Luv the covered spaces and quiet park. The owners are extremely accommodating and very nice too. Prices are fair for the location and coinside with going rate.
We've stayed at this campground for several years. We like it because it's quiet, safe, clean, families live there , and Ken is very helpful and friendly. It's also close to our favorite spot, the flee market which is a great place to find hidden gems.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The RV park is clean and well-kept. There's a laundry facility and a dog park to play with your fur baby or take them for a walk around the park. He's constantly adding stuff to accommodate everyone. I will recommend this place to everyone. All that's needed is a pool. It's really quiet !!!!. He can also fill propane tanks!!! Which is a huge plus iykyk!!!
I've been staying here for just over a year because of work and the park is very clean and quiet. The owner Ken is very nice and always willing to help if you need it. All most of the sites are paved and pretty close to level.
This RV park is awesome, I'm parked next to a dog park with a good view. There are families here, which provides a safe atmosphere. It's only 8 minutes from the Central Texas Market Place!
The owners, Ken Patcharee, went out of their way to accommodate my long term stay. It's my first time owning an RV, Ken even came by to help make sure my set up was where it needed to be. Grateful to be here.
Only stayed here for a few weeks back in 2022. Owner is friendly, honest on prices, and ensured everyone had a positive stay while there. Will stay here again if I’m ever this way again.
Cannot fiqure out these reviews. Our experience was horrible. Fire ants everywhere, flooding, the covered site does nothing to keep rain or sun out, way overpriced electricity, rules are not applied equally, no privacy, rude neighbors and park owner and wife are actually scary people. Yes this is an anonymous account because the owners are seriously that scary. To each his own, you love the park and owner..more power to you. Definitely not our experience.
The owners are so incredible. Wonderful people. Laundry is priced fairly and they have a quarter machine in the package room so you can make change any time of day or night. The whole park is very cleaned and maintained. Garbage is picked up multiple times a week so you don’t have to stress about overflowing dumpster. There’s a big grass lot out front to walk your dog. The sites are level and well spaced. The on site rv repair shop is a huge bonus! I would absolutely recommend this park to anyone!
Moved in a few months back it's been okay it's supposed to be service on site but I've been waiting for a while for two issues I'm having with my RV and have gotten no help.. one of the issues that I've had is actually causing damage to my RV and I don't know what to do besides take it somewhere else and I chose this spot because I had service available on site. I guess it's who you know I've spoken to the owners a couple of times about the same issues and they've put in work orders or say they don't have people to help so I'm just stuck.
If you want to be a long term resident, this is an average place for that. Camp has covered spots which helps with damage from sun and prevents some hail damage which is common in Texas. Owner allows folks to upgrade their site within reason. A couple folks had privacy fences installed around their slot. A bit dusty from the internal park roads. Some limited paved driveway but job needs competition to hold down the dust. Price is average for the area. Close to all the amenities of town. No perks, just a place to live in your camper. No awesome views or other amenities. 3 star park but an extra star for covered camp slots.
The owner is phenomenal, and gas wife just as nice. The whole park is nice and maintained. Wifi signal has been the best I've ever had and traveling for work has me in 4-5 campgrounds a year thru the state. Great location to Hwy35 but far enough to not hear road noise from any road.
Had a problem with one of our sewer valves coming out of San Antonio to north of Dallas. Called several places with a 3 day minimum wait. but the owner said he would try to help. Even after a big traffic delay and our arriving at nearly 4pm on a Friday, his employee took care of us. Price for parts and labor were very fair and we were on our way. Workmanship was very good. If we didn't already need to be further down the road and have reservations somewhere we would have stayed in the RV park. Thank you
IT'S A SHAME ALL RV REPAIR SHOP'S CANNOT BE AS HONEST FAIR AND TRUTHFUL AS KEN ME AND THE WIFE JUST DROVE 2000 MILES ROUNDTRIP TO BUY ARE NEW TOY HAULER AND FIRST PLACE I TOOK IT WAS TO KEN JUST TO HAVE HIM MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS READY TO GO AND I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR THAT SERVICE
We were a little skeptical at first but after arriving we were very impressed. Park owner was really nice and explained they are still in the works but each covered concrete site is really nice. We definitely will be stopping here again when traveling through in our 45' motor home.
I must say this.The owner and staff are outstanding. Dropped in because of the reviews. Had a electric issue had me check out fuse in the truck.Bingo fuse. Looked at my setup and noticed it was not right.Corrected the issue i was on my way. Great job . Great people. Thanks. I tried hooking and unhooking per the Tech. And it worked better than the way i did it.Thanks.
