My repair experience was great. The technicians were thorough in their work and gave recommendations for additional service to help my car continue to work properly. I received text and calls to follow up with me and offer to assist for setting up any other repairs. Everyone has been courteous and caring and I felt seen and respected.
Let me tell yall!!!! Trinity Auto Haus next to LaFiesta on Franklin is the BEST car center I’ve EVER BEEN TO. Highly highly recommend $65 special for oil change and tires rotated. Free sodas and drinks. They offered me a ride to my house and back if I don’t want to wait. Just heard a service guy tell a customer he used to be a service advisor and this is by far the best place he’s ever worked for! Everyone is nice and transparent. We had a great experience here! We brought a car in for a pre-purchase used car inspection and Evan was helpful and friendly in setting it up. The car ended up having a lot of rust on the undercarriage—enough to preclude them from doing most of the inspection for safety reasons. We were given a detailed explanation and information on what they did inspect and they were kind enough to treat it as courtesy inspection so we did not have to pay for an entire used car inspection. We appreciated the integrity.

Evan and James were so helpful throughout the entire process. I live in the Dallas area but born and raised in Waco. I had went to another auto shop for repairs in Dallas and they were unable to find the problem with my car. My father suggested that I call Trinity Auto Haus. I called and spoke to Evan and he was great. They got my car in and gave me a loaner. Which helped out a ton. When I got my truck back it worked perfectly. They explained everything that was fixed and gave recommendations for things that needed to be fixed in the future. I whole heartedly recommend them. Thank you for all of your help TAH!!!!
Absolutely fantastic shop. Trinity Auto Haus had every possible opportunity to screw me, but instead they were all stand-up people. While driving to Dallas from San Antonio on Christmas Eve, my low oil pressure light came on. I immediately had my car towed into Trinity and I got picked up and spent Christmas in Dallas. Fearing the worst, I approved a diagnosis, and it ended up just being my oil pressure switch. Very cheap fix. Everybody was 100% honest and transparent with me even though I live in a different city, had a severe warning light illuminated, and was without a car. 10/10 I absolutely recommend. Major props to James, Evan, and Dan.
We needed to rent a trailer to move our daughter home from college but the trailer light plug didn’t work on her truck. Trinity dropped everything to get it fixed on Christmas Eve so we could stay on schedule and make it home on time. They are true professionals!

I scheduled my wife's car for a change in transmission oil, service previously recommended by trinity. Quality of service is very acceptable, this time it took longer than expected to do it. Dropped the car at 7:30am, told be done by noon. On my way to work my wife came along to pick it up little after I pm.... She had to wait almost 2 hrs for the car to be ready.... no explanation given except it will be ready shortly..... wish follow their work schedule and let us know the appropriate time the job will be done.... so we could plan accordingly...
It's hard to trust auto repair shops, but Trinity has earned mine. They identified a lot of needed maintenance that I deferred for a long time. The last element required them to research which cost me several trips. But they didn't charge me for the added visits since they have integrity in their work with customers. I highly recommend working Dale, Stan, and Evan if you need to visit. Highly recommend.
I went to the Volkswagen dealership to get my Tiguan fixed because I am new to Waco and dont know of any other places that work on VW. It had a coolant leak and an oil leak. After waiting for a week for a diagnostic they call me and tell me it is $8,000 to fix it even though I had an extended warranty. I paid $400 dollars for the diagnostic and picked it up without fixing it because I couldn’t afford it. I found out about Trinity from a friend and dropped off my car there around Thanksgiving. I had full coverage insurance and they gave me a loaner car. It wasn’t anything fancy but it took me to work and back. I get a call back on Monday and they say that the repairs will cost $4,000 but that they had been able to get my warranty to cover $3,000. It wasn’t very long before I got another call to come pick up the car. My service advisor was James, he was very helpful and it was clear that he wasn’t trying to rip me off. It’s been a week and I haven't noticed anything wrong with my car.
This place was absolutely fantastic. I brought my car in when it was having trouble starting. They fixed it same day for a great price. They even sent me home in an Uber while I waited. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Trinity Auto Haus comes highly recommended by me. My husband and I drove to Waco last week for a vehicle inspection, and we encountered transmission problems along the way. We searched online for the nearest repair shop and were pleased to discover this exceptional facility. Fortunately, our transmission was in good working order, and we were not charged for the service, as it was considered a courtesy check. Their staff is amazing!
Excellent customer service! I came in with an problem (the day before Thanksgiving!)that needed to be looked at immediately. They got my car up on the lift right away and fixed the problem. 100% recommend.
I was in from out of town. They towed my car to their shop and were flexible with my situation since I had to travel back the same day. They fixed my car and I was able to pick it up a week later on a Sunday when they were closed using their lockbox. Highly recommend.
Fantastic place! My Porsche had issues on my way home to Dallas last week. These people went way above to help me. I highly recommend this location if you need any kind of service for your car. They fix your car here, but they take care of people. If I could give 20 stars I would!
This was my 2nd time using Trinity for service the first time was great service. That’s why we went back for the second time. Dale was great. But the part that we were told needed to replace didn’t solve the issues with the car. So after $1800 the car still isn’t drivable.
They are fast, kind, and very professional. It's the only place I'll take my Mercedes for future repairs or service.They went above and beyond with any and all concerns, I would recommend, 10/10! These people really care about their customers and it shows they even go the extra mile it will Uber you to work to your home while your car‘s getting worked on. Also, after your car is done getting service. They literally call you to check up on you and ask you how how things went. These people are amazing. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The owner really knows what he’s doing when it comes to leadership and how to manage employees six stars if I could give it.
We were visiting Waco from Georgetown and had been to the Zoo. As we left, the engine oil level light came on the dash. I topped it up but wanted some reassurance that there was not a leak out something end wrong before starting the one hour drive home. The level of service I received was exemplary and after a short wait I was shown pictures and video of the leak and chatted to the staff about then general condition of the engine and received some tips. I’m considering making the drive up from Georgetown for my servicing in future I was so impressed with these guys. Honest, polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I wish all service centres were like this! Thank you !
I always love coming here. It’s hard as someone who doesn’t know much about cars to find somewhere I can go that I trust. For reference, I have had a lot of bum luck with cars, so I have been here many, many, many times for all kinds of reasons. Every single time I go the experience is consistently phenomenal. They always get me in quickly, they communicate well (and they’re so nice about everything, including things I am completely oblivious about), yall they’ve got SNACKS. I love this place. I’m moving and this is one of the hardest goodbyes. Gold star, A+. I cannot say enough about this place. Look no further, just go. They’re literally the best.
