My semi lost coolant. I pulled into Valero 69 and 79 (loop) north of Cartage and called Action Towing. When I told them what was going on he said it’s a Volvo. I asked how did he know that. He said every time it rains Volvo coolant line to the DEF does this. He said they had the parts and would send someone out. Ryan came out about 45 minutes later and went right to the DEF coolant line and found it broken. About an hour later he had it fixed and filled my rig with coolant. It was expensive but worth it. It was very reassuring that they knew the problem before they even looked at it. Thank you Action Towing.

Jerry my guy came late night & helped me in a big way!! Super cool & patient guy considering how I had a 26’ box truck stuck in my back yard. Wanted to help him out with a tip but I hadn’t any cash on me. Welp, he was pleased with a good review that I didn’t mind helping him out with. I got into a pretty bad car accident in Carthage, Texas On my way to Shreveport Louisiana. The driver who towed my car was nice enough to help me make my way to Shreveport by driving me to the Shreveport airport. He did not have to do that but he took time out of his day to assist me and they shouldn’t I was taken care of.

Great company and great pricing. I called them based off these reviews! Didn’t let me down one bit! I Damaged my driveshaft coming home from work the other morning at 6am and I didn’t want to deal with it or limp it that far with 4x4. Customer service was helpful and worked with me leaving my truck on side of the road since a coworker was headed the same way. I was notified when picked up! It was less than 250 bucks to have it towed from DeBerry all the way to Garrison. Other companies in nac quoted me more than that just to give me a pull when I bottomed out at the house a few months ago. (The driver was 15 miles away in Timpson and I had solid ground for them park on) ended up getting it out in 5 seconds with a neighbors 100horse tractor.… Will was my driver. Very friendly guy and very respectful. Asked about my culvert ratings before crossing driveway and even asked for permission before driving on the grass. He shook my hand when he was done with solid eye contact. This will be the only company I’ll ever call again.

Terrible communication with my shop foreman! Refused to do service call in truckstop parking lot! Told to go Carthage, TX for repair, hell no shop is in Marshall, TX Update thanks for not coming out I fixed it myself for less than $6.00, figured you saved me $600.00

Passing by Clayton tx area. Dodge ram had high pressure fuel pump failures. Action was quick to arrive and tow my truck to their yard for storage. Thank you Action Towing. I had my trailer that king pin broke off of towed from bossier to Kilgore Jeff the driver showed up on time like he said was very nice and friendly how safe and as quickly as possible. Even talked with Keith and a few of the lady’s in the office the where very nice also. Not to mention the price was awesome and didn’t change afterwards. I had to be towed three times by Action. I was towed twice to Longview and once to Tyler. Each time, the tow guys were EXTREMELY nice, professional, friendly and funny. Their dispatch was also professional and accommodating. I would recommend Action to anyone who needs assistance.

The brake system started acting up on my truck while stuck in traffic on I-20. I gave them a call, they came out to me as quick as possible. Once on the scene mechanic diagnosed the problem and got me up and running. They have the best rates I’ve ever received from a 24 hour service provider.

On my way to work and engine blows on my truck in the middle of no where. Called around and Action Towing had the best price that didn't change once the job was done. I payed what they told me I would pay upon arrival. Jerry is they guy that hooked me up and took my truck an hour away. To top things off, this man drove me to work 20 minutes out and dropped me off! The service was amazing! They moved a storage building for us and were able to do it a lot quicker than we expected. Their prices were also super reasonable as well. Will definitely be using them for all our future towing needs

My Volvo 780 broke down on the way to Houston port. Thanks God I found Action Towing which did a fantastic job. My truck was picked up the same day and delivered to port before the cut off date. Amazing professional people to deal with. Doug is the man! Thank you!

We broke down away from home late at night. I called my insurance & it took them 40 minutes to find a wrecker service that wanted $1200 for their service. We decided to call Action because I had seen their services at my work before. They took care of us for less than half of what the other price gougers quoted. They were very nice & our driver TJ was great. He took great care of the car & got my husband and I home safely. We will definitely call them again if we ever need any towing services.

Used this company twice in two days. Very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. They also worked with my insurance company which is a plus. Always tip your tow truck drivers! 10 out of 10 will use again if needed.

The driver showed up quick and professionally and courteously went about his job task. The truck he operated was very clean inside and out. I commented on the cleanliness,as that's rare in his line of work.He gave the all the credit to his boss. He told me it's the best company he ever worked for,and the down to earth boss he worked for kept them in the best equipment and the pride it generated within the company made those there wanting to do their best and be the best. And I have to say,of all the company's I've dealt with such as this,its the best I've ran across. Good job!

When I called they told us around 30 minutes. Then at 50 minutes I called back and they were sending someone different. The wait time was then 1.5 hours. Thank goodness it wasn’t summer time. The biggest problem I have is I asked the driver if I should call my insurance company. He said I didn’t need to that they’d reimburse me. Even said I could call tomorrow. When I called them they said they won’t reimburse me because I should’ve called them first so they could send a contracted tow service. So I spent $275 to be towed and my insurance won’t pay.

This was my first experience with this company and it was great. Jeffrey was very polite, professional and took every measure to ensure my car was lifted onto the tow truck with utmost care. I even asked for business cards to spread the word of this excellent service.

We broke down in Marshall Texas around 5 o’clock in the morning an I called our insurance hotline and they sent a wrecker to pick us up and it was Action Towing. Richard was the driver, an he was really great. He took my wife and I to their shop and got us settled down in their waiting room. He said as soon as the mechanic came in he would have him start working on our outfit. They got our outfit fixed and we were on our way back home. Couldn’t ask for any better service or friendlier people. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of assistance with their outfits. Thank You so much guys you are really great people. ???? Used this service a couple months back when my mom's car battery died and needed to be taken to the dealership in Longview to be checked. They were very clear on towing prices, very careful with transporting my mom's car to it's destination and will transport your car back to you if necessary. Very professional/friendly/neighborly like service. Would most likely use them again in the future.