We used Bellringer's for a year for storage and had no complaints. We bough a place w/ enough land to be able to store it on our own so I didn't need their services any longer. Then we upgraded our trailer, and the fun began. W/O naming the business, we dealt w/ a very dishonest business owner and person in general. None of it came to light until after they cashed the check. I refuse to give them the opportunity to make it right after multiple opportunities.
Enter Bellringer's service dept. I called, told them the situation, Ken said "bring it on in." Brought it in on a Saturday and on the following Monday he called me, let me know all the recommended, the "have to" and the "keep an eye on" list. Ken is an honorable man and will always treat you fairly. If you are in the Robinson, TX area, skip EVERY other RV shop and come see Ken.
Went to them with an ac problem. Took them my capacitor and the told me it was good. Without looking at it they diagnosed the issue was my fan was not running. Sold me a control board and thermostat kit. I installed and it fixed the issue. I live in this RV and taking it to someone is just not feasable. They saved my day and saved me lots money. I highly recommend them.
While on a cross country trip pulling our travel trailer, we noticed that some of our heating ductwork didn't seem to be working well. As we rolled into Waco late Friday afternoon and called and spoke to Ken, he had us being it by to take a quick look. He was fairly sure he knew what the problem was and told us we could bring it in on Monday morning at 9 am.
We did that and he had us taken care of and back on the road by 1:30pm. The service was professional, reasonably priced and friendly. We would highly recommend this company.
We are so pleased with the help and service we received from Ken and his staff. We had a problem while at the campground and called Ken. He sent Mark out right away to find the problem. After receiving the parts that they had to order Mark came out after hours to fix the problem. The bill was less than expected, the service was great and we are completely satisfied. Anyone in need of work done on your rv or camper should give Bellinger a call. You will be glad you did.
We showed up on a Thursday afternoon unexpectedly with no brake lights or turn lights. These wonderful people immediately started helping us. Mark worked on it and as we were chatting he gave us a few pointers on things. So we decided to take his advice and check the things that he had pointed out. Turns out we had loose wheel bearings and a bolt on an axle was coming out. They fixed everything that afternoon and had us on our way by 530. If you're in need of RV repair around the Waco area this is the place to come. Ken and Mark Where the nicest people to work with.
For over 10 years I have trusted my RV's to this Ken's highly ethical and honest care. Each time I call he responds professionally and at a fair rate even when I am a 1000 miles from home I pay to have my RV towed to his shop. More importantly I know my RV repair is reliable.

Excellent Service & Support! Late Saturday night my wife and I were stranded on the side of the road unable to drive our camper any further. Looking for help we had the good fortune of finding Bellringer’s RV Service. Ken answered our call and sent Mark out to help us. Mark did what he could but our issue had be worked on at their shop. Mark helped us identify towing companies that could tow our rig. When the towing companies either couldn’t or wouldn’t tow our rig Ken & Mark came back to us on Sunday with a temporary solution that allowed us to make it their shop. I had to get my wife to a doctor in Austin. I left my trailer with Ken and he took care of everything! He was able to quickly source parts locally, he worked with our insurance adjuster and made the repairs to get us on the road again. Breaking down on the side of the road was awful. Not being able to get towed was equally as bad. Having a quickly approaching deadline to get my wife to a doctor in Austin only added to the anxiety. Ken, Mark and Dennis treated us like family. They took care of the repairs. They gave us great service at a fair price. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us this past week. If you need RV repairs you won’t find anyone or any place that does it better than Bellringer’s RV Service. I wish I had a service provider in my hometown of Richmond, VA that was as good and Bellringer’s.
If you go anywhere else other than Bellringer's you won't know what to expect. Ken is an honest guy with honest prices and you can take him at his word. He does great work and completed as promised. I would not go anywhere else.
We were caught on the side of the highway coming back from vacation, and not only did Ken answer the phone on Sunday, but he provided a place to park our boat until he could fix it the next day. When i got there the next day him and his partners were very nice and professional and all around good to bone people who seemed to just want to help. I wish I lived closer to be able to bring him more business!! Thanks Ken and Dennis for all the help!! Boat trailer did great on the way home!!!
Ken is honest, does great work, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. He has replaced my roof on my 5th wheel perfectly, he fixed my slide out, fixed an electrical problem. I will always call Ken 1st for my RV repair needs.
