Wouldn't recommend at all,my car wasn't wrecked,neighbors house burned down,got black ash on car took very 72days to paint made me pay for rear bumper $1000 ,to paint,broke rear panel on my mustang, told me several time they oderthe part still broke,ive called and email,text and no more communication, talked with Kristin ,paint job has runs and trash inpaint,Sad when local company does this to local people, lived here in Waco my whole life,and will not recommend this company to anyone,
Horrible communication skills. I called for an estimate appointment and they said they were locked out of their computer and would call me back shortly. They never did, so I called back the next day and whoever answered spoke extremely softly and was very impolite. If I can’t even trust this place to call me back, then I will not be trusting them to fix my car.
Have a repairs with them for 2020 Tacoma truck
Pick it up wasn’t done right so bring it back for another repair and still not done tell me to come back another week when the parts come in n call me back but never call me back yet it been two weeks the end piece painted was running so they sand it down n miss up
They finally call me back n fixed it but they need to inspect every vehicle before hand it back to the customer if they are ready
The damage side of the rear bumper doesn’t line up right it wide than the other side
I been working car for 25 years experience never see any repair shop that do a terrible jobs like that
Just picked up my truck from Crash Champions and couldn't be happier! The customer service was outstanding and they were actually able to get me back in my truck days ahead of schedule! If I ever need more repair work done, I'm definitely coming back here!
My vehicle was towed here due to a hit and run and after 3 months and 9K of insurance billed, they said my car was ready. I got there and the door was snapping against my panel. I left my car there and asked them to fix it. I picked it up later that day and when driving it the car was not aligned and making a terrible noise when turning and bouncing all over the road. I took it back and drove it with them. They instantly said it was natural to wear on my tires and told my insurance that and it was not approved. I requested they take my car to Mazda for a 2nd opinion. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor and getting the diagnostic at Mazda. My car was at Mazda for 2 hours and they said it was my struts and hubs and that the struts were visibly loose and the hubs were visibly damaged and it was a direct result of the impact from the crash. Mazda was able to speak with my insurance, get it approved, and repair my car within a week.
I think the people at Crash Champions are nice but it its obvious they have no idea how to fix a car. I am not one to write negative reviews, but it was a very poor experience.
I will never take my vehicle back. And the general manager’s name is Blake Cole started yelling at me and making excuses for why my vehicle wasn’t fixed right after the second time back which was promised would be fixed right. I fell if you make a promise fulfill your promise and nothing was done to correct it. He is not management quality.
The worst experience- and it’s not even over! This shop, one that my insurance recommended, has had my vehicle for over 2 months! They state the reason is back ordered parts
We waited for over a month for a hinge to come in. They stated multiple times that the hinge was what was needed. I even received the text that stated it was finally in and the car would be done the next day. That was a few weeks ago!!! Now they are saying they are waiting on 3 more parts. This place is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone hoping to get their car fixed!
Service at this facility was almost to the point of being non-responsive. We drove over 50 miles to an appointment for getting just an estimate for the damage done to our vehicle. The salesman told us the estimate would be done later that day (Friday) or the first thing on the following Monday. Nothing so far today (Monday). Called and they said it could take a couple more weeks to get the estimate. If this shops operates like the front office, I would stay away from this place! Another shop in the area gave us a estimate in just over fifteen minutes.
It may have taken a little longer than I'd thought but mannnn the work they did on my car was Absolutely Beautiful. I would for sure recommend them and would be a return customer . I am really impressed matched paint perfectly no flaws nor any issues from my accident. Amazing job you guys
I had an incident traveling through Waco. The staff was very welcoming and keep me informed about the work needed. They made sure Jack was ready to roll. Fantastic job. Went above my expectations. Would definitely use again.
My car looked excellent after they were done. The 2 1/2 months it took not so much. Kept giving me a later date over the phone. I decided after I was told another week to go see them in person, and then it only took 2 more days to get me my car, not another week. I do feel they hold the car longer than needed. Or the front desk lady just says whatever to get you off the phone.
I turned in my vehicle to Service King July 22nd of this year due to a accident occur on the 18th. They rented me a car for about month & half. They always giving me excuses of getting my car done. I will not recommend to anymore to go get your collision done to their car they will give you excuses.
I arrived at Service King fifteen minutes early for an appointment that I made weeks ago for a busted headlight. It still works so I have continued operating my vehicle. The Service King representative was very unprofessional. She was unable to answer any of my questions regarding the process, part/repair service estimate, etc. She seemed so ready to send me away in a rental car. She said it would be a minimum of four hours before my car was even evaluated! She went on to say that it would be either today or tomorrow before I would know any further details. I told her to cancel my appointment, to have a nice day, and left the premises. I called Kwik Kar Lube & Tune and they couldn't be more polite! I had the damage evaluated, purchased a new headlight locally, and repaired under two hours for less than my deductible. Not a bad company, just a bad customer service experience!
I couldn’t be more happy with y’all. They went above and beyond. They made sure to call and update me every chance they got. They finished my car 6 days early and did a great job. I dropped my car off wrecked and dirty. I picked it up fixed and completely washed and detailed. I will forever use this place.
Everyone was super helpful and very pleasant. They kept me informed on my repairs and they were finished earlier than expected. I was able to pick up and return my rental car at Service King which made my experience even better! I would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.

