptly and were very professional.
My truck broke down and so I called Campbell's Towing to see if they were able to come out and get it. Within twenty minutes or so they were able to get it and bring it to the shop I recommend them to everyone that I know they are the best. Just call them you will see.

Campbell towing came out within the estimated time of 30 mins. Very reasonable pricing. He asked me what was going on and he looked under my vehicle and realize that my car didn't even need to be towed. Talk about hospitality and not taking advantage of customers. Hands-down would recommend Campbell towing.
Very Rude and Mean. Just the mention of Jesus or scripture and the girl told me I would be asked to leave. Not to mention how they kick those who are already down. God bless us all especially those who have to deal with Campbell's.
After my car decided it wouldn’t shift into drive, I knew I was going to need a tow. I called Campbell’s who gave me a fair price and they told me it would be 30-40 minutes. Right at 35 minutes later, they show up and ask me what’s going on. After describing the problem, he ask me to pop the hood, crank it up and hold the brake. Turns out all that was wrong was something in the gear shifter had broken. He asked me how far I needed to get and said he would manually put it in drive for me. I was honestly amazed at the service. He absolutely didn’t have to diagnose my car. All I had requested was a tow. He went way above and beyond in my opinion. I tried to give them a small $25 tip as token of my appreciation but they would not accept it. They simply ask me to call them the next time I needed them. This one was free of charge. It todays high cost world that was truly awesome customer service. They incurred cost coming to me and still wouldn’t accept payment for their service. Above and beyond. I’m saving their number in my phone and would recommend everyone else do the same!
I know having to tow your vehicle isn't always the greatest of times but if you have to do it I HIGHLY recommend this company. I'm a travel nurse and when leaving late one night (1:30 am) I didn't see something in the road and had a double blow out. After calling my insurance company for the roadside assistance and waiting over an hour for them, with Tyler PD, that company never showed up. When calling this company, they showed up very quickly. As a woman, I was naturally concerned because I was going to have to ride with someone that I didn't know for a good hour and a half ride to my home but the owner was so nice and I never felt uncomfortable at all. Needless to say, I hope I don't have to go through that again but if ever I need a tow truck company again, I will be calling them. The week before Thanksgiving is not the best time to break down in Tyler, TX. I called Campbell's Towing. He arrived when he said he would. Took great care in loading up my Subaru. Great tow company, the owner Monty is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. we broke down on the side of the road in pouring down rain, so i called Campbell's and the Lady who answered the phone so super nice and professional and had a truck headed my way with in minutes, they showed up quick and with a smile on his face. he was just glad to be able to help someone in need. highly recommended
