Only reason I’m givin’ one star is ‘cause Google won’t let me pick zero. Service was straight up rude—felt rushed the whole time and nobody could bother explain nothin’. Weight they paid me for my rim didn’t match what it shoulda been, and when I asked simple questions about the scale, they got defensive real quick and told me to just take my stuff and give the money back. That ain’t how you run a business. Only went ‘cause it was the only place open, but I won’t be back.
If you're looking to basically give your scrap metal away it's a great place. If you're looking to get a fair value and make a little bit of money for all your hard work find somewhere else.
Worse scrapyard I've been too in my life.if ur not hispanic don't bother going.i got $12 for thr guts of two refrigerators, meaning all the copper and compressors and some other copper that they labeled as metal Soon as I found the receipt, I'll upload it
Didn’t like that I wanted to see the scale when weighing my aluminum cans. Told me 40 lbs & scale said 43. He said “If you’re gonna be that picky you can take them somewhere else.” Turn your antique slide scale to the front so customers can see the weight. Reweigh the mesh barrel & tag with tare weight. Last time in was told they were nine lbs. This time 10. Religious quote posted about accurate scales. Guess its just the person operating the scale that you need to watch. Honesty would be a test weight next to the scale to verify accuracy & showing the scale to the customer. Really not that hard.
Very bad experience, those jerks there didn't even want to unload the iron material we were carrying, more than 4 quintals, and they also have pallets placed on the scale. We unloaded it just to earn 24 dollars. I don't recommend it. They pay better elsewhere.
Horrible worst customer service ever!!! showed up slightly after 12:00 on a Wednesday and walked up with what I had and was turned away because it was right after 12:00 p.m even though hours stated open until 4pm horrible horrible customer service.OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!!!
Came at 11, on a Saturday, and at 11:45 they said they would not take care of me cause they didn’t have time they close at 1 having my son with me we without their help could have unloaded in 40 min max got a bunch of excuse’s and was sent to other locations didn’t know you were in business to turn away business had I pulled up at 12:30 I’d understand but 11 to 1 is two hours and I was next in line bad service don’t do this for a living so didn’t care about what they pay I just wanted to get rid of the scrap but now heading elsewhere so will not return I’d recommend you don’t waste your time.
Got to this place 20 min till 11am and left at 12:30pm nobody would want to help us unload but 1 guy even though there's 4 guys out here maybe because we're Hispanic then told us to unload our own stuff so we did just so we could get out of there quicker literally 5 cars left before us overall slow place never again
Great business, always fair, usually are the highest paying for copper and cans that I've seen. Easy going, and not gonna give you a hard time just for the heck or it. Always seem to be in a good mood when we use their services. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
Great prices on non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc.), higher than anyone else in the area. Steel prices not so much, and they stop accepting steel by 4pm. Need special ID card to use them, but they will print you one if it's your first time there. Friendly and helpful.
I've done a lot of business over the years at Allstate, mostly all good experiences. Nothing bad to say really. They are always busting A** to get customer's in and out and usually always a good couple local always there to have a good conversation with while turning in your metals. And if I need a cold soda they have them on hand for a $1. That's always a plus
Absolutely the best recycle place I've ever been to! They have never tried to scam me, very honest people and scales, in fact I always get more $$ than I thought I was supposed to get WhooHoo!
I dropped off some old steel fencing and a bunch of brake rotors today, and found the people here to be very friendly and helpful. Easy drive through, and they unloaded and weighed my scrap for me. I will definitely use these folks again!
The guys unloading your truck will have a conversation with you if you initiate it. They will get every bit of stuff out of the bed even trash and throw it away. People at pay window always seem like they are distracted or in a hurry. I only take in copper, so i cant say about any other prices but the copper prices are competitive.
