They were very quick to pick me up when another towing company was going to leave me stranded all night in the middle of nowhere. Graig was fantastic and even dropped me off at a hotel. Great people!! Blew the radiator in my 18-wheeler just south of here and had to be towed. Was going to go to a shop closer to Dallas, but the wrecker driver said they had a shop and could have me fixed up faster and cheaper! Boy, did they stand up to that statement!!! Everyone I encountered here were very kind and professional. They know their stuff!! Thanks D and Marhus!!!

Red and blue flashing lights on tow trucks are illegal. Best believe I’ll be in contact with someone to get that fixed for these clowns.

I highly recommend. Gio with Texas Towing made my towing experience great. He took time to make sure my car was not harmed during the load and unload. He also ensured it was protected for the trip. I felt very comfortable during the 180 mile trip. I hope to not need another tow, but I wouldn't hesitate using Texas Towing again.

Just want to thank one of this company's drivers. Pulled off the road on 321 near Tennessee colony tx. And sunk. Was running late for a dr appointment and one of there drivers happened to be passing bye. I know he didn't have to stop and help and he was probably on his way to a job. But he did I sorry I don't remember his name but a very nice young man. Didn't take 5 min. But I deeply appreciate it. My son in law has a major const. Business in palestine and will be getting a strong referral from me. Thanks again.

Scammers!!! Gave them all the info they asked for. I was quoted $720, I approved it then they charged me $1002 for exact the same work they quoted me!!!!!

These guys really are the BEST! kind courteous and knowledgeable. We have used them twice in the last month and both service guys were amazing.

My kids and I had a blow out on hwy 31 with no spare 2 hours from home at 9pm. They showed up in record time and were so courteous and beyond professional. Picked up the car and drove us back home for a ⅓ of what my insurance was going to charge. Will always recommend!

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Brian Gilmore with Texas Towing & Recovery Corsicana TX. My car broke down in the middle nowhere near Corsicana today and he not only got a wrecker to me quickly but also put me in touch Jose at TJ TOWING in Angus. The wrecker driver was very nice and professional . Jose and his crew fixed me right up and I was on the road again quickly! Both services were at a great price too! If you ever need any towing or mechanical services around the Corsicana area, I would HIGHLY recommend these two guys. They were a GODSEND !

Was getting one out of the impound and they were VERY COOL and professional. Even helped me with a few tools after I forgot mine(unheard-of in the impound business). Friendly and just decent people.

Had a vehicle wrecked.. They gave a courtesy call letting us know where it was and there were belongings inside. They were prompt to let us in and out to get our stuff. Definitely not like other places that have you jumping through loops.

(Todays date: Oct 5, 2022) so on July 22 my car broke down at a store where my friend worked so I asked them to watch over it until I'm able to fix it and to call me if there is a problem at all so i can sort out (it was my only car so I had no form of transportation rn and i work night shifts) well on Sept 18 2022 texas towing in corsicana towed my car and in the process of towing my car my friend at the store inform them that they knew I was the owner and that they can contact me to inform me of the towing but then the texas towing company workers inform them not to contact me or inform me at all and that they were goin contact me which they have not called me, text me, or emailed me of my cars towing. I only found out of my car towing yesterday on Oct 4 2022 after finally found someone to give me a ride and after I already rented out a tow dolly to try to go pick up my car. After showing up and realizing my car was gone was I informed my car was towed so I called texas towing that same day inquiring about my car inwhich they told me they sent out a letter 3 days after they picked up my car and I have not received any form of mail inquiring about my car and today is Oct 5 2022. So not only was I not informed anything about my car but they lied to me and said no one knew the owner of the car was, when the day they towed it my friend was at work and they inform they they knew the owner but was instructed by texas towing company in corsicana not to contact me or inform me at all of my car situation 😡😡😡😡😡 they picked up my car Sept 18 2022 n I didn't find out til Oct 4 2022 when I went up there my self (I want to put 0 star but it won't let me)

Had a blown out tire & Dakota was very nice. He even helped me to find a Walmart Auto Care Center once he got my donut on so I can get my tire fixed. Dakota is the man peace & blessing to him.

Had to come to a complete stop on I-45 SB today because of one of your drivers. No way for me to move over. Tow truck driver standing in the right lane with his hands up yelling at me to move over. The law is slow down or move over. I think 20mph in a 75 is plenty slow enough. Don’t put yourself in danger by standing right in front of a semi truck in the right lane. I had no way to get over. I had no way to see him on shoulder as the two tucks in front of me didn’t get over… He had plenty of time to get out of the right lane. He was there pulling a car out of the ditch. Should have been on the frontage road. I have video if you all care enough to reprimand this driver. You probably can’t fix stupid though.

