This guy is an absolute joke. He has terrible customer service and is horrid with customers. He comes off as rude and arrogant and does not care about his customers! I would NOT recommend!

I was stuck by myself at night on the side of the highway and was completely scared. After calling three other “24 hr” wrecker services, Mr. Joe was the ONLY one that answered. After explaining to him my location and the situation, he didn’t hesitate to come to my rescue and actually was the most affordable service! I will use him again in a heart beat and in my opinion, if you ever need a tow and don’t call United Towing, you’re hurting yourself. Would absolutely 100% recommend United Towing to everyone!!

We were stranded on the highway and they got to us immediately. It was a hot day and they got us going quickly. He towed us back to Alice from Robstown Tx.. Other tow companies wanted $300.00.. United Tow did it for a third that price with a smile on his face. We highly recommend United Towing. Class ACT.. Jay P. Alice TX.
