Went to Ricks and the service was amazing! Dee was super helpful and explained everything to me, had my Silverado AC running like brand new again!! Super affordable, will definitely be coming back if I have trouble and will be recommending them to everyone that needs help!!!

So grateful we found Rick’s AC & Radiator. Rick took a Quick Look at my 2014 Sonata and said compressors in Hyundai vehicles are often OK… proved true, and they got my AC running like new at 1/3 of other rote estimates for compressor/condenser/recharge. Plus they offer 1 year parts & labor guarantee! Took my elderly mom’s Santa Fe in 3 weeks later, and though it did need a compressor as well as recharge, valves lines and condenser were fine so cost was once again substantially less than other $1500 estimates. Rick, Donald, and other mechanic plus office mgr Dee are each super pleasant and friendly. We’ll be back for other work as needed!

This place is great they know what they're doing and their customer service skills are awesome couldn't ask for a better place they help me get my heater back up and running thank you you guys I know I got to come back up in there so I can get to work finished but I appreciate you doing what you did to get it through I hope you guys get a lot of customers and continue having success.
I had to get my radiator replaced on one of the busiest day of the year and they got it fixed up the next day at lunchtime. Much better than any auto shop I’ve ever been to. They are very nice and will to listen to your problems and handle it professionally. Thank you Rick’s!

I highly recommend Rick's! I give them a 10+. Not only on the work they did of putting a new AC in my grandson's 95 mustang but customer service. Dee the secretary is so sweet and very helpful. Rick the owner is awesome. If you ever need not only your AC fixed but most any kind of Mechanic work Then I highly suggest you go to Rick's!
I used Rick's for some A/C repair a little over a month ago and was extremely pleased with the service and price.
My A/C went out again and I called them this morning to book an appointment and they told me to bring it in today and they would work me in. I received a call a an hour later to tell me that a part that they put on failed and that they wanted to use a different part that was $45 more but would solve my problem. She told me that there would be no labor cost because it was their fault. I appreciate the honesty and integrity from them and will be using them again. THANK YOU RICK'S
Rick’s AC is the best automotive shop in Waco!! They have the best staff and are very reliable. Any car problems I have, they always help fix them plus more.
My daughter took her 2005 Lincoln ls here due to heater blowing constantly. Dee was rude to her on the phone and when I called to see what the problem and cost was I was told $680 card $650 cash to get the DCCV changed. I ended up paying $170 for the part and had it changed in 20 minutes. One bolt 3 hoses and an electrical connection had to be removed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because one of the guys up there was polite and helpful. Besides that I feel like they pray on gullible young women and they lack the courtesy required for good business (I’m talkin to you Dee) I wouldn’t have someone like you at my business. You was also rude to my wife on the phone. I hope the people reading this review take what I say seriously because businesses with poor customer service do not care about their customers. Price gouging is another indicator of poor customer service. Her air conditioner works fine now thanks to Ol Dad. I appreciate the helpful gentleman, you should go work somewhere better than Rick’s.
I had a wonderful experience at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. I brought my vehicle in for some issues, and they quickly checked and assured me that my compressor was fine and my car had sufficient freon. Although they didn’t have an updated scanner for my specific vehicle, the woman at the front desk was understanding and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness.
Rick’s A/C replaced my radiator and thermostat in May 2023. My car had reached 10 years in age and the radiator had been slowly leaking and built up corrosion all over the cooling columns. The job required both taking the front end body off the car and recharging the A/C. I took the car to Rick’s around noon Tuesday and he had the new parts installed and service completed by Thursday at noon. He was very reasonable in his charges and I am happy with his service. I would not hesitate to refer friends and relatives to his shop that need radiator replacement or any service related to the cars cooling system. He has been in business at this location over 30 years.
First time customer and we are highly impressed. They replaced the clutch on our truck, quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly, especiallly the young lady running the office. We'll definitely recommend to friends and family.
They were extremely nice and professional. They fixed my problem in less then 2 minutes and extremely affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE ASKING. The lady answering the phone was so helpful and polite, she was very caring for my kids in the car. The man who worked on my car was very helpful, FAST AND PROFESSIONAL! This shop is amazing! They diagnosed and fixed my AC issues in half the time I was expecting. The last shop took 3 weeks to tell me they couldn't get the part to fix it. Ricks had it repaired in 4 days! Also their customer service was amazing. I'll definitely be using them again. I was extremely impressed

Rick and his team has always treated me fairly. They take the time to give me the diagnostic, they offer very competitive prices (and I do a lot of my own work), and they have been nothing but honest and fair with their work. On top of that, Rick and his guys talk to you with the respect and service that reminds you of what integrity is all about. Good people.
I have been taking my cars to Ricks for the past couple of years. All the work he has done has been quality work. He has never once charged me to take a look and tell me what it's going to cost to fix. His rates have been very fair, and he is always willing to give you advice on keeping your car running like it should. I had an issue with my 98 escort where it would not start. I had it towed to Ricks and he did some engine testing unfortunately there was nothing that could be done as the repairs would cost more than the getting another used car would. However, he didn't charge me a dime. He is always the first person I call when there is something that I can't fix on my car. He has also done some work on my wife's 98 contour that has been top notch.
