The tow truck driver didn’t come until 7:30pm. The tow truck driver was very friendly & professional. I still gave 5 stars because I had to reschedule twice & even though it was 2.5 hours after my 1-5 pm pickup time frame , I’m still very happy with the outcome
At first glance I was unsure of this site. They offered me well over scrap value for my vehicle and promised cash with a quick pickup. Honestly, I am incredibly impressed. Car was picked up by a professional less than 24 hours later who paid me in cash. I was only expecting to scrap the car for 400-500 dollars but got over $700 for my vehicle. I will definitely use them again if I need to scrap a car quick.

Called on 10/29/18. Dealt with them through text message and telephone. I recieved a quote and time for pick-up on 11/1/18. Pick-up was scheduled for 11/2/18 from 11 to 12. I did get a call that drivers had changed, so I was provided a new time (about 10) on the same day.
Every phone or text was kind and helpful. If I had a question I got a straight answer.
I received a text from the driver (at 8:20 am) that he wanted to make sure it was going as scheduled. I said yes. He told me he'd be at my house by 10:20am. He arrived on time. Got the car out of the driveway and on to the two wheel tow better than I ever could have. He was very kind. He was here for a total of about 20 minutes. So at 10:40 I was saying goodbye to my "old blue" car I'd had since high school.
The whole process was easy. The phone numbers are from different towns or states, so don't get discouraged with that. They ask about the make, model, year, condition etc. Would definitely recommend them to someone trying to get rid of an old or run down vehicle.