I had to pick up a trailer from this location, while there was only 1 person on the lot, the owner was really nice. They worked tirelessly to get a damaged truck dislodged so I could hook to it. Only drawback is payments are processed at different location so getting a receipt was a bit difficult. Otherwise no issues whatsoever.

I am so very thankful for this service! I was stuck in some awful clay type mud and was by myself with a storm heading in. They came within the hour and were so nice and helpful! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service!

Wow gotta say I got what I needed and was happy to pay what I did without hesitation. Due to is complete white out last week from the ice and snow I missed a a turn into a driveway and ended up getting stuck on a culvert. Pushing or pulling wasn't the answer since my SUV was balancing on the oil pan. So almost a week, due to the ice and snow, my car was stuck on the culvert, oh did I mention, in my driveway, yep so every day and night there it was for me and all the world the see. I want to thank my friends who tried to help by sitting on the tailgate and several other people who stop by who offered to pull me out. Now back to Texas Towing, so I get an appointment set up for Wednesday which was fine since the SUV was in a safe place, my driveway. Then I get a call on Sunday asking if they could come now and I was like hell yes, but other words, but I didn't say any of that I yes. So not 1 but 2 trucks show up, I thinking this is going to cost me. The two men survey the situation have a detail conversation. Once they started it was as if they done this before and minutes later a SUV that was balancing on a culvert to all four wheels on the ground, it was over. From the Customer Service to the 2 Sevice Technician I never felt shamed for being stuck. They made me feel they cared and they would take care of me and did they. They did what they said they did what they say they would do and charge me what they say they would, not a penny more, so worth the cost.. Like I told them, I hope I never see them again but I if I fine myself in need I'll be calling them. Thanks Texas Towing. A customer for life who hopes they never needs them again, oh feel free to send me a t-shirt I wear a XLarge.

Isaac was awesome. Pulled my F250 out of a downhill mud road I got stuck in. And made sure we got to a power wash and helped us clean mud out from underneath our truck so we could get safely on the road😘

Hope you never have a loved one that is in an accident and this is the company that towed their vehicle. I called 3 times to get all the information to get the vehicle as my loved one lay in ICU with brain trauma. Once I arrived during regular business hours, no one was there. I called to make sure I had the correct information and was put on hold for way to long to have them come back on the line and say they couldn’t reach anyone at that location but would call me right back. Not! I go back and the guy there slammed the door in my face had major attitude and then tried to charge me extra. Worst experience ever!

Ray was so amazing, it was late, raining and cold. Ray showed up quickly, was completely competent, respectful and helpful. I would recommend Texas Towing & Recovery to anyone in a bind. I had a motorhome break down on I-45. Ray was very helpful in not just getting my motorhome where it needed to go, but he also made sure I was taken care of as well with where to stay the night and places to eat. Opps! Who you gonna call? Should we ever have a recovery need" Texas Towing and Recovery... Excellent service! We were called to rush to visit a family who is in terminal conditions. Our mind was on getting to his bedside to give him a kiss and possibly last hug. Meanwhile, Our Semi truck sunk in, could not get out. I called around 8:44 PM. I believe Tammy answered. I gave her detailed info. Driver called me ASAP! Benjamin and Brian came and assessed the situation, pulled the truck out in no time and without a scratch... Paid with credit card and back on the road. I am so greatful for your prompt and efficient service!

Terrible customer service.The lady who answered the phone on 9/14 is very rude and speaks in an irate tone and is not forthcoming with information. They say that they are open 24 hours, But they are actually on call you have to call 1 hour in advance to get your vehicle -information that she didn’t share the first,second, or third time I called. They tell you that after you show up to one of there locations then you have to wait for them to show up. Which leads me to believe she don’t like her job...It was on the fourth call after I arrived at the location that they let it be known we needed to give a 1 hour notice. As if that wasn’t pertinent information the first, second, or third time we called.

Horrible experience. Almost as painful to deal with these guys as it was to wreck the car. Never doing business with them again if I can help it. They require an hours notice to access the vehicle. I called an hour and 45 minutes ahead of time, and then again an hour before I got there. I was still made to wait well over 40 minutes. (While there are clearly people here, bay doors open, trucks here etc.) Not the mention the wrecker himself seemed completely incompetent.
