Vincent showed ultimate care to my vehicle, I was so devastated when I was t-boned. Vincent and his crew of professional tow truck drivers showed up and took very good care of my vehicle, his wife filed all the paperwork promptly and ensured that I would be taken care of. Driving on 149 just north of 1488 heading toward 249 my car started screaming like my engine was falling apart. When I got to 249 pulled over to Mr Car Care to have it looked at. They were very nice, honest and attentive and you couldn’t get any friendlier. After they jacked the car up they immediately found the problem. The big plastic cover under the engine had fallen loose which is about 4 foot by 4 foot. They secured with their own parts that were missing. To top it off after the work was done they refused to charge me for what they did. To me that shows their honesty and integrity. I will definitely recommend this family owned business to my friends to them.
After an accident, my car was towed to Mr Car Care. Jose’ took care of assuring that our car was repaired, insurance was called, communicated with me as I needed it, and did it all with respect and great attitude. He and their staff did so much more than what I wrote. I highly recommend this place and working with Jose. My hubby has already spoken to them about an upcoming job for his truck. Thank you! Excellent customer service -- family owned business. They did a wonderful job with my car and took care of my car in a timely manner (repairs complete within timeframe I had a rental car from insurance company). They were helpful along every step of the way from advice on how to interact with the insurance company, helping me with rides after my car was dropped off. I highly recommend !
From the moment Caesar put my wrecked vehicle in tow, I was taken care of at Mr.Carcare. Ms.Savannah and Mr.Vincent were both great with communication and dealing with insurance. Unfortunately it had underlying issues so they had to get a second adjustment and took care of everything fairly quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while my car was in repairs so much so that I started referring my friends before the job was even done. I wish to correct a review of mine.
Car engine locked up r/t oil pan leak extensive damage. They quickly and carefully towed my car to Mr. Care Care Pinehurst, TX. They quickly began looking for a new engine none available. They ordered parts after disassembling the engine to rebuild. No parts available quickly. As we all know engines and parts were unavailable for months. They gave me a very nice loaner car. I picked up my car. The car was beautifully detailed. The drive just as it was when I bought it. The rims I had damaged on curbs were fixed, not a scratch on them. Rebuild was a very reasonable price. Especially since they stored the car for free. Great customer service Puuurfect.....thank you Vincent for always keeping me updated. Your kindness and thoughtfulness greatly appreciated. I will be back as needed. J Ash :)

04/21/22 they picked up my suv. Blown engine r/t oil leaking. 04/30/23 they still have my suv. I have a free loaner through them. I wrecked the car. Claim filed front end.. They've been very good with this part. 04/30/23. They still have my suv. 'Waiting on parts" they said. 1 + years later!?! Every person here has been more than kind. But they've been paid n they are still according to them, "waiting on parts". So now I'll be calling Planet Ford to pick up car n repair. I'm not in the business of cars. I don't know about parts and the wait time. But 1 + years? In all fairness I don't know the car business. But who would still be waiting on suv to be returned/fixed after one + years?
I took my car to 2 different mechanics before Mr.Car Care and they couldn’t find out what was wrong with my A/C system. Mr.Vincent and his team immediately found the problem within an hour and today my A/C is back up and running. 10/10 recommended hands down. Great customer service and hospitality. Thank you all so much . I will be back in the future ?
Literally the worst place ever, please have yourself the energy. I got in an accident October 2021, they have done absolutely nothing to my car expect make it pretty. They also drove it 100 miles! Which is unprofessional. Lots of little details went wrong. If I could sue I would.
I had my cats stolen from my truck and called Mr. Car Care. They were quick, efficient, and communicated very well. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
