They were very sweet to me and did a good job! They had a really sweet sign in the waiting room that said “do not worry about tomorrow, God is already there!” They also had free snacks/sodas in the waiting room which was so sweet!!
Well they held my truck all weekend just to replace the coolant reservoir, which was $600!!!! so I ended up not having it replaced, after I brought it in on Thursday afternoon. And I ended up paying over $300 for diagnostics which they said was free and claimed they gave a free tire rotation which was not true. and I know bc I have one tire different from the rest and it was still in the same spot.
Great service! They identified what exactly needed to be repaired and knocked it out in less time than they estimated. They also provided a loaner car to me and my wife for work which was a huge help! Highly recommend for their professionalism and going out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. These people really care about their customers and it shows they even go the extra mile it will Uber you to work to your home while your car‘s getting worked on. Also, after your car is done getting service. They literally call you to check up on you and ask you how how things went. These people are amazing. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The owner really knows what he’s doing when it comes to leadership and how to manage employees six stars if I could give it.
We were visiting Waco from Georgetown and had been to the Zoo. As we left, the engine oil level light came on the dash. I topped it up but wanted some reassurance that there was not a leak out something end wrong before starting the one hour drive home. The level of service I received was exemplary and after a short wait I was shown pictures and video of the leak and chatted to the staff about then general condition of the engine and received some tips. I’m considering making the drive up from Georgetown for my servicing in future I was so impressed with these guys. Honest, polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I wish all service centres were like this! Thank you !
I always love coming here. It’s hard as someone who doesn’t know much about cars to find somewhere I can go that I trust. For reference, I have had a lot of bum luck with cars, so I have been here many, many, many times for all kinds of reasons. Every single time I go the experience is consistently phenomenal. They always get me in quickly, they communicate well (and they’re so nice about everything, including things I am completely oblivious about), yall they’ve got SNACKS. I love this place. I’m moving and this is one of the hardest goodbyes. Gold star, A+. I cannot say enough about this place. Look no further, just go. They’re literally the best.

Took care of me and did what I need. Good people who are strait forward. They offer preventive maintenance based off milage and part life expectancy. And let you know this part isn't bad but based on milage its recommended. Good service I'll bring my vehicle back.
Was on the way to Fort Worth from Austin and had car trouble going thru waco. Did a google search and came across Trinity Auto Haus. Turns out we blew a head gasket on the engine. Dale pur service agent was great and gave us great service eventhough we didn't get the engine replaced there. Would highly reccomend these folks. They will treat you right.
As a student who just moved across the country, I am so blessed to have found a place that I could trust with my car maintenance. I took it in without knowing the exact issue and they were able to fix the problem after the complementary full-vehicle inspection. The Uber service is also amazing. I didn’t have to work about coordinating rides, they did it for me.

Considering it was only an oil change I was satisfied with the service only thing is I was told when I called tire rotation was part of the service and when I picked up my truck was told it that it didn't need one. Other than thatt very good customer service. Very friendly staff. Would recommend them. 4 3/4 stars.
Went to them to look at our AC on a truck (since we got a coupon in the mail) and they ended up loosing up our screw to the oil pan. Seems like it was done on purpose due to them giving us an estimate of over 3k, but we decided not to take the vehicle there anymore. Just speaking on our experience.

My daughter's car AC condenser caught a rock 3hrs into a 1.2k mile drive to mover her into college at Purdue in Indiana. We called Trinity Auto Haus and were able to get in 30 minutes before closing. Caressa checked us in and got things rolling immediately after walking through the door and the car was pulled into the shop within minutes. We were hoping for the best and it was just in need of a charge but the technician (Greg) was able to find the hole. Needless to say, their honesty kept us from wasting $200 on a charge that wouldn't have made it out of the parking lot. Caressa was able to find a condenser and the Mgr. Brandon sent someone to go pick it up instead of waiting on a delivery. Their technicians, Clay, Tyler, and Greg started on the tear down working hard and fast to get us back on the rd. The entire team stayed past closing! Brandon came and sat with me talking about culture and teamwork, 2 principles exemplified within his shop. A sincere Thank you to the team from my entire family! Way to go above and beyond turning something negative into a positive outcome.
My brother-in-law owns a very reputable shop in the San Antonio area and we’ve always used him but needed some service locally. I’m glad I found Trinity Auto as they have the same level of customer service and expertise as I’m used to. I would definitely bring my car back for service here if needing more things taken care of.