This body shop is the Best, unfortunately I have had to use them 3 different times. Every time I have used them they are professional, quick and finish my car amazingly. Today with the awful weather in TX they even delivered my car to me! AMAZING!!!!!! AA++
So very upset. After taking my car here to be repaired, things have not worked correctly. After getting my car back from them having it roughly 3 weeks, my car would not start. I had to have it jumped. Then, the very next day, my car wouldn't start at all. Had it towed to a repair shop only to be told it needed replacement parts. I don't know what they did to my car, but it was running perfectly until they got their hands on it. Now I'm having to pay $1000 for even more repair. I will NOT be bringing my car to them again. So very disappointed.
I hit a deer and my insurance company told me to come here to get my car fixed. I paid my deductible and a month later, I went to get my oil changed and the people found MULTIPLE problems underneath my car that Service King didn’t even TOUCH. I’m completely livid that I’m having to pay out almost $2,000 worth of damage that Service King didn’t do. I’m definitely getting in touch with my insurance to find a different place to go to in the future.

Dealing with Don at this location, was a wonderful experience! They thought it would take 2 weeks to repair my car, but it was ready in less than a week! Don even stayed late to wait on me, so I could get my car that day!

I took my car here after I ran over a wild hog in the middle of the road and it did about $2200 worth of damage to my undercarriage.Throughout my whole experience here I have only dealt with Gwen. She has kept me updated through each and every step of the repair process. Not to mention she is a complete sweetheart! She made it super easy and convenient and I didn't have to lift a finger. I am beyond grateful to her and the North Waco team. They made my experience a complete breeze. I know a lot of people get frustrated when their car is in the shop, but Gwen and her team eased my mind and took that frustration away. I never had to worry or fuss. Keep it up Service King y'all have a customer for life !

Then she went the extra mile to make sure every detail was satisfactory, even when my insurance company was unresponsive. I wouldn’t think of taking my vehicle anywhere else. I hit a deer, and my truck was towed to Service King at the recommendation of Allstate. They've had my truck for over a week, and will hold it hostage for at least another week, according to their representative, for...get this....A BUMPER CHANGE OUT! This is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. They've lied to me throughout the process, beginning with the statement last week that they would "expedite the process."
They had no plans to even order parts for my truck until Tuesday of this week, because "the guy I order from is out of pocket until then."
When I found another place that could have my (500 dollar cheaper) bumper in the next day, it (conveniently) came in damaged.
Do yourself a favor, and don't ever even consider doing business with these people. You may never see your vehicle again.
My car was repaired quickly in 5 days with no problems at all. After a few weeks I noticed one of the taillights they had replaced wasn’t working. I stopped by the shop and they replaced it in 10 minutes no problem. Really great experience! Ask for Gwen!
I have been waiting for a quote for 2 weeks. I took it in and the "Service Advisor" snapped pics of my damages and two weeks later I still don't even have a quote. I have called multiple time to follow up and I get the run around. I am still waiting. I work all over Texas and can not take my secondary car from shop to shop looking for estimates. Service KIng should definitely be better about "Service"
