I took my Gladiator in for a spray in bed liner. We set up an appointment for the following day. It turned out great! The staff were friendly and took great care of me. That was almost a year ago and the bed liner is holding up great.
Great customer service! The whole team is welcoming and knowledgeable. When I bought my new truck it went straight to TW and the installed my Gooseneck, bedcover and bedliner. I will continue to do buisness with these guys!

Bought a new truck and called Truck Works Unlimited to schedule a sprayed in bed liner. Talked to Ed, the owner. He told me about a new type of spray in liner. I went with (The Elite) and extremely happy with it. Dropped the truck at 8:00 a.m. and picked it up at 1:00 as promised. Jose (Great Guy) at the front counter took great care me. On May 10, 2024, I had a Phoenix UV spray in bed liner installed in my truck. I had previously inquired about another brand at Truck Works, but after seeing a finished install of the Phoenix liner at their business, I was sold. Setting the appointment was easy and Loreen answered all my questions and concerns. Dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up shortly after lunch. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work that was done and will definitely be a return customer. The staff is very helpful and professional. I encourage anyone to visit their business; you will be glad you did!
UPDATE 05/17/24: So in my haste one morning, I failed to secure my cover tether which resulted in a self-inflicted wound. I took my truck in and these guys very quickly got me squared away with a very inexpensive fix! I was concerned this was going to be costly, but the generosity of this shop and the guys that worked on my truck were a blessing. So thankful and STILL highly recommend Truck Works Unlimited!

World Class staff and product installation. Josh was excellent in finding the best solution for my special 5th wheel application so that I could easily change from 5th wheel to gooseneck to slide in camper. Great suggestion to replace old air bags with BW LoadLifter 5000. One ton dually already rides much better even when empty. Tammy and Josh both kept us informed of the status. Very pleased with the entire team. Explained how the new components operated after the install. Will go back for additional accessories.

Several years ago they helped me by removing a towing and braking package from my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, everything went well and I was able to resell the items as a complete package.
This year they helped me by installing a complete Roadmaster towing and AirForce 1 braking system in my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. The completed package is flawless and since the installation I have towed my Wrangler for 4,200 miles with no issues. I really like the Roadmaster tow bar with the LED lights (as recommended) as well as the AirForce 1 braking system that is a proportional braking system that is in sync with the braking pressure coming from my coach,.
Line-X of Waco does great work. I've purchased my bed liner, a roll-top and lock cover and just got side step rails installed this week. Every time I've purchased products with Line-X I feel confident and comfortable leaving my vehicle with them to do great work. I mostly worked with Michael, but others I interact with in the shop are also friendly and welcoming as well. They have been great, everything Line-X has done has been high-quality work done promptly. Highly recommend!
This is addition to my previous post. I will say again Ed and his crew are unbeatable. They work and espionage attention to detail is phenomenal. This is my second time for new projects and they guided me all the way, made sure I got what I needed and not spend more than I had to. Got the work done on time and we had small manufacturing issue. They were on top of it and handled all of it seamlessly. They took care of everything. You don’t find that type of service very easily now a days. They are the BEST anywhere in Central Texas or whole state as far as I’m concerned

Used these guys again to put a cover on my truck. Service was once again excellent and they got me in in a timely manner. These guys aren't the cheapest in town but you definitely get what you pay for.
These guys are top notch. They installed a new bedliner for me as well as tint my windows at a very affordable price. I had a ride to pick me up but they did offer me a shuttle to take me wherever I needed to go. I would recommend these guys for all of your truck accessories.
I absolutely love my tinted windows and bed liner! Will use for everything i have ;) can't wait to bring a jeep in and have it completely covered in line-x ;)
Line X provided excellent customer service. There liner looks fabulous. There facilities need attention though. Waiting room was cluttered and needed vacuuming, outlet covers dangling on cord for television, and seats are worn. Fix the little cosmetic issues and next time its 5 stars.
