I would not recommend doing business with these guys. After you fill out a request form on their website to see how much they would offer you for your car, they will bombard you with texts and calls from various different numbers borderline harassing you. Even after I had made the decision to just keep my old truck, they still try to text and call from different numbers. Don't get me wrong, I find it amusing... seeing how many numbers I can block on my phone before they finally give up... but still.
I filled out a short form online to get a free estimate on my last car that broke down. The estimate was instantaneous, and they followed up by texting just a few questions. They even upped their original estimate after asking just a few simple questions! I believe that Cash For Junk Cars Waco gave me more cash than I would've been offered anywhere else for a 26 year old car currently not running! They made the entire process so short and simple, it was a breeze. I gave them the address to pick up my car in Cleburne, and they gave me a time frame when a tow truck driver would call to schedule the pick-up as well as pay me in cash. The driver called very soon after the time frame I was given, within minutes, actually, and they came right on time. When I couldn't find my title right away and was in a huge rush to be at an appointment, they told me that it was no problem, that they'd just take $40 off the payment, which I didn't mind, because I couldn't remember where I'd placed it. I was ucertain if they would even be able to make the transaction without the title in hand, so luckily for me it was no problem. I simply flashed my I.D., signed on the dotted line, and I walked away with a pocketful of cash! The tow truck driver was incredibly fast hooking up the car, and in fact, they were the ones waiting on me to empty out my trunk! The entire process was pleasantly and unexpectedly swift, taking place from start to finish in less than a 24 hour period. The gentleman who I'd texted with and spoke to on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and professional. He made it seem like he was working to get me the best price possible rather than trying to jip me, as so many other companies do. The tow truck team was friendly, fast, professional, and very accommodating to my needs and my wishes. I will recommend this company to anybody who will listen, and I will use them again in the future. I actually have 2 other vehicles that aren't running, so I may just give them another call today!! It was quick and easy to do business with them. They were quick to respond and to come and pick up the vehicle. They also gave us a good price for the car. Would recommend them if you need quick service on selling a vehicle.
Sold my used car (not running) to Wheelzy. It was very straightforward, easy and professionally done. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed the transaction within 48 hrs. Tow driver arrived with my check as promised. Definitely would use them again!!
Jeff is the person who was working with me and he was super helpful, friendly and understanding even when I almost changed my mind. I asked him to give me a week before reaching out and that’s exactly what he did. He was patient with me and was with me through my whole process. I wasn't expecting a call from Wheezly because I'd already accepted an offer from another company, but nonetheless I spoke to Mark for the offer process. Mark was super nice and very professional. He did everything he could to beat the offer amount from the other company. He did it and I accepted! The pick up process was easy, quick, and smooth. I would definitely use Wheelzy again if needed. 100% Recommended.
I've never sold a vehicle as a 'junker' and didn't really know what all the process entailed. Lucky for me, I never really had to learn the process either.
