Waco Tow Truck Company responded quickly this past Saturday night at almost 1 am. Our tow truck driver was really friendly, & took his time to make sure that our car didn't get damaged further. I appreciate the time that was taken to help protect our vehicle, and for being there to help us at a time that we were in desperate need of help. I highly recommend Waco Tow Truck Co. when you're in a bind.
Tried to call them ALL day to see if this is where my car was towed to, after Waco PD gave me their number. No one ever answered the phone! Was on the “will be connected” hold for over 20min every time I called. And I never talked to one person. For something that’s open 24/7, that shouldn’t happen!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I placed for services on 8/9/2020, and never got a tow truck to come out. Told me it would be a hour until one came out, over a hour passed and nobody bothered to contact me instead I had to contact them and they said it would be again ANOTHER hour after the hour they told me it would be so I decided to just get a refund. I did a refund that same day 8/9/2020 and today is 9/14/2020 and I still haven’t YET Got my refund of $165.00! Mind you they were trying to charge me over $180.00 To tow my car and I told them I didn’t want to so they said they would “discount” my rate to $165. Not one time has this place ever sent me a email giving me updates about NOTHING ! I’ve tried already disputing it from my bank and I can’t! Each week I called everytime I got the run around about to “give them more time” “give them more time” & I’ve gave them MORE then enough time. They do Not care about you as a customer, they definitely tell LIES to buy your time and they just want to take your money! I HATE THIS COMPANY!
OUT SOURCED COMPANY, hard to understand!!...........My 18 year old daughter had a blow out at night on I-35, near Waco. This was the 1st place to show up online. They charged me $162, gave no E.T.A. after 2 hours, they told me that they couldn't get to her until 8am, & the driver wanted an additional $132. I was furious. I cancelled immediately & used the best towing company in that area "Woody's Wrecker Service"
There are like 3 levels of dispatching. First dispatcher provided erroneous information to the second dispatcher. Provided information I did not even provide. Cannot provide an ETA. Driver never contacted me as instructed and as policy. Not a very good experience but that is expected from the Towing industry.
Answered the phone quickly and within 5 minutes I had a flatbed tow truck dispatched to move my old truck.. I will use them again whenever I need a vehicle towed... Thank you.
This is actually a middleman that will charge you twice what the towing companies they use would. I would not recommend , go straight to than actual service compsny.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is NOT A LOCAL COMPANY!! If you are reading this it’s because you are probably trying to make a fast decision on getting your car towed. Do yourself a favor and call a local company. Just because it says Waco Tow Truck doesn’t mean they are local.
This is a number to a national dispatcher. Once I gave them my info I got calls from trucking companies in Laughlin, NV, Miami, Fl, and a company called Tow Panda in Dallas, TX saying they could have a driver there to get me in an HOUR AND A HALF. Waco is not that big. When I tried to cancel I found out that they had already charged my Credit Card $135 and was told I would have to fill out paperwork to dispute the charges (for service that I never received) and the management team would have to review it to see if I WOULD BE ALLOWED to get a refund.
I was broken down on the side of the road in the middle of town on Austin Ave. and needed my car towed 8 miles. I called Tow King of Waco who had a truck there in 15 minutes.
Not saying Tow King is the best (they were cheaper though) but I am saying this company is the Worst.
Didn’t even put the in the right address For the dispatch. And told me a false ETA so I paid for a 5-10 min wait and then was later told that it would be 2 hrs. If I could I wouldn’t even give them the 1 star
Only gave it three stars because the driver earned the stars...not the dispatching. That was a joke. It sounds like you are calling a foreign country to get dispatched and then they tell you that it is gonna be about an hour...I was stuck on the side of the highway for over two hours in the dark! The driver contacted me and dispatch had given him the wrong location of where I was. I explained where I was and he found me within 10 minutes. Very nice guy and his truck was clean!
Very helpful and courteous. We broke down and was alittle worried about getting a tow on a holiday but Rica got us on the road back home safely thank you so much. I'd recommend this service
My grandson has a lowered Lexus that one local tow company walked away from this morning . I called Waco Tow Truck and explained the issue with the car . They said they could handle it and sure enough they came out and had no problem whatsoever ! The ladies I talked to were very polite and helpful and they beat other tow truck prices !
