Awesome company! Our daughter recommended them to us. We had just got into town from Houston, for a short family vacation. He called with the estimate and told us when the car would be ready. Perfect timing and no problems on the trip home! Very trustworthy!
My daughter recommended that I take my car here cuz I have it looked at told me that they took great care of her with her car needed some work done to it. Chris and Sam took great care of me and they gave me an honest answer about the work that was needed on my Subaru and they told me the truth and didn't try to just make money off of me they honestly cared about my safety and they weren't just trying to empty my bank account. Chris and Sam run the best auto repair shop in Waco. Took my Ram 1500 Limited to them after receiving incorrect diagnoses at three other popular shops, with quotes of about $2200 from each. Chris provided correct diagnosis and charged $110. Last week they serviced my wife’s car and communicated throughout the process, completed the work in less than a day with perfectly reasonable pricing. I am thrilled to have found a trustworthy, competent auto shop. Great job ACC.
If you are having car troubles in Waco this is a great shop to take your vehicle! Kind and reliable, there for you during the frustrating and scary moments of having problems with your car. They also provide efficient service, a ride home or to work(if you are in waco area) and a lady discount !!! Service like this isnt just incredible, these days it’s unheard of !!!!
Went in on a hot day with a/c issues. Mr. Chris instantly made me feel like family. Him & Sam went above & beyond to get my car immediately into the shop the next morning & back to me so that my husband and I didn't have to miss work. Got my car back with the a/c fixed so we don't have those worries anymore. Informative, fair, and priced just right. If I could give more stars I would.
Wow, if a 15 minute phone conversation with a client you have never met and has literally spent no money with you yet, is any sort of a measurable metric, this might happen to be the absolute best mechanic in Waco.
Short and Sweet - 5/5 everything - I explain below.
Friendliness - absolutely top tier - I made an appointment over the phone with them yesterday afternoon, and ended up not being able to honor it this morning, and I received a call from the OWNER, who wasn't upset or angry, but called out of genuine care for me, and explained that they hadn't seen me this morning, and they wanted to make sure I was okay, and that if I needed help they were willing to help as best they could. When I explained that I had ended up doing another service center, the ABSOLUTE friendliest conversation followed, he made sure that I was being treated well at the other center, didn't trash talk anyone, or act upset, just genuinely cared about making sure that I was getting the best deal and me and my car taken care of. I quite literally felt like family. This was incredible, the absolute best customer care I have experienced in Waco yet.
Pricing - WOAH, so basically I got a quote from another establishment that was 4k for repairs and I called here just to ask if they did estimates and if so, what might they charge? They gave a phenomenal estimate, almost a 1000 dollars less than my original estimate from the first establishment, I actually used their price estimate to get the other mechanic shop to price match to it. And let me tell you, the guys here, especially the owner will literally walk you through EVER part of the pricing, I felt so open and clear about how they shared stuff, again, absolutely mind blown, just the best service and transparency you'll find in Waco.
Finally - Just how comfortable I felt coming here as a student from Baylor, but not being native to Waco. I mean this with all sincerity, I could not feel more trustworthy or safe with any other shop in waco, the way they called, shared, encouraged, just made sure that my priorities were at the forefront of my experience made me feel incredible. Absolutely wonderful.
Final note - I wanted to share the comment that the owner shared with me at the very end of the phone call -- "[name] even if you don't end up doing any work with us, we wanna make sure you feel safe in waco, I've lived here my entire life, if you have any problems or concerns swing by regardless, we'll help whether it be directions, car problems, or anything in between, you're more than a customer to us"

Great spot to get your oil changed and spark plugs replaced. Very nice people! I also got my transmission fixed here it did turn out to be a faulty transmission, but with the warranty it was fixed for free i do have to add though if it is a Sunday when your transmission goes out make sure you have some one to give you a ride if you are 200 miles away from home. They only can give you a $50 LYFT. Also if you take it to another shop other than Advanced Car care make sure you talk to a manager when going over the warranty and other things so they're is no confusion. If they're is confusion about anything Call Advanced Car Care to call and talk to them for you if you are confused about anything they are more then happy to call the other location and find out what they are up too.

Very honest and dependable guys. We have been with them for several years. Last year we made the mistake of letting another mechanic work on my daughter’s car instead of towing it to Waco from out of town. BIG mistake. After weeks of trouble with them, we did tow it and Chris and Sam found the problem right away and fixed all the issues the other guys caused. I trust them to take care of our cars and I trust their honesty.

Had my thermostat replaced on my 2015 Dodge Challenger. When I dropped my car off, they offered me a ride back to my house AND picked me up when my car was ready!
I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was able to pick it up by the end of the day! They even replaced my thermostat with an OEM part!
My work truck needed a new transmission. Chris and Sam made me feel like a priority and called me daily with updates. A lot of other mechanics I’ve used in the past have made me feel like a burden when I bring my vehicles in. I felt like Chris and Sam genuinely appreciated my business. I just paid my car off and it started sputtering, not running right. I was referred here by a friend. Chris sent over Woodys Wrecker Service to pick my car up (even the wrecker driver said I sent my car to the best place in town) within a day Chris called me back after running diagnostics, and was honest about not knowing everything that could be wrong. They had to order a part and replace the spark plugs to get it running first. The wrecker service, diagnostics, parts, and labor included. I was worried about the cost! I was relieved at how affordable it was! And my car is running better than ever! They had my car ready in no time at all. I couldn't be happier with their work. This past week my wife playfully forgot to tell me that her car needed an oil change, check-up and tires rotated.... all before we leave in two days for the weekend trip out of state; I called Advanced Care Center and they were able to get my wife's car in early before she had to go to work so she would have to use PTO and was able to get the car road trip worthy before we had to leave the next day.
I have been taking my truck to Advanced Care Center for going on 3 years now and my wives for the past year and they never cease to deliver.
They are always knowledgeable and professional. They are the only ones in town I trust to work on my vehicles.
I was stuck in Hillsboro, Tx for the weekend and everything mechanic shop was booked up. Chris and his crew are a dream team. Fix the problem in no time.