Great service! They were thorough, but never pushy! Amazing price for a full synthetic oil change! (Less than half of what I pay at the dealer! Granted, I had a coupon, but even without it, the price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what I'm used to paying). They also rotated the tires for free, and they alerted me about a bulge in one of the tires. Sure enough, there it was. Owner was present. Good fella, very friendly and very helpful. The place looked full and we didn't make a reservation, but we didn't wait at all. Dropped off the car, grabbed dinner around the corner, came back and picked up the vehicle. Easy day!
I’m careful how when I write reviews especially when it comes to small business… but integrity is important and not taking steps to ensure a proper diagnosis on a vehicle can cost customers more money than it should.
My suburban was taken there to diagnose a misfire. They told me what they did to diagnose the problem and stated I needed a new engine, I asked them a series of questions on what other things they check and even admitted over the phone that those steps weren’t taken. Me knowing about cars prompted me to get second opinion and sure enough the second shop took more steps on find the actual problem, be careful people, honest mechanics and shops are hard to come by. This place is not it. And the problem was just as I suspected with a valve, not a piston, but had they done a bore scope and compression test instead of running to an internet board to find the problem..,, well you get the picture.

Easy to book appointment online, narrowing services according your needed repair. Good inspection of car and offering optional services for your car and most important the cost of each one. Repair was done on time frame specified. Quality and cost of repair since I have no other quotes to compare to I optimistic the quality and cost is fair enough for both parties… time will tell about this repair … car is driven 5-20 miles for week ..In short I firmly believe it was good decision to let them repair this car ….
Wonderful place! Honest and customer service was excellent. My daughter lives in Hewitt and her 2020 Audi Q3 was having a suspected wheel bearing issue. It was brought to TAH and I am very pleased with how things were handled. I (her father) live in West Monroe, La and had no way of getting my eyes and hands on this Q3. I had to trust this shop. They had every opportunity to be dishonest and tell me *insert expensive repair* was needed I would be none the wiser, nor would my 19yr daughter. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong. We suspect a rock got lodged in between the dust shield and rotor, causing a hellacious noise. Nothing found so I had them change the oil while it was there. No hassles, no crazy up-sales, just an HONEST mechanic shop. We will definitely be returning for any and all future repairs. Thank you!!
My experience at Trinity is always a good one. Usually I make an appointment and wait for my car. But this time I didn't. I was told I could bring it in. And I could drop it off. A d at no extra charge call me a Uber at no extra charge. And that is exactly what they did. When y are waa done they did the same a Uber picked me up. A very pleasant experience. James was my service writer. He was very professional and has a answer for every question I gave him. I would say I had another awesome experience at Trinity and there service Department. TRINITY AUTO HAUS IS ROBBING US. I had my wife take her vehicle there last year because she needed her front lower control arms and a couple of other services done. They quoted us 2200 dollars. We got quotes from 2 other places in Geogetown, TX, for 1/2 the price. But we still went with them because the towing would have made it the same cost. However, I had her take her Nissan in for an oil change a month or so ago, and they wanted to charge 65 dollars to change a cabin air filter. She called me because that price seemed high. It was. Next, we took the car in for an inspection, and one of the items was a transmission fluid service where they wanted 1100 dollars. Mind you, the average cost of transmission fluid ranges from 15-25 dollars a liter. They wanted to charge just shy of a 100 DOLLARS PER LITER for her transmission fluid change for 8 liters. Mind you, I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado and paid 360 for my transmission fluid change AT a DEALERSHIP. With the average cost of transmission fluid, this job shouldn't have cost no more than 410 dollars. Their work is solid, but I'm taking my business somewhere else. I won't do business with people who take advantage of their clients.
Trinity Auto House has been our go to the past few years! They take great care of their Baylor families and are always beyond helpful and friendly. They do great, honest, work and always have the best interest in mind for their customers.
I went there for a free car check up, I really appreciate their customer service, they were extremely friendly and helpful, they found out what was wrong with my car and sent me a list of what’s wrong and what they need to do to fix it while also providing images of what is wrong so I can see for myself! And they did not charge me without my permission unlike other reviews suggested, they called and sent me a website to either accept or decline the repairs so I was satisfied with that and the timing was great, it took them a day, I dropped it off before closing on Friday then picked it up Saturday afternoon, overall I recommend this place.
I made an appointment a couple of days ahead of time which is always ideal if you have that option. So when I arrived they were ready, greeted me like they knew me and had an Uber take me back to work. My estimate was sent electronically for approval and the work was done in a timely manner. Price was about what I expected for the work done. My truck is 26 years old so finding parts is always a bit interesting. Stan put in the work and sourced the parts locally prior to hitting the national search. During their inspection they found a couple of other items that should be addressed in the future and I will take my business back to them without hesitation. I think I have found my local mechanic shop. I will continue to give them my business until convinced otherwise.
