I got an incorrect product. I did not realize until returning home. I took product back to exchange. Locktite was the product. No questions asked upon returned exchange.

Assistant manager was super rude to me. I knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Since I’m a woman, of course, he tried to upsell me and sell me other items I didn’t need. I said no other items. He treated me like I was so stupid. I kept telling him that I knew what I wanted, nothing else. He got irritated and said… “ok, le cheap.” What on earth?? I don’t know why he treated me that way. I won’t shop there again.

Extremely friendly and helpful when our check engine light came on during a road trip!

I called and spoke with Edward this morning. We are traveling from out of town and my brake line busted while my husband was at work. Not knowing who to call or how to handle the situation - I spoke with Edward. He was so kind and understanding! He heard the whole situation and took the time to help me get the whole situation sorted! I could not be more relieved and happy over Edwards assistance today and if you are ever needing help he is the man to speak with! Thank you so much Edward!

The best parts place in America. Had a dash light on abs and brake. Plugged in at 7:30 am and found a bad sensor, didn't have it BUT could have by 10:30. At 10:45 I got the part took it to Gordo's and fixed my problem. TIP THEM. Great customer service. Not the first time had CO2 sensor problems and they got me to correct parts on time. I'm a customer for life. Great guy's.

Needed to find out why my check engine light was on while on vacation and I received a quick diagnostic and fix for my vehicle.

They didn't have the part we needed but they were able to get it delivered from another store just a few hours later. Service was great. Only negative was we waited for awhile because the gentleman up front was trying to take care of several people while 2 other guys in the back messed around.

I went in with my mother to get a new battery, and the gentleman that helped us was very polite.

All the staff are knowledge and so helpful. They always go above and beyond. 10 star customer service!!!

Great service, they all seem to have answers to just about anything you need to know . Rarely out of stock on things and if so they have it the next day sometimes same day

Cliff was great. I needed an oil filter and he quickly was able to look up the right one for my vehicle and had me on my way. I appreciated the great service!

The employees of this store are very good people! They helped my husband & I so much when they didn't have to! We spent 6hours working on our car a cross the street they were very helpful ,patient ,kind and understanding!! We just wanted to say thank you again!! God bless all of you! Xo

If you can help it use another parts store! The AutoZone in town is much more knowledgeable. I ordered two rebuild kits for brake calipers. They forgot my order I called three four times they never knew who I was, even though I have a commercial account with O'Reilly's and I've done business with them for over 20 years. This location is terrible! Run!

These guys have better customer service then almost every business I've interacted with in the surrounding area.

O'Reilly's, Aransas Pass, is my regular store. The employees are knowledgeable, quick, courteous, genuinely good people and the parts aren't bad either.

Just got new brake pads for my wife’s car. Quick and easy. Everything was in stock. Edit: went to put pads on car. Wrong size. Took a picture of the old pads. Went back to order correct ones. Showed the guy the picture of the pads I need. He said he could have them next day. Go to pick up next day, wrong pads again. They called store in Corpus, and they had one pair in stock. Went to Corpus to pick up. They said they didn’t have any. 30 minutes later, they found them. 3 trips with high gas prices plus $20 price increase on parts each time I went. No discount given.

Poor service, very rude, no face mask on, shirts untucked. I went into the store 12/16/2021 around 6:20 pm after calling in and requesting a part to be set aside for me. When I walked through the door the blonde haired short kid was instantly rude saying "we definitely can't help you!" then continuing to say rude comments while the other team member Victor helped me. He was nice. Would not recommend.

Extremely knowledgeable staff whether or not you know what you're talkin about I can guarantee you they will. I stopped in for a brief minute just to get a spark plug for my small push mower. After stopping at AutoZone and they did not know what I needed for a spark plug or even know how to take the spark plug off or even have a tool to do it. Or the gentleman was just too lazy to get off the computer and help. So now I just go to a place where people know what they're talkin about and they will also have the parts that you need to do the job with just one stop. I really wish I could remember the young kids name that helped me but I am going to go out on a limb and say all the employees there are equally knowledgeable and helpful until proven otherwise. I left there a happy customer and I expect to go back.

Michelle helped me above and beyond, she explained everything so well - she is amazing! Another thing is a great atmosphere of the employees.

Stopped in today and James was awesome! He took the time to test the batteries in my boat and found they needed to be charged.. He was able to get the batteries charged in an hour. Top notch service!
