They were extremely kind and very accommodating which was so helpful as we didn't live in area. We also left items in our car and he cleaned out our car and sent us the important things. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing towing company!
My daughter and two grandchildren were involved in a not at fault accident while visiting Rockport from out of town. They were not injured in the accident but understandably shaken. The tow truck driver was kind and very helpful. He arranged to have them taken to their hotel as the car was undrivable. The following week it was very easy to coordinate a trip to Rockport with the tow company to clean out her car and allow the car to be transferred to the repair facility.
It was comforting to know the tow company was fast to respond to the accident call, transport my family to the hotel while I was 3 hours away from them.
It's a company like this that help treat stressful situations like this with kindness and urgency.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I somehow reset the factory settings on my 2011 Silverado on my way to Port Aransas for vacation. I stopped for gas in Aransas Pass and managed to lock myself, wife and grandkids out of the truck. It was running....Eric was the only one who responded after calling a bunch or others for assistance. Eric had it open in a minute and it was greatly appreciated. Five Star Service.
Saved our butts by the side of the road, just north of the ferry. It was hot and we couldn’t run our car for AC. Thanks for getting us so quickly and getting our car to the shop before it closed.

Just had my car towed by Eric. You can tell he has a lot of experience with towing. My car is very low to the ground and he did great. 10/10 will recommend Eric to anyone that needs help.
I can't belive the city hasn't condemned this place,, I don't even think they have an office ,looks like a dump ,they charge so much ,400$ in town tow oh but if you pay with a card it's 445$🤔

My Ford explorer had brake issues and broke down in AP.
Tow truck arrived in 15 minutes and got my vehicle back to Port A quickly.

My transmission went out at a recent beach visit to Port Aransas. Called Eric, and he fixed me up. Left my truck overnight and told him he could pick it up the next day and deliver it to a dealership in Aransas Pass. Payment and directions of where to pick it up , and where to deliver it to were super easy thru an app. He even offered to pick up the keys the next day since he was coming to Rockport where I live so I wouldn’t have to drive to Port A where the truck was!!! Super nice guy and will definitely use him for future issues!!! Thanks
My very first car accident and these are the guys who towed it away. They were very responsive when I called and needed to get everything out of my car considering it’s totaled and a lost cause. They met me there both times I needed them to. Thank yall for your help!
HORRIBLE experience. Took advantage of a bad situation, lied to us about why recovery fee was so expensive. Eric was ok, but the driver lied regarding the recovery circumstances. Hope we never have to use them again.
Absolute lifesaver today! We got stuck in some really nasty mud at the flats today. We had three experience people try to help us get out of the mud but it just wasn’t gonna work. Eric from EJ‘s showed up very timely and popped us right out of the mud. The price was more than reasonable.
E&J went above and beyond and got me home when I was stranded 40 min from home! They were courteous, Kind and soo helpful!!! I would recommend them time and time again!

This is my first one star rating. I give this rating to this place because of the total lack of professionalisms shown to me while conducting business. This place seems to be ran by 1 man and his dogs. This being said, the dogs seem to have better manners than the guy running the place. I have never heard of a towing company that is only open 9am-5pm. After being told that I had to have insurance on my vehicle to get my belongings, and then to be charged more than i have ever heard of anyone being charged, then to be treated like common trash was what i am calling unprofessional. I do not recommend anybody to ever use this place. And if you have the unfortunate pleasure of using this place please remember that the dogs have better business sense than the owner.

Excellent! Absouloutly fantastic. He had arrived earlier than what he said he would. He got the car on the wrecker with 5 minutes, towed me to my house and got my car parked just the way I had asked. 5 Stars I recommend this towing service to anyone.

They a great job of wrenching out my nephew's F150 from deep in a mud rut. They showe'd up promptly and we're fully prepared to handle the job. I highly recommend there services!
