I was very pleased with the service I received! Also great pricing for the speciality request I had. I needed my corvette towed,which is a very low sitting vehicle and requires special attention not to damage it. It CANNOT be picked up by the rear and towed like a “normal car”…. An older gentleman by the name Gaylon I believe, showed up with all the appropriate equipment (low profile towing dolly) which evenly lifted all the wheels off the ground,and towed it with 0 damage. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about towing lowered vehicles! I was skeptical to get it towed after “muggle towing” had previously ripped my bumper off by improperly trying to tow it. Highway Towing is the only company I’d use locally for my car now!
Crooks straight up crooks.!! Want almost $600 for 14 mile tow. Son was arrested released 4 hours later and sheriff had car towed when arrested. These people are making up garbage saying $5 per mile charge, abandoned car on and on and on. Car has not even been there 12 hours yet. Texas Law supposedly protects us from this type of scam. TDLR website says max $272 tow, $20 impound and $20 storage fee. The man who answers the phone is not only rude but slurs words and sounds either drunk or high. Claims that I have to have an appointment to get my car and accepts only cash. Refuses to give any logical breakdown for the obvious made up amount of $600
