No use setting appointment if not going to keep them. Waited 2 hours before vehicle was even touched. And the two people at the front desk both talk so softly, you have to say WHAT several times. Very disappointed..
Great customer service! The whole team is welcoming and knowledgeable. When I bought my new truck it went straight to TW and the installed my Gooseneck, bedcover and bedliner. I will continue to do buisness with these guys!

Talked to Ed, the owner. He told me about a new type of spray in liner. I went with (The Elite) and extremely happy with it. Dropped the truck at 8:00 a.m. and picked it up at 1:00 as promised.

On May 10, 2024, I had a Phoenix UV spray in bed liner installed in my truck. I had previously inquired about another brand at Truck Works, but after seeing a finished install of the Phoenix liner at their business, I was sold. Setting the appointment was easy and Loreen answered all my questions and concerns. Dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up shortly after lunch. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work that was done and will definitely be a return customer. The staff is very helpful and professional. So in my haste one morning, I failed to secure my cover tether which resulted in a self-inflicted wound. I took my truck in and these guys very quickly got me squared away with a very inexpensive fix! I was concerned this was going to be costly, but the generosity of this shop and the guys that worked on my truck were a blessing. So thankful and STILL highly recommend Truck Works Unlimited!

World Class staff and product installation. Josh was excellent in finding the best solution for my special 5th wheel application so that I could easily change from 5th wheel to gooseneck to slide in camper. Great suggestion to replace old air bags with BW LoadLifter 5000. One ton dually already rides much better even when empty. Tammy and Josh both kept us informed of the status. Very pleased with the entire team. Explained how the new components operated after the install. Will go back for additional accessories.
I can't speak highly enough of Ed and the crew at Truck Works Unlimited. They installed a leveling kit, tires, a spray in Line-X Bedliner, and wired up some lights for me. Several years ago they helped me by removing a towing and braking package from my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, everything went well and I was able to resell the items as a complete package.
This year they helped me by installing a complete Roadmaster towing and AirForce 1 braking system in my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. The completed package is flawless and since the installation I have towed my Wrangler for 4,200 miles with no issues. I really like the Roadmaster tow bar with the LED lights (as recommended) as well as the AirForce 1 braking system that is a proportional braking system that is in sync with the braking pressure coming from my coach,.

I will say again Ed and his crew are unbeatable. They work and espionage attention to detail is phenomenal. This is my second time for new projects and they guided me all the way, made sure I got what I needed and not spend more than I had to. Got the work done on time and we had small manufacturing issue. They were on top of it and handled all of it seamlessly. They took care of everything. You don’t find that type of service very easily now a days. They are the BEST anywhere in Central Texas or whole state as far as I’m concerned

I will say that the folks at Line X are amazing. They are totally professional in there service and attitude toward customers. I have used several other aftermarket sales that have been great but these folks take it to the next level.

Used these guys again to put a cover on my truck. Service was once again excellent and they got me in in a timely manner. These guys aren't the cheapest in town but you definitely get what you pay for.
These guys are top notch. They installed a new bedliner for me as well as tint my windows at a very affordable price. I had a ride to pick me up but they did offer me a shuttle to take me wherever I needed to go. I would recommend these guys for all of your truck accessories.
I absolutely love my tinted windows and bed liner! Will use for everything i have ;) can't wait to bring a jeep in and have it completely covered in line-x ;)
Line X provided excellent customer service. There liner looks fabulous. There facilities need attention though. Waiting room was cluttered and needed vacuuming, outlet covers dangling on cord for television, and seats are worn. Fix the little cosmetic issues and next time its 5 stars.
